Third Person POV
Max and Tul found themselves in the exact same hospital ER where they had just come from the night before.
Luckily Tul did not have a hard time finding a parking space in the hospital parking lot.
The ER nurse quickly helped Tul to lay the half conscious Max on the hospital bed while another nurse attached a nasal tube to Max. The tubing was attached to an oxygen concentrator that supplied Max with oxygen.
After the other nurse had laid Max on the bed, she took out a digital blood pressure equipment from her pocket and placed it around Max's wrist. At the same time she attached a pulse oximeter to his left index finger to check his oxygen level. The other nurse who was already measuring his respiration, wrote her observation on a piece of paper and handed it to the other nurse who was still waiting for her blood pressure instrument and pulse oximeter to give her the figures that she needed.
"His vital signs are within normal level," the nurse eventually announced. "He just needs to be stitched up again."
"Shit," Tul said under his breath.
"What did you say?" the nurse asked.
"Nothing," Tul replied.
The nurse eyed him suspiciously before asking once more, "Why are you and the patient shirtless."
"Do you really need to know?" Tul asked.
"Yes, because it will have to be added in the patient's history," the nurse replied. "It might add to the efficiency and accuracy of care and treatment that the doctor will give him."
Sure enough, in a few minutes the ER doctor arrived.
"Why is the patient shirtless?" was the first thing that the doctor asked.
Then the doctor noticed Tul's presence.
"Are you his responsible party? Why are you shirtless as well?" the questions came rapidly, one after the other.
"Um... um..." Tul was getting redder and redder in the face by the minute.
"We were making violent love to each other in my room and we both fell off the bed and I hit my head on the sharp edge of my dresser," Max suddenly spoke from the bed.
Shit, he was conscious now.
Tul kept frantically making scissor motions with his arms to indicate 'no, that's not true' but the doctor and nurses had their attention on the patient now.
"Okay, let's stitch up this violent lover now," the doctor said to the nurses. "Bring me the materials I need. One of you, please escort the other violent lover to the waiting room. We will announce to him when the other violent lover is ready to be discharged from here."
"Let's go, sir," the nurse who had been tasked to take Tul out of the ER cubicle motioned for Tul to follow her.
Tul kept shaking his head as he followed the nurse out of the ER and into the waiting room just outside the ER automatic sliding doors.
Just what bloody game was Max playing? And literally at that. Serves him right for getting stitched up all over again.
Those were Tul's angry thoughts as he took one of the seats in the waiting room. He had never been embarrassed this much in his entire life.
He tried to dig into his pocket to take out his phone when he realized that he was still in his borrowed pajama pants from Max and they had no pockets and his cell phone was not with him. He had left it on top of Max's dresser and in his panic had not thought about taking it with him to the hospital.
