I'm back

*the rescue team landed on the cold hard ground groaning they looked up and saw raven flying down and transforming back to her human form*

Ruby:that's cheating...

*Ruby mumbled as Pyrrha helped her up ruby grabbed her hand and got up smiling on her ruby looked around where they landed*

Ruby:Jesus fuck this is my brother's brain?

Raven:this is how he sees himself yes, if i had to guess i say izuku is in that tower at the distance the bright light must be his good memories

Toshinori: then what are we waiting for let's go!

Raven:fine just don't touch anything last thing we need is to wake up the minds safety measures

*They nodded and started to walk the light mist that was covering the area became bigger and thicker as soon the rescue team couldn't see 3 inches from there faces*

Raven: shit grabbed on to each other the mind knows we're here

*But it was too late the mist engulfed them all sending them to different parts of the brain*

With raven and nemuri

*Nemuri fell on the cold hard as raven again just flew down in her bird form*

Nemuri:ruby was right that is cheating

Raven:just get up we better get going before the inner izuku comes sniffing around

Nemuri:wait isn't that a good thing?

Raven:oh God no the inner self protects the mind, and since we came without permission all 6 of us are seen as enemies

Nemuri:so where are we now?

Raven:we landed inside one of izuku's memories hopefully it won't be a painful one since we're not getting out until the memory is over

*Nemuri nodded and got up both woman walked around the room was dark and old it looked like an abandoned building,rats and roaches moving around the cold air coming from the broken window sending them to tremble raven glanced at the kitchen piles and piles of dishes on the sink multiple letters from eviction notices overdue power and water bills etc*

Nemuri:what is this place?

*Raven grabbed nemuri and hid in the closet*

Nemuri:what...

Raven:shhh we can't let the memory see us that will turn bad fast and i heard someone coming

*They looked at the crack of the door and saw little izuku in his arms full of groceries*

Nemuri"how is this a bad memory?"

Inko:izuku is that you?

Izuku:y...yeah mommy it's me!

*Izuku let the groceries on the old rusty table and walked up to his mother who was resting on the couch, nemuri remember how izuku described his original mother she was a short chubby woman who always had a smile on her face and a love for life, nemuri's eyes widen as his mother Inko looked terrible her eyes has sunken in on themselves, her once bright skin now sickly pale, her once full volume head of hair now all gone replace by a red bandana*

Izuku:m..mommy guess what i got food!

Inko:oh that's wonderful izuku but how did you get it...?

Izuku:i....i....i found some money on the ground

Izuku"i can't tell her i had to steal the money to get it"

*Nemuri looked surprised that she could hear izuku's thoughts*

Inko:then let me whip you something yummy to eat

*Inko tried to get up her hands wobbly under the pressure as izuku instantly rested her back down her once full body now looked more skeletal in nature being able to see her ribs and other such bones*

Izuku:n..no! No mommy you need to rest you need to save your strength I'll make the food don't worry it's gonna be super yummy i promise

*Izuku walked to the kitchen and started to make some food being so little in sense of size and age there wasn't a lot he could do so he made his mother a tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich, izuku put the food in the only clean plates left and walked to his mother*

Izuku:h..here mom eat up

*Inko gave izuku her smile it wasn't the same as before, before her smile filled the room it was full of life the kind of smile that infected you and made you smile with her but now it looked tired it looked weak she could barely move her face muscles to creat such a thing, Inko tried to grab on to the spoon but she couldn't do it her spoon would fall every time, izuku got a worried expression as he grabbed the spoon*

Izuku:I'll..I'll do it mommy just like when i was sick you would feed me, i...if i feed you enough then you'll sure to get better!

Izuku"food mom just need food she just need to eat and she'll be all better..."

* it hurt seeing a boy no bigger then 6 having to feed his own mother a simply soup, but they had no other choice just had to sit and watch as inko took small sips of her soup and tiny bites of her sandwich, it took a while and a lot of begging from izuku's part but inko managed to finish the food izuku gave Inko a big smile they could all tell he was holding back tears*

Izuku"I've giving mom food for months now she's still not better please work this time..."

*It broke nemuri hearing that thought even raven had a sad frown on her face*

Izuku:y...you did it mom you'll get better in no time!

Inko:y....Yess all thanks to you my big brave soldier come here come rest next to momma

*Izuku nodded and climbed up snuggling next to his mother it scared him how skinny his mother became and how cold she was getting he hugged his mother hoping to share his body heat, inko slowly and weakly hugged her son rubbing her hand slowly on izuku's back*

Izuku:mom....can you tell me a story...?

Inko:a story....let see...there was once a pale man with dark hair, who was very lonely...

Izuku:why was it lonely?

Inko:all things must meet this man so they shunned him so he took an axe in two right,down, the middle. Can you tell me why he did that my little boy?

Izuku:so he could always tell a friend you told me this story before mommy

*Inko chuckled softly as she kissed his son's forehead*

Inko:so I have but it's an important story never forget it izuku one day you will meet that man too make sure you dress your best

Izuku:yes mommy.....mommy? I will always have you right?

Inko:oh izuku I'll be with you even if you can't see me

Izuku:what do you mean i can see you now?

Inko:yes now...let's sleep now ok?

Izuku:ok mommy i love you

Inko:i love you too izuku no matter what happens i will always love you...

*Izuku and inko fell a sleep as Nemuri and raven were pushed outside the memory they got up and saw the memory as a huge oil painting on the bottom it had a plate that had the name of the memory raven read it out loud*

Raven:one last mother son moment....

*Nemuri and raven just looked at the painting not being able to comment on it nemuri was holding back tears as raven out her hand on her shoulder*

Raven:come on....we need to find the tower again

*Nemuri nodded and slowly the two walked away both feeling bad for izuku but raven had a hatred growing inside her*

Raven"she would still be here if it wasn't for you brother...."

Meanwhile with izuku

*We see him enjoying time with his mother when the word started to become distorted izuku holds his hand in pain as he got flashes of a abandoned apartment he felt the boney hand of someone he looked back and screamed her mother looked like she was dying her hair gone her fat gone she looked like a malnourished zombie making him scream and close his eyes tight*

Izuku:i..it's not real it's not real it's not real!

Inko:izuku!!

*Izuku flinched as he opened his eyes and everything returned to normal his mother looked at him with a worried expression*

Inko:baby are you ok?

Izuku:i...I'm fine i...i don't know what happened to me a... sorry i s..scared you mommy

*Inko kneeled down and hugged him rubbing his back*

Inko:oh baby it's ok it was probably a bad dream you must be dead tired come on let's get you to bed

*Inko picked izuku up and walked away izuku had his eyes closed hugging his mother not seeing that his perfect world was starting to crack*
