I heard bed sheets shuffling on the other side of the phone, "Daniel?" Omar asked lowly, i can hear the uprising excitement in his voice.

I shook my head with a big smile on my face, "Yeah, it's me."

"Oh my- Wait b-but how? Where are you? Are you-"

"I'm fine, I'll explain everything another time. As of right now I need your help." I cut him off.

More shuffling was heard, "Yeah, yeah, totally. What do you need?" He asked eagerly.

A shakily sigh left my lips, "In the next hour and a half, I'll need at least 75 men. All ready to raid the place the Alpha's leader is at."

Omar whistled, "Wow, that's a lot of men. Um how did you find this information? And where do we need to be?"

I placed the phone between my ear and shoulder. "It's complicated, but just meet me at the border separating Manhattan and the Bronx."

"Your in New York?!" Omar yelled shockingly.

I rolled my eyes, "Just get here." Then I ended the call.

Tucking the phone in my back pockets, I walked over to Janunu's homicide bag. I'll just take the bag and fill it with my own weapons.

Cautiously I took everything out and toured the room for useful weapons I can use tonight.

So many guns to have with very little space.

Filling all my holsters with guns and knives, my butt hit something causing a loud shatter to sound.

I snapped my head around, and saw that I broke Janunu's favorite coffee cup. I'm a dead dead dead man. But rather I die than those people.

With the bag filled with extra guns, knives, and even smoke bombs, I had everything that I needed.

Now it's time to go forward on this mission.

I pressed the blue button on the door then opened it. The wall that was blocking the door was moving aside. A few days ago I finally knew what the blue button does. The button is the inner switch for the wall.

Quickly I ran down the hallway and up the ladder. A gust of fresh air blew in my face and a smile was all I can portray.

I'm finally free!

Wait how am I going to get to the border? I groaned as I planted my foot on Earth's grass. Do I steal a car? Do I walk? What should I do?

No one was near this ginormous grassy field, and normally Janunu would just walk to her destination. Or like the other time we scammed our way onto a plane.

I don't have time to walk, so I guess I'll just steal a car.

Where are you Nunu? Is this your doing? Did you bomb your own family? Why is everything now crashing?

I bowed my head down on my dad's arm, as more questions filled my head. No one can hold this much grief, not even me.

I can't stay strong for the people I love anymore. I'm vulnerably broken. So I did the only thing a reasonable person will do, I cried.

"Dad, I'm tired. What am I supposed to do? People are dying, and I'm doing nothing. Please wake up."

I continued, "Everyone is breaking away when we're supposed to stay glued together through thick and thin."

"We fight for our key...that's what we do." A raspy voice said. I looked up with my tear stained eyes.

My mouth wobbled, he's awake. I sobbed loudly and hugged his arm tightly. I don't want to loose him again. "I love you dad"

He chuckled as he ruffled my hair with his other hand. "I love you too, now suck it up we have work to do."

The door opened, then Tyrone and Nikolas walked in. Tyrone face went from 0 to 100, he rushed to Dad's other side. "Your awake! How are you feeling?"

Dad patted his face, "I'm fine Rone." He said then faced Nikolas. Who was standing in the middle of the room. Dad examined him with his eyes. But his eyes stopped at his hand.

"Your an Alpha." He stated calmly.

Oh no he knows. Nikolas face grew red as Tyrone stood up defensively. "What?! No impossible he helped us!" Tyrone yelled.

I know he's upset...sort of. He and Nikolas bonded alot in our short period together.

Tyrone moved towards Nikolas but I quickly blocked him. "No! Leave him alone!" I defended.

"Mo move, or I will move you myself." Ty gritted.

"Try me." I gritted back.

"Enough!" Dad yelled causing us all to look at him. He sat up on his bed with a groan, "He's not a threat."

Tyrone looked at him, not believing a word that came out of dad's mouth. "What do you mean he's not a threat?! He's a damn Alpha! They're dangerous!"

"Ex" Nikolas said. Tyrone gave him a stank face.

"Ex? Ha more like undercover. Mo, he's a liar, he lied to us, so there's no need to protect him." Turone reasoned with me.

I looked down at my fingers as they played with one another. "I...I already know, we're married."

