Genevieve and Lily couldn't believe what they just heard, instead of being punished, they were offered a promotion. It felt so surreal, who would have thought that she'd choose them.

  Nikki could feel that they were trying to process what she had just told them, she felt that they were the right people for the position of Personal Assistant and Secretary.

  "It's okay if you don't give me your reply now, you have three days to think about the offer. After three days then you can come and tell me your decision" Nikki said as she looked at her watch. "Oh dear!, The meeting with the employees is about to begin. Now you can go and don't forget to give me a reply in three days time" Nikki said as she shooed them out of her office.

  Nikki walked around her Dad's office which was now currently hers. She walked towards the chair and sat down majestically.

  She opened her phone and went through various Company documents, "They may think they've won, but the game I'm playing  𝙞𝙨 𝙤𝙣𝙡𝙮 𝙗𝙚𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜... "

  The auditorium of W.E.L international group of companies was filled up as various employees walked into the auditorium. They all chatted about what was going to happen with different employees giving their own views.

  "Don't know why the Heiress called for this meeting."

   "I bet she's about to fire all the employees."

  "Whatever it is,it can't be good."

  "Who cares, she should just give her speech and leave, how annoying."

  The employees continued to talk forever as soon as Nikki arrived the employees became silent. The silence that came upon the auditorium was similar to that of a graveyard that even if a pin fell it's sound would be heard throughout the auditorium.

  Nikki looked at the displeased faces of the employees and decided to deliver her speech quickly.

  "Greetings wonderful employees of W.E.L group of companies, I took on the task of announcing to you that I'll be your new Managing Director. Although the MD I'll will also work as  𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙞𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣...  Working with you all will be a dream come true as my Father had great plans for W.E.L group of companies. He wanted W.E.L to be the best in the States and in the world at large. This vision cannot be actualized without your support. So I ask that we come together to achieve a tangible, unbreakable and an outstanding feat for the Company's sake. To make this dream a reality, it requires your support, let's make his dream, his vision and his legacy a legend, which will bring honour to our dear Organization, our companies at large. I look forward to working with you, thank you."

  The employees stood up and began to clap as the speech was amazing.

  Someone stood on the left side of a flower pot in the auditorium and said "Interesting... Now the game has finally begun. Now who's the hunter and who's the prey?, we will find out soon enough. Andre just what is your hard work turning into, 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧 𝙘𝙝𝙖𝙤𝙨 𝙞𝙩 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨, 𝙄 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚 𝙞𝙩...... "

  Manager Baek walked from where she stood, beside the flower pot in the auditorium. She walked towards Nikki as she came down from the podium and placed her hand on her shoulder and said without smiling "You did well".

 Nikki looked at Manager Baek as she walked away, you're congratulating someone without a smile, Manager Baek was just one thing  𝙒𝙚𝙞𝙧𝙙 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙚𝙧... "

  Uncle Rufus was enjoying his day as he watched a movie in his sitting room with a glass of a cold orange juice when his phone suddenly rang.
