"Okay Barbra, if you want to fight crime, you have to train and practice," Commissioner Gordon tells his 9-year-old daughter Barbra Gordon.

"Yes, daddy." They walk in to the gymnastics center and signed in. Barbra looked mesmerized by all the girls and boys doing flips and tumbles.

"Barbra, I will come to pick you up at noon," he says kissing her head.

"Okay, daddy." Barbra runs off to the equipment as her father drives off.

"Now," one of the instructors says to Barbra "let's start on the trampoline." Barbra nods as the instructor leads her. When they get to the trampoline, there is a boy there doing all these flips. "I have to go help one of the classes, can I trust you two too behave?" Both of them nod. The instructor walks over to a different room.

"Those flips you were doing were pretty cool," Barbra says to the boy,

"Thanks, I used to be in the circus," he responds as they both get on the trampoline.

"Really?!" Barbra's eyes lit up in excitement.

"Yep!" They start jumping and doing flips.

"Did you see clowns?"

"Yeah! And elephants and even," he stops and gets closer to Barbra to whisper "even tigers." Barbra starts jumping up and down in joy.

"Wow-uhhh what's you name?" Barbra asks trying to stop herself from jumping too high.

"Dick Grayson."

"I'm Barbra Gordon. My dad's the commissioner of Gotham." Dick's eyes light up.

"Cool!" They both start jumping again."

"What does your dad do?"

"I don't have a dad or a mom." Barbra frowned and stop jumping.

"I'm sorry."

"It's okay, I got to be in the circus instead."

"Yeah that sounds fun!"

"It really is. Well no girls could be with me."

"How come?"

"Girls have cooties!"

"I don't!"

"Prove it!" Barbra then kisses him on the cheek causing Dick's face to turn red. "And we are more awesome than boys!" Barbra does a giant leap with two flips right over Dick.

"No you're not!" Dick does a tumble under Barbra's legs. "Prove THAT!"

"Oh I will!" Barbra and Dick go at it, doing flips over each other and tumbling under each other. Barbra trips Dick and makes him land on his back and then does a flip over him. She then pins him down. "Told ya!"

"Truce?" Dick puts out his hand for Barbra to shake, but she takes his hand and pulls him up.

"Truce," she says now taking his hand.
