"Tsunade."

"What is it Danzo?"

"I have had a weapon in development the last few years. It was recently completed. I believe it could win us the war."

"Are you serious? We are outnumbered 3 to 2, and our only ally is recovering from civil war. How is this possible?"

"I have had an advanced squad of scientists and ROOT ANBU working on this project. It is unheard of until now. We have made an artificial tailed beast. A wolf. The fourteen tails. It has immense chakra reserves, and can recharge at an alarming rate. It is a scientific masterpiece."

"How do we control this beast?"

"Simple. We seal it inside Sasuke Uchiha."

One Hour Later, Sasuke and Sakura's House, No POV------------------------------

"ARE YOU INSANE!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?" You guessed it. When Tsunade and Danzo consulted Sasuke and Sakura about it, Sakura exploded.

"I AM NOT GOING TO STAND FOR THIS!! I WILL NOT ALLOW MY BOYFRIEND TO BE TURNED INTO A MONSTER LIKE NARUTO!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I'll do it."

"WWWWWWWWWWWWHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT????????!!!!!!!????!!!!!!" Sakura's scream breaks all the glass in the neighborhood, as well as killing Tora the cat, who lived to the ripe age of 124.

"This tailed beast is the leaf village's last hope, Sakura, and if I become it's Jinchuriki, I will be able to save you and all of our other friends. They shouldn't even have to ask. This is a ninja's duty."

Same time, Suna, Naruto POV---------------------------

"Naruto?"

"Hm?"

"Tell me a story about before you left the Leaf Village."

"Hmm. So many to choose from. How about I tell you about my first real ninja mission. And I'm not talking about one of those lousy chore jobs, either. This took place almost 7 years ago. I was 12 years old, and barely a genin. Genin always work in a team consisting of two other genin as well as a much more experienced jonin sensei. My teammates were Sakura Haruno and Sasuke Uchiha, my sensei being Kakashi Hatake. I had whined to Old Man Hokage to give me an actual mission, a non-chore one, I mean. He had given us a C rank mission, the step up from D, which are the chore jobs. We were tasked with protecting a bridge-builder named Tazuna. He was a drunkard, and I didn't like him in the slightest at first, but after the events that took place back then, we got along splendidly. Him and I have been friends ever since. Anyway, we were minding our own business, walking in the forest, when, all of a sudden, out of nowhere came these to creepy looking dudes with......................"

No POV---------------------------------------------------------

Yorokobi and Naruto sat all night talking and telling stories. They watched movies and enjoyed each other's company. They had to live it up, because Naruto was starting in a few short days, and Yorokobi would not see him for a while. It made Naruto sad that he didn't get more of a break. Yorokobi was the sunshine in his life, and he was looking forward to spending the remainder of his lifetime with her. He knew he would have to do it soon, because he was almost certain that the war would be long and brutal, and tomorrow would be his last chance for a long time.

Finally! It took a while, and I had some writers block, but now I have the story all planned out and y'all can look forward to more chapters coming in the next few weeks.
