CHAPTER 8
Present Day...
We spent those days I skipped playing foosball, practicing shooting, getting supplies, making plans, but none were good, and so forth. We also went joyriding for a bit in our cars. All of the usual stuff us kids do in the apocalypse. Luckily, we had Wifi, but we couldn't call our parents or anyone. Our friends' phones were either lost or with no internet connection.
Aaron was worried for Jessie, and we went out all day trying to find her. Her and McDonald's, and we stole thousands of chicken nuggets. But, more importantly, no Jessie.
"She is smart," Aaron was saying after we returned with no luck.
"She is," I reassured him.
I was about to tell him she will be okay because she is an athlete, but then I wasn't sure if she was just a dancer. If she is, she's screwed.
"She can take care for herself," is what I went with.
"She's a runner, a baseball player, a soccer player, and took a summer class in survival in the wilderness," Aaron replied confidently.
Well then, not a dancer. That's for sure.
"Wait. How do you know this?" Joe asked.
"She's my gir- friend." Aaron said, annoyed. "And, she told me all of this,"
"Well if you say so," Luke said, skeptically.
I'll end it here for time's sake.
We spent that night together mostly, because we figured that it would take months for zombies to get here. So we watched old movies and commented every second of how bad the acting was. For once, our lives were normal.
And the follower I would like to tell you about is Fifa108 . Check out their page.