Tyrone touched his chest and stepped back as he over exaggerated a gasp. "How could you?! An Alpha?! Out of all the men to marry you choose a damn Alpha!"

"Stop it! Don't take your anger out on her, it's me that you don't like. I get it, both gangs were taught to hate one another but for what? Why do we have to hate one another?"

"They killed my sister!" Tyrone yelled angrily.

"She's not dead, Ty, and you know that." I said sternly, giving him a glare.

"How are you not an Alpha anymore?" Dad asked calmly.

Nikolas looked at him, his eyes showing so much respect for Dad. "I escaped to the Royals's territory about a year ago, sir."

Dad hummed, "I believe you, so how did you stay under the radar?"

Nikolas smiled down at me, "Your daughter helped."

Tyrone huffed as he crossed his arms, "I still don't trust you." He said glaring at Nikolas. Nikolas shrugged his shoulders, "That's you, but I will not let your sudden dislike for me get in my way of helping you all find your sister."

I smiled, "Yeah so get comfortable, very comfortable."

Tyrone rolled his eyes in annoyance but then quickly frowned. He faced dad, "How did you know he was an Alpha?"

Dad pointed to Nikolas' s hand, "Those two vertical tattooed dots on his middle finger is the Alpha brand."

Nikolas sadly looked down at his finger, "Raffa said this marks our loyalty to him. He forced me to take it or else he'd kill my little sister, when I took it he still killed her. She was only 10 years old."

I comforted him by hugging him, he told me about that and I can't imagine how he's feeling.

A throat was cleared by the door, "Did you all miss me?" Monique's voice said.

I pushed Nikolas away from me and attacked Uni, Jhak, and Monique with a hug. Laughter erupted from behind me.

"I missed you too." Uni gleed.

I laughed and retreated so Tyrone can get his hug. "Where have you been?" He asked.

Jhak playfully punched his stomach, "Where have you been? I only seen you once at the house and that was it."

I laughed, "As he said 'places'"

Monique went to Dad as Uni and Jhak followed. "Your up." She smiled. Dad hummed, "I am and please don't get all teary. We still got things to do."

"Nunu is dead." Jhak announced to Dad.

Dad smiled, "Her death was for sure faked. I know my Nunu, she's out there. Most likely murdering the people that caused her death."

Monique, Uni, and Jhak all were confused. "How do you know this?" Jhak asked.

"Well it's simple, put the pieces together and you'll end up with Nunu's still alive." Tyrone shrugged.

Uni rolled her eyes, "Uncle Ty, if Nunu were alive wouldn't she have come to us?"

"What's the point in coming to us if we gave her away?" I said. When everyone looked in my direction they finally seen Nikolas.

"Who you? Intruder." Uni sassed.

Nikolas smiled at her insult, "I'm Nikolas."

Uni shook her head, "No no, I meant who you, as is what's your value to us?" She asked.

"Oh, well I'm helping you all to find Janunu." He said.

The new people nodded. "He's also an Alpha." Tyrone added. Then Monique and Jhak pulled out their guns, while Uni pulled out a big tactical knife from her ankle.

They all pointed it at Nikolas. I rolled my eyes, "Put y'all weapons down, he's good." I reassured.

They all gave me stank faces, ughh here we go again. "And how do you know he won't go running back to the Alphas?" Uni asked suspiciously.

Nikolas smiled as he interlocked our fingers, "I won't go back to the Alphas because I'm a traitor to them and I'm bounded to Milani by marriage."

Their jaws dropped, as did their guns. "For how long?!" Jhak asked.

"9 months" I smiled

Uni wailed in agony as she held on tight to Dad's bed rail. "How could you do this to us?! I probably have a cousin!" She said sadly.

But we all knew she was faking the sadness, like Nunu she likes to play with people's feelings.

Monique rolled her eyes as she nudged Uni's shoulder. "Save the acting for an audition. Don't waste it cuz then there won't be any left for you to get famous." Monique discreetly said.

I laughed with the others at Monique's ability to whisper. She can't whisper for nothing, even if her life depended on it.

"Where were you all?" Tyrone asked

"We were just about to go into Alphas' territory but we had to come back." Jhak answered.

I frowned, "Why? What happened?"

They looked at one other, building up suspense in the room. Something bad happened I know it.

"Mom is dead"
