Seto's POV
I heard a massive explosion as I walked back to my lab, I was the only one on this level so no one else would of heard it, I ran back, dropping a ghast tear every few steps. I didn't want the girl to get hurt, she was so smart after all. I ran into the lab to see a squid solider holding the girl with one tentacle around her arms and waist and another holding a knife against her throat. The squid didn't notice me thankfully.

??? (Girl) POV
"WHERE IS SKY" The squid yelled pointing the knife closer. This was the 10th time he has asked me, I keep on saying I don't know, which is true, but now I was getting really aggravated.

"I, DON'T, KNOW!!!" I yelled head butting him in the face, he loosened his grip on me and I fell as he held his face. I saw Seto so I ran over to him and hid behind his cape. Seto grabbed a potion and threw it at the squid, the squid was replaced with a diamond sculpture.

"Are you okay?" He asked looking at me in the eyes.
"Yeah", I said rubbing my bruised arms "That potion, is it permanent?"
"Honestly, I have no clue", Seto said "Why?"
"Because the diamond just turned into coal" I said pointing to the statue.
"Oh, its the squids' DNA that causes that, I still don't know what in the DNA causes it though."

LE TIME SKIP (8 years later)

They decided to call me Mikayla apparently because Seto had a sister named Mikayla. I had gotten a room that used to be a cleaners room, I decorated it with light blue paint. It had everything I needed, a bed, shelves, a bathroom and a closet. Seto said I would make a great lab assistant and that's why I stayed. Sky wanted to train me in basic combat skills a few years ago and now I am one of the best soldiers in training. Strangely there have been no squid sightings in quite some time. Today Sky and Deadlox were going to take two recruits to the Nether to collect ores and Mob Drops. I rushed out of bed at 5am since we had to be there at 6 o'clock to see if we even made it, after gathering my enchanted diamond sword, backpack and enough food for 1 day, I walked out of my room at 5:25, it takes 25 mins to get to the place that we needed to go to. I ran to make sure I wasn't late, no one was in the hallways at this time, since it was a Saturday, everyone got a day off unless more supplies were needed like today, I ran up the stairs to the main lobby and then outside to the Portal House where, like the name suggests, all of the portals are. Inside Sky and Deadlox were waiting, no one had arrived yet.

"First person to arrive Mikayla" Deadlox stated. It was 5:50. Soon after I arrived 3 others came, Robert, Amy, and my best friend, Olivia, who had brown brunette hair, ice blue eyes and always wore a red shirt with denim jeans and jacket.

"Okay so you all are wondering who is going, and I am happy to say that Olivia and Mikayla are going" Sky announced.

After everyone who didn't get in walked away, Olivia and I high fived each other.
"Okay, lets get going" Sky said.
Deadlox and Sky walked through the Nether Portal, we followed. As soon as I entered the portal the purple swirls took over my sight.
