*We See izuku and ruby in the forever forest izuku was training ruby on her silver eyes, it was going....poorly*

Izuku:ruby this will only take longer if you lie

Ruby:.....ok i wasn't concentrated b..but i am trying!

Izuku:and that's why I'm not yelling, but ruby using the silver eyes is easy i do it, it's like second nature more common to me then breathing but maintaining it that's the hard part and keeping it in control that's even harder now again

*Ruby sighed as she sat back down on top of a rock closed her eyes and started meditating position while izuku walked around here ruby thought of all the people who died because of Salem because of this war, not wanting anymore death to happen wanting to protect her loved ones her eyes started to shine*

Izuku:to activate the eyes you need to be in a state or either total desperation or total calmness and since I'm not gonna do what yang suggested and throw you off a cliff we're going with the calmness

*The second ruby snorted izuku threw a pebble at her forehead making her flinch since she lost the eyes and concentrate again, her eyes started to shine*

Izuku:now for me it was of complete desperation Weiss father made me a hunting animal, i was gonna die my emotions were as powerful as they were gonna get that forced the eyes to activate

Ruby:then how is meditation gonna activate mine?

Izuku:because later on i learned that I could activate it this way it takes way longer and it's harder of course if you want to go the easy way I can always just stab you with a knife but then you'll have a whole nother problem since the eyes don't heal wounds the only reason i didn't die of a infection is because my friend Adam helped me stay alive while i was knocked out

Ruby:he sounds like a good friend

Izuku:as loyal as can be but if you betray him like a certain cat.....you know what we're getting of topic now! Tell me what do you know about the silver eyes

Izuku:no wonder you haven't activated yet the fuck your suppose to do with that, now keep thinking all the people who died husband, wife, children alike all because of this bloody war think of that mission your mother went that almost got her killed what if she goes on another and never comes back

*Ruby started to sweat as the eyes made her see that situation and all the ways her mother could die on the mission*

Izuku:and you were powerless to stop it you could if you have the eyes but as of right now you have to just watch helplessly as she dies over and over again

*Izuku started to smile as the corner of ruby's eyes silver cracks started to appear showing it was working when....*

yang:FOUND THEM!!

Ruby:wah!!

*Ruby opened her eyes mid activation making her powers to be pushed out sending both of them to collide against a tree and making the rest of team WBY to wince, Weiss slapped yang at the back of her head*

Weiss:you dunce look what you did!

Yang:sorry sorry you guys ok?

Izuku:eh been through worse what do you guys want we were in the middle of something

Weiss: you've been practicing every day for the last month, now I'm all for rigorous studying but even i took a break

Izuku:hm....i guess one day couldn't hurt

Ruby:so where are we going?

Weiss:we're going to vale there's something there i want to see

Blake:she won't tell us what but there is a new bookstore opening in vale so i was gonna go anyway

Yang:i just decided to tag along with them and we all decided to invite you two since your team is busy

*Pyrrha's eye get determined as she looked at Nora dressed as ruby*

Pyrrha:ruby....w....w......w.....w.... would you like....y..you see there's this dance coming up and....a....and...

*Pyrrha was getting more red by the second as she started playing with her hair*

Nora/ruby:yes? Is there something you would like to tell me about the dance? Maybe going with someone...?

*A large sign was held above the crowds head welcoming everyone who walked past to a large area or stands and balloons which flew in to the skies*

Weiss:oh the Vytal sport festival! This is absolutely wonderful!

*The rest of team Ruby and izuku followed behind Weiss a bit creeped out that Weiss was smiling so much*

Ruby:i don't think I've seen you smile so much before it's kinda creepy

Izuku:hell you didn't smile this much when i gave you tickets do your favorite opera

Weiss:I'm more surprised that you all aren't just as exited! A festival dedicated to the cultures of the world! There will be dances, parades, the tournament! Oh the amount of planning this must have taken to plan all this why I'm almost breath taken!

Yang:i should congratulate you Weiss you really know how to make a good thing sound boring...

Weiss:quiet you!

*Ruby and izuku chuckle at there antics while Blake kept a small amused smile on her face, they kept walking until they made it to the docks*

Yang:remind me again why we're spending out Friday afternoon visiting the stupid docks?

Weiss:I've heard that students visiting from vacuo will be arriving by ship today, and as self appointed representative of BUA, i feel like as though it is my solemn duty to welcome them to this fine kingdom

Blake:that and she just wants to spy on them so she'll have the upper hand in the tournament

Izuku:i mean if that what you want i have some connections i could probably get that do you in like a day or two

*The rest looked where ruby was looking and saw a store with its windows shattered and yellow caution tape of the vale police force covering the door. The kids walked up to one of the detectives*

Ruby:excuse me what happened here?

Detective1: robbery, second dust shop hut this week this place is turning to a jungle

Detective 2: they left all the money and only took the dust

*Immediately team Rwby looked at izuku who raised his hands*

Izuku:hey now why would I take dust and leave the money? Hell I would have left the dust and taken the money

Detective1:all signs showed it was a white fang attack which doesn't make sense why would they attack a dust shop

*The detectives left as Weiss scoffed crossing her arms*

Weiss:hmph! The white fang what an awful bunch of degenerates!

Blake:what's your problem!

Izuku:i mean she's not wrong we have done a lot of things but it just doesn't add up

Ruby:what do you mean brother?

Izuku:the white fang, why attack a dust shop and leave the money, why attack vale? Most of the attacks take place in atlas since that's where most of the slaved faunus are kept things are not adding up..

Izuku"the more I think about it the more it sounds like Roman's m.o. i need to contact him and see what's going on..."

*While ruby and izuku talked in the background Weiss and Blake were fighting*

Weiss: misguided? Did you just say misguided?! They have said that they want to wipe human from the face of the planet how is that misguided?!

*Blake points at izuku who finally paying attention to there fight*

*Izuku kneeled down and hugged her lifting her up in his arms*

Izuku:oh guys this is Eri, Eri this are my friends and one mean cat lady

Eri:hello!

Ruby:hello where did you come from

*Eri got quiet and started giggling izuku knew that it meant and chuckled*

Izuku:Eri did you escaped the orphanage again?

Eri:i wanted to see the festival!

Izuku:alright I'll call Ibara and tell her your with me and we can see the festival together look they already have some games and food stall opened up now i wonder who would want a nice candy apple?

Ruby/eri:me!!

*They all looked at ruby who was blushing embarrassed, izuku gave eri to ruby and gave her some money*

Izuku;then go on ahead while I call the orphanage to tell them i have there runaway thief in the making

Weiss:you do that then you can tell us how you met this little girl

Izuku:fine fine but it's not a pretty story

Yang:when is one of your stories a pretty story?

Izuku:true enough now Eri be a good girl to your big sister ruby while I'm gone ok?

Eri:yes big brother!

*Team Rwby and Eri left to the stalls as izuku picked up his phone and started calling someone before he called Ibara*

Roman:hello?

Izuku:Roman care to fill me in on some things? Like say the dust shop where they took all the dust but not the money?
