Say goodbye and hello to prison

I just got all my things ready to head to the castle and this will be my first day working at the castle. I'm just sad that I have to spend most of my days at the castle until the depths have been paid off. I just wish there was a better way, but sadly this is the only way. There is no way we will ever sell our little brother to the black market. I will kill anyone who dares to touch him. I just hope they will be fine without me and Incubux will take care of Noah. He is the only one who can take care of him. These rich nobles don't know the meaning of Marcy. My little brother was just playing and out of nowhere he was falsely accused of stealing something valuable, but they never were and because we are poor they sided with the nobles.

I hate those rich nobles who are selfish and greedy. All I wanted is for my family to be safe and happy, but we live in a world where we are the lowest and fight to survive this cruel world. The good news is that there was a job and this job is very difficult, but I took it without hastening for the sake of my little brother's life. This job is to work as a maid at the castle and it gives great payment. This also left me to slowly pay back debt, and it also gives some back to my brothers. They needed it too. But there is a catch on with this job, it says "survive at your own risk" which means it can be life or death depending on how I work. I ignore the warning and only care to pay my brother's debt that I need to do.

As I was about to head out "Big sis!" Noah calls out to me, making me look back at him and he jumps up and hugs me. "Wow, Noah?" I was just taken back by the sudden hug. "Big sis, don't go places. I don't want you to go, and big brother doesn't want either as I turn to look at my brother who is standing at the door giving a sad smile.

He and I discussed this and knew this had to be done. We never told Noah the real reason why I have to work in the caste. We could never tell him and it will just break his heart and I don't want him to have a guilty conscience. "Hey now, you know I have to go and I will be back then you know" I smile and give him a kiss on the cheek. "No! Stop it, you know I don't like it and promise me you will come back on my birthday, right?" That's right in another three months from now. "Yes, I promise there will be a special surprise just for you, my little prince." He loves me calling him princes because I always tell him a story about my mother being a royal guard and how she used to work at the castle. He was amazed by the story I shared with him and he told me wants to live at the castle, but I told him that only the royal can live. He got a little sad but I got the idea to call him a little prince and he liked it. Then he starts playing as the prince. That's when I called him my little prince.

Noah smiled and jumped off me and Incubux approached me and said "I want you to have this". He passed me a gold heart locket that belonged to mother, which she never bought with it when she disappeared. This was very important to her because she never took it off. We never know why, but now it is what is left of her. "Are you sure this is very important to both of us and I thought we both agree that we are going to give this as a gift to Noah?". My brother just smiled and said, " I think you should have it because I know you will miss us the most and who knows how long that debt will be paid off". He was right about it. I am not even sure I would even be back on time for Noah's birthday and I hate breaking my promise to him. 'Sister don't worry about Noah 's birthday I will try to reason with him" he will understand. Incubux and reassure me " thanks Incubux". I took a locket and put it around my neck. "Well, I should be heading off now" I gave both my brothers one last hug and I waved back and said goodbye to both of them. I will make sure that the debt will be paid off.
