I had searched for her everywhere in this effing mall but no sign of Hasti.

Has she been kidnapped? Lord she has no idea about this town!!

My phone rang and I answered it.

"Hello?" I said to the unknown person.

"Mr. Kaif ?" asked a deep male voice

"Yes, who is this?" I asked

"Its Inspector David, from the police petrol unit" he replied

"And why have you called?" I asked him as I walked out of the mall still searching for Hasti

"Please come and pick up ms. Hasti form here ASAP!" he said, his voice desperate.

I gasped.

"What did that drama queen do?" I asked him

"Please come, and I will tell you the whoel story!" he said

"Thank ou officer, i will be there!" I said as I set in my huracan.

How could she end up in Jail!!!?! she was so going to get my reputation down.

I parked the car at the police station and got off. Immediately flashes began. Great! Now it will be all over the news tomorrow.

I walked inside the station and asked the officer for officer David.

"Heis there, sir" replied a male officer who had the badge of "Gabe"

"Thanks Gabe!" I said as I walked inside the place.

Imagine a respected businessman in suits walking in a police station! How embarrassing.

Oh thats right- that female voice was Hasti!

I walked in and the officer greeted me

"Mr. Shahaan?" he asked me shocked

"yeah, Kaif Shahaan, the one you called" I said to him as he shook his head

"Do you know her?" he asked me

"By misfortunate yes" I said

"She has been a handful, entertaining them!" he siad leading me to the prison.

I actually wanted to laugh. She was sitting in between people, mixed, all a metre away from her in radius and she was singing. Witht he prisoners!

"She has been like this since she arrived! Entertaining the prisoners and the officers- been singing and acting for an hour!" he said

I looked at him

"Why is she here exactly?" I asked him seeing that Hasti did not notice me here

"she was with them, when they were collecting money for illegal things-" he said

"What illegal things?" i asked the officer

If she got into prison for some big illegal thngs, ammi was gonna kill me!

"Nothing major, just collecting money for a fake treatment- they are a bunch of looneys!" he replied

"Okay and-" I said but her voice cut me off

"KKKAAAIIIFF!!!" She screamed at me

I turned to see her

"Oh hi Hasti, pleasure seeing you here!" I sarcastically smiled at her

"Oh ahahaha Kaif! Get me out!" she said

I tured to the officer

"You want to keep her here forever for entertainment?" i asked David

He laughed

"No sir, take her home!" he said as he opnened the cell.

Hasti bid goodbye to the people saying they will meet soon.

"Shall we, queen of Idiots?" i asked her

"Yes, Egoistic mejesty!" she replied walking ahead.

"Sir, just keep her out of trouble, don't want a handful here!" said David as I signed the release papers.

We walked out of the station and flashes began again. Hasti ducked down thingking its lightning.

"Chill just the photographers!" I said as I led her to the car.

The media knew to keep a distance from me and not ask questions as I can be really sarcastic.

I opened the door for her to enter.

She gave me a puzzled look.

"Get in! I will talk to you at home!" I said as she pouted but got in the car.

I walked to the other side and got in

as soon as we were out of the police premises, i switched on the ipod in my car and put on my earpiece listening to Sir. Naumaan Ali's speech on anger. I really needed that!

In half an hour we were at home, i parked the car in the garage and got off. it says that the rewards of a person who forgives when angry is undescribeable. It is only known to Allah how much rewards he gets so I decided to forgive her. She might have not thought about it and since I believe in Allah so much, I guess as Allah does everything for a reason, maybe this was for a reason too!

I got off and walked in the house without waiting for her.

"salaam ammi!" I said to ammi as the warm home air greeted me.

"Wa alaikum mus salaam! Where is Hasti?" she asked me

"Coming in" I replied as I went to my room for a shower.

After shower I set on doing my work in the study.

After several minutes of silent work, ammi's voice called in.

"KAIF!" she screamed

Zak entered my room and called me

"Bhai, get down now, there are things you need to see!" he said

I gave him a confused look but he walked out without an explanation.

I got up and walked out of the room.

"Ammi?" I called out downstairs.

It was snowing lightly outside. Pretty view.

"Kaif, here!" she replied from the huge living room.

I walked in the living room and saw her sitting on the ocuch holding her Ipad.

"Ma, what happened?" I asked her

"See this!" she said handing me the IPad.

I took it and saw she was linked to youtube, watching news!

"Ammi, you have a TV in the house! You can see news there!" I told her

"Not that! see the headlines! Below!" she said

I looked at the headlines below.

Woah news travels fast here.

Billionaire, Kaif Shahaan, spotted at Police Station with a young girl of his age, who was never seen with him before! Main Question- WHO IS SHE?

I turned to Hasti.

"They looking for you!" I said

"Look Kiaf, I am sorry okay.. I mean all this would not have happened if it wa-" she said but I cut her off

"Its fine.. just stay out of trouble okay!" I said as I walked back to my study.

She tagged along.

I am not gonna get any work done with her, am I?
