Chapter Three

"This is all your fault!" Joe shouted as Caspar closed the classroom door, and Caspar crossed his arms.

"How is this my fault? You're the one who wrote the segment in the newspaper anyways, why are you blaming me?" Caspar shouted back, confusion littering his face when Joe shook his head. "Well, either you did, or it got hacked and it was one of your friends!" Caspar said. Joe sighed in frustration.

"I didn't bloody write it! You did. This is all a way to get back at me, for everything that's happened. I haven't even read it yet, and all I know is that we are dating or something. How is that funny?" Joe argued, and Caspar paused.

"Look, I didn't write it. Now if you're telling the truth and saying that you didn't write it, then we might have a problem." Caspar said more quietly, his features relaxing into a soft frown.

"Well then, we have a problem."

Caspar huffed, "What are we supposed to do then?" Caspar hurriedly asked. "Cause we might need to hurry up, I'm pretty sure they all think we are making out right now."

Joe snapped his head up, and narrowed his eyes at Caspar, "Give me your phone." He demanded, and Caspar shook his head as a no. "I want to read the magazine." Joe added, and Caspar rolled his eyes.

"Why can't you do that on your phone?" He questioned, and Joe turned an unattractive shade of red.
"I-um." Joe started, and bought out his phone. "Let me delete some things first."

Joe started tapping on his screen, and Caspar leant against the wall and peered inside the classroom, waiting for Joe to finish.

Sure enough, the teacher was teaching again, but everybody's eyes were locked on the door; waiting for Joe and Caspar to walk in again.

"I'm done!" A loud voice bellowed in front of Caspar, ripping him out of his thoughts.

"Good." Caspar said, and tried to snatch Joe's phone off him. Joe pulled away, and shot Caspar a glare.

"I can do it myself, now what magazine is it?" Joe asked.

"Pop It All? Poop with it? No that's a silly name." Caspar answered, giggling a little. "I can't really remember, but we were on the special." Caspar added, crossing his eyebrows in confusion. "Ah I remember, Pop With It!" He said enthusiastically a few moments later, glad that he had got it right.

Joe wasn't amused, and just sighed and starting typing on his phone.

"Shit, this is one of the most popular magazines in the country. We were on the special? Isn't that usually stories about celebrities? We aren't even famous! Oh my god." Joe said frantically, his face painted with shock.

"I know, just read it." Caspar replied, gulping. "It came out last night, even though I only read it this morning." Joe tapped onto the online magazine, flipped to the back, and began reading.

Caspar looked up and studied Joe's face. His tongue was poking out a little bit from concentrating, and his eyes were locked onto his phone. Caspar found himself smiling a little bit, and he didn't know why. He just thought Joe looked nice.
He quickly forced a angry expression onto his face, trying to forget everything that he just had thought of, and stood by Joe.

"What the hell?" Joe asked, pointing at the "quotes" from them both. "We both never said any of this, right?" He said, his voice growing quieter at the end.
"Yes. Wait, no. I mean yes that's correct, I never said any of that. So no. No." Caspar stammered, panicking a little bit. Joe raised his eyebrow, and they both looked back down at the phone. Caspar's cheeks were bright red.

"Especially Joe Sugg? Why am I getting targeted? You're the stupid one." Joe spat, and Caspar rolled his eyes. Yes Joe might look nice most of the time, but he forgot that he is still an asshole.

That's probably why Caspar didn't have a crush on Joe, and maybe the fact that Joe is straight. But still he can't ignore the fact that Joe is hot, very hot.

"I'm the stupid one? Who's the one who is below me in Science?" He challenged, Joe huffed.
"Listen here you little sh-" Joe started.

"Why aren't you boys in class?" A voice shouted at the boys, interrupting Joe. They both looked up to find Mrs. Ragon, one of the meanest teachers. But instead of being shouted at, and given detention like they expected, she smiled.

"Oh it's you two. I read the article in the magazine. Well done." Her face softened, and she smiled again. "Carry on with what you are doing, but go back to class in a minute." She said, winking and then walked off. Joe and Caspar looked at each other, and Caspar shrugged.

"Well, you carry on reading. I'm going back inside because you know, I actually want to do well in life. You don't have to worry, it won't make any difference for you." Caspar laughed, and Joe gritted his teeth.

"Caspar wait," Joe shouted, and Caspar pretended to open the door. "Please." Joe pleaded, and Caspar turned around to see Joe looking upset.

"Look, we are just going to have to ignore each other until this blows over. I'm sure people will forget about it, I mean, it's not that big of a deal." Joe explained, and Caspar nodded.

"You know what, I think this is the longest conversation we have had without one of us killing the other." Caspar joked, and for the first time they laughed together.

"Fine, we won't talk, we won't look at each other, and people will hopefully forget about all of this," Caspar declared. "So, bye."

Caspar swung open the classroom door a bit more forcefully than he had intended, and it flung backwards and smashed the wall, making a girl scream in surprise.

"Caspar, careful! You nearly knocked the door off its hinges," The teacher scolded, and Caspar gave her a lopsided smile. "Where's Joe then?" She asked, and Caspar panicked.
"Um, he went..." He looked around him for inspiration to use as an excuse, and tried to look laid back. "He went to the toilet." He said bluntly, and she hummed in response.

"Well, step inside and close the door. Don't try and kill anybody this time." She sighed.

