It was night time when Shraddha, Cabir and others returned to The Mirage !

After the terrace meeting, Shraddha and Cabir moved in and joined others! Shraddha was still dubious about the involvement of Cabir but Abhi was sure!

The next day was the judgment day!

The Music Launch at The Monarch!

Cabir had no clue of what this girl was upto but he was determined to help them in all the possible ways!

Abhimanyu was underground!

As soon as they entered, the helpers took the bags and arranged the dinner!

All of them moved towards the living place where Manik was already settled in his nightwear!

Manik- So finally you people are back!

Maddy- bohot thak gaye yaar!

Manik chuckled!

Mukti- Where is Dhruv?

Alya- He left our house sometime back! Pohochta hi hoga !!

Soon Navya too joined them and brought the food from the kitchen and called them for dinner and all of them moved towards the dining table!

Dhruv too joined them at the same time!

Manik- Ummm! Guys! You people carry on! I had my dinner with the delegates today!

He was fumbling and looking all around!

For the Fab4 members, this behaviour of Manik was not alien! With the days passing by he had started getting reserved from them too !

And the worst thing was , they weren't able to stop him!

Maddy- koi baat nahi! Mat kha lekin yaha beth kuch der !!

Manik reluctantly agreed to that! He settled opposite to Cabir and Shraddha and next to Alya!

Everyone were engrossed in talks except Manik!

He was just thinking about his Nandini!

When she was around him , Manik was busy taking baseless revenges and hurting her !

She was there; She was there waiting for him- but he never came !

But now when he yearns for his star , she is far far away !

Suddenly he came out of his chain of thoughts and tried to catch up with ongoing talk on the table!

Shraddha- Final cutting kab hone wala hai ? Any ideas!

Cabir- I don't.....

Manik- Ek week baad ......!

Shraddha frowned!

Manik- Anyways people! See you tomorrow! Good night!

Maddy- Manik Malhotra in the bed at 10 . What's up bro ???

Manik shrugged his shoulder and moved upstairs!

He moved in the washroom and took a long relaxing shower and came in the room !

He plugged his iPhone into the charger and played a soft soothing music!

The balcony was open and the cool breeze was flowing in through the pitch white curtains!

Cabir , who was walking towards his room , listened to the music and was surprised!

Yeah this was unexpected!

He peeped in the room and saw Manik walking towards the in-room fridge and taking out an extremely gorgeous red velvet cake!

Manik walked in the balcony and Cabir followed him in !

Manik kept the cake on the table there and kneeled down in front of it facing the garden below!

Manik had a smile on his face all the time !

Cabir came in the balcony and was standing leaning on the glass door and Manik was completely unaware of it - busy in his own world !

Manik- I don't know Nandini where you are but itna pata hai ki tum khush hogi ! Afterall its your day !

Once Again!

Last time toh meine celebrate nahi kiya tha ! woh ... Woh mujhme akal nahi thi na ! Tumhe samaj nahi paya tha !! Tumhe ... tumhe mehsoos nahi kar paya tha !

I was blind ! I was .. I was ..... woh tum kya kehti ho.....????

Yeah ....! Brainless.... Brainless Creature !

I was frustrated..... angry...... and .... and hurt !!

Everything happened so fast that .... mein .... mein samaj hi nahi paya !!

He took a deep breath and exhaled !

Toh....

Toh let the past dwell in past !!

For now allow me to celebrate it !

He removed the unknown tear that escaped from his eyes !

He cut the cake and said -

I wish to celebrate this same day with you in the next year!

Cabir was all the while hearing Manik's confessions!

Today he felt the old Manik in him !

He came forward and kept his hand on Manik's shoulder!

Manik , on the sudden touch got stiffed ! And turned back !

But as soon as he saw Cabir ! He relaxed !

Manik stood up and Cabir came in front of him !

Cabir was about to say something when Manik interrupted!

Manik- shh ! Don't please ...!

Aaj mujhe tujhse ladna nahi hai !

Please don't ask me anything !

Cabir kept quiet!

Manik sat down on the couch behind and patted the place next to him !

Manik - beth na !

Cabir sat next to him !

Manik - Lets take a break ! Please !

Cabir nodded !

Even he was tired of fighting !

Manik took the cake and placed it between them and folded his legs facing him !

Manik forwarded the cake towards him !

Manik - le kha ! Teri behen ka aaj Bday hai !

Cabir took a piece and kept the it in his mouth ! And it melted so finely !

Cabir- ummmmmmmm !!!!!!!! Its so so good!

Kaha se laaya ???

Manik- Meine khud banaya !!

Cabir- huh? Chal jutha kuch bhi !!!!

Manik - Arey Nandini Promise !!! Meine hei banaya hai !!!

Isiliye toh office se jaldi aaya aaj !!

Cabir saluted - Impressed!!!

And both of them savoured the dish of sweetness with extreme euphoria!

These two long lost friends had now turned into 5 year kids and started talking randomly!

Suddenly Cabir slapped Manik on his palm !

Manik - ssss !! Kya hai !!!!!!

Cabir - Bhukkad !!! Kitna khayega ???? Mujhe khane de !!!!!

Manik snatched the remaining cake from him and said -

Chal hat !! Mein nahi dunga !!!

Mujhe khane de ! Bhuk lagi hai !

He stood up and walked away from him ! Eating all the while!

Cabir - toh meine bola tha dinner time pe jooth bolke nahi khane ko ????

Manik - meine toh pehle se hi socha tha that I am going to feast on the cake !

Tu piche se aaya !

Cabir - huh ! Jaa ! Aur thush !! Mota ho jaye ga !! Pata hai isme kitni calories hoti hai ???

He started wooing him!

But Manik was least affected!

After a time when there was only one bite left , he looked over Cabir !

And Cabir , as if , waiting for the moment, at once made a puppy face !

Manik gave in !

Manik- Le kha le ! Last piece !

And even he too presented it as if it was his precious asset!

Cabir ate it and started moving out !

Manik shouted- CABIR!!!!! Kaha ja raha hai ?? Ruk na !!!

Cabir turned towards him and smiled sheepishly saying-

Cake KHATAM ; Break KHATAM !!!

Kal subha uthkar hum vapas jese thhe vese ho jayenge !

ENEMIES!!

He chuckled !

And do remember one thing my
a minute ago ex - friend -

I HATE YOU!!!

And he walked away having tears! But still smiling!

Manik too smiled and replied-

Goodbye My Nandini's Brother!!!!