Caspar stepped inside and accidentally slammed the door, suddenly he heard more screams that he expected. Not that he expected any screams anyways. Not that he expected to nearly break the door.

"Caspar, I said don't kill anybody! Oh my gosh, are you alright?" The teacher complained, rushing over to the floor by the door. Caspar looked down and was in shock of what he saw.

Joe was lying on the floor, with a bloody nose.

He must of slammed the door when Joe was walking in, causing it to slam into Joe's face. Joe was not amused, and people at the back were still screaming for some reason.

"Caspar take him to the nurse, his nose shouldn't be broken but I think you did some damage." The teacher said calmly, and Caspar remembered the ignoring rule and quickly shook his head.

"I can't take him. He'll die. I caused this in the first place, I'd probably end up accidentally killing him, you should get someone else to do it."

"Right now Caspar, don't you think that your being a little dramatic? Just take Joe to the nurse it's not far."

"No."

"Caspar, do what I say, this isn't a time to messing around."

"I'm really unfit miss. I doubt I'll make it half way, you need to leave without me." Caspar said dramatically, pretending to look upset. "It's probably all this pizza I eat, it's worth it though."

"CASPAR, JUST TAKE YOUR BOYFRIEND TO THE NURSE." The teacher shouted, and everybody flinched.

She turned red, and wiped her forehead. "Sorry about that, I know you guys are still coming out as the article only came out last night but I just-" she paused. "Take Joe to the nurse, please. You both can come back for your bags later."

Caspar just sighed and nodded, and looked around him. Everybody was looking at him with the same expression: confusion.

Caspar held out a hand for Joe to help him to stand up, and Joe gladly took it, sending Caspar a glare. Caspar awkwardly put his arm around Joe's waist, and waddled out the classroom giving everybody a wave.

When they were quite far away from the classroom, Joe pushed Caspar off him and slapped him on the cheek.

"Ow, what was that for?" Caspar asked angrily, and Joe shrugged.
"I don't bloody know, maybe my bleeding nose?" Joe replied in a mimick voice.

"It's not my fault. You walked into the door." Caspar said back simply, rubbing his cheek trying to get rid of the pain. Joe rolled his eyes.

"Also, well done on this whole ignoring each other thing. You did a great job." Joe scoffed sarcastically, and Caspar put his arms up in defence.

"It's not my fault, you should have watched where you were going." Caspar hissed while tugging on Joe's arm for him to walk faster as the blood was starting to drip on the floor.

"I can't wait until this newspaper thing stops. Then I can go back to punching your face, I might even do it now." Joe threatened.

"I'm as annoyed and as confused as you are right now Joe, but don't blame all of this crap on me. Do you think that I wanted this newspaper to come out? I didn't, both of us didn't, think about how I'm feeling. It's not just you who that newspaper is about, stop complaining at me." Caspar snapped.

The remaining minutes to the school nurses office was spent in silence, neither of them said a word the rest of the way there.

When they finally approached the nurses office, Caspar was told that he could leave. He didn't even bother to say anything to Joe, he didn't deserve it.

How dare he just blame everything on Caspar? He was just as confused about what was going on, and he didn't need Joe to shout at him in the process as well.
Everybody around him was believing a lie, nobody was listening to him. Why couldn't someone just listen to him for once? There was only one person who would listen.

Troye.

But Caspar understood that something was going on today with Troye, so he pushed that thought to the back of his mind and made his way back to his lesson.

After all, it was nearly the end of the first class. And Caspar still had five hours till he could go home and talk to Troye, or attempt to anyways.

Caspar walked back into the classroom, to find it empty. The bell had just rang, meaning that he had missed a whole lesson.

"You missed the whole hour of learning Caspar, normally I would be mad. But seeing as the situation you and Joe are in at the moment, I'll let it slide. Just don't let your relationship get in the way of your learning please." The teacher pointed out, and Caspar figured there was no point in arguing and instead grabbed his bag, murmured a 'sorry' and left.

This was only lesson one, how was he going to deal with a whole day of this? He wished he had Troye with him. He couldn't stop thinking about Troye.

He walked down the hallway to his next class, which was I.C.T. He didn't mind I.C.T too much, usually the teacher never really taught anything and just told them to add up stuff on the computer or do photo-editing.

Most people found it quite boring, but he found it relatively fun. You hardly did anything, and they never noticed if you were listening to music so Caspar just did that.

Besides, he was sat next to Adam Relonds and Carly Hazel. They never spoke to him, or anyone for a matter of fact. Adam just played on his phone under the table, and Carly just occasionally looked at Caspar for a while and then go back to doing her work. He guessed that she had some sort of crush on him, or she really hated him. It was quite hard to figure out which one.

And it didn't matter anyways, because Caspar was gay.

As he sat down and took out his phone, Adam sat down next to him.
"Well done." Adam whispered to Caspar as the teacher walked in. "You make me proud, I'm bi by the way." Caspar flashed him a smile.

"That's great, and me and Joe aren't dating." Caspar replied, and Adam narrowed his eyes at him.
"Of course you are."

Before Caspar had a chance to reply, his phone beeped, it was a message from an unknown number.

Unknown- I know you think that this would all blow over, but it won't. Looks like your stuck with Joe. I won't hurt you, I'm just going to make everybody think that you two are dating, photograph your every move. Everything you do, I'll. Be. Watching.
Get ready my dear Caspy, for this is only day one.
