It was Friday night and the big game was in half time. Bayley sat on the bleachers next to Mike. Sasha and Becky in the middle between Bayley and Roman.

"Excuse me." Sasha said as she spotted Alexa passing by.

Sasha ran down the bleachers and stopped her.

"Alexa." Sasha said.

"Oh, it's you." Alexa said.

"I don't know what game you think you are playing but back off from Bayley." Sasha said.

"Excuse me?" Alexa asked.

"I'm not blind, I used to do this same run around with Carmella and Colin." Sasha said.

"I'm not playing any games Sasha." Alexa said.

"Just leave her alone okay? Her and Dean are good together. If you screw that up for her you will have to answer to me." Sasha said.

Alexa laughed as Sasha walked away and returned to her seat.

"What was that about?" Becky asked.

"Just a friendly chat." Sasha said.

"But you hate her." Mike said.

"Whatever." Sasha said.

"So you are all coming to my place tomorrow night for the party?" Bayley asked.

"Wouldn't miss it for the wold." Sasha said as she hugged Bayley.

When the game finished everyone ran down to the field to congratulate the guys. Mike walked up to Finn and welcomed him with a kiss. Bayley ran into Dean's arm and he spun her around.

"You are sure you don't want to do anything tonight?" Sasha asked.

"I'm sure, Dean is taking me out tonight for my birthday.

"You're taking her out?" Seth asked.

"Yeah." Dean said.

"When have you ever taken a girl out?" Seth asked.

"Dude can we not do this right now?" Dean asked.

"Fine. But I still get you Sunday morning right?" Seth asked.

"Only until I have to meet my father for lunch." Bayley said.

"I guess we will see you guys tomorrow night then." Becky said.

"What are you guys doing tonight?" Dean asked.

"We are hanging out at Roman's" Mike said.

Bayley looked at Roman as he stood behind everyone. She gave him a friendly smile but he tried to pretend like he didn't see it.

"See ya." Sasha said as Becky put her arm around her and they walked away.

After he showered Dean and Bayley left the game. Dean drove across town to his surprise destination.

"Where are we going?" Bayley asked.

"We're here." Dean said as he pulled into a parking lot.

"Is this a movie theater?" Bayley asked.

"It used to be." Dean said as he got out of the car and opened her door.

"And now?" Bayley asked.

Dean didn't answer her. He opened his trunk and grabbed a picnic basket.

"Let's go." Dean said.

Bayley followed him cautiously. Dean walked to the side of the building and pointed at a ladder.

"You first." Dean said.

Bayley nodded her head and laughed as she began climbing. Dean followed behind her. As she reached the roof there were white sting lights hung over the roof.

"Dean?" Bayley asked as she observed her surroundings.

He sat down and opened the picnic basket. Dean pulled out a red table cloth and spread it across the floor of the roof. Next pulled out two candles and lit them.

"What is all this?" Bayley asked as she took a seat next to him.

"I thought it was obvious.." Dean said as he pulled out two wine glasses.

"Not exactly." Bayley said.

"You said your date with Roman was magical so I am clearly trying to update him." Dean joked.

"Dean you really didn't have to go through all this trouble." Bayley said.

"Of course I did." Dean said as he kissed her slowly.

"I love you." Bayley said.

"Wait, I almost forgot." Dean said as he jumped up to his feet.

He walked over to an old radio and hit play. "Don't you forget about me" played over the radio and Bayley lost her mind.

"The Breakfast Club." Bayley said as she walked over to him.

"I remember when we first watched this together and you did that silly dance.." Dean said.

"Like this?" Bayley asked as she started dancing by herself.

"That's the one. That was the moment I first felt something for you. I didn't know what it was at the time but now I know it was love." Dean said sincerely.

"You're acting weird Dean." Bayley said as she stopped dancing and pulled her hair out of eyes. 

Suddenly Dean got down in one knee and pulled out a ring.

"Dean." Bayley said.

"Bayley will you marry me one day?" Dean asked.

"I'm confused." Bayley said at her heart began to race.

"It's not an engagement rings, it's a promise ring." Dean said.

"Then yes, absolutely." Bayley said as he ran into his arms and kissed him.

She observed the ring as he slid it on her finger. 

"Are you sure this isn't an engagement ring?" Bayley asked.

"Technically yes, it is. This is ring my father gave my mother when he proposed." Dean said.

"Dean I cant accept this." Bayley said.

"But I'm giving it to you as a promise ring. I would marry you today if I could Bayley but you still have two more years left until you graduate." Dean said.

"You would really marry me?" Bayley asked.

"Of course." Dean said as leaned in as kissed her.

"Everyone is going to think is an engagement ring." Bayley said.

"Right now it's a promise ring. When you're ready, it will be an engagement ring." Dean said.

"It's beautiful." Bayley said as tears began to fall from her eyes.

"Just like my girl." Dean said.

At Romans house everyone was gathered on the couch.

"So Roman, you and Mandy?" Seth asked.

"I don't know. She isn't really up for a relationship." Roman said.

"That's a good thing isn't it?" Becky asked.

"I guess it is." Roman said.

"So you and Paige are done?" Seth asked.

"I hope so." Roman said.

"Because I kind of hooked up with her at the beach the other night.

Roman looked at Seth with disbelief.

"You're joking." Roman said.

"If it helps I still hate her." Seth said.

"No, that doesn't help." Roman said.

"Sorry man." Seth said.

"Do you guys not know the bro code or what? It's supposed to be bros over hoes." Becky said.

"Don't worry about it, just don't get dragged into her drama, she's likes to cause trouble." Roman said.

"Why are you cool with this?" Seth asked.

"Did you want me to be mad?" Roman asked.

"No but I mean you didn't even get upset with Dean for what happened with Bayley." Seth said.

"We are friends man, I'm not going to mess that up for a girl, especially someone like Paige." Roman said.

"But what about Bayley?" Seth asked.

"What the fuck are you getting at man?" Roman asked.

"Calm down guys." Finn said.

"You just forgave him? Just like that?" Seth asked.

"Didn't you?" Roman asked.

"No.. I -." Seth began to say.

"You're just forgiving him temporarily until Bayley comes running back to you?" Roman asked.

"Fuck you." Seth said.

"It's not going to happen man." Roman said.

"Okay maybe we should talk about something else." Sasha said.

Seth grabbed his jacket and stormed out of the door.

"That went well." Finn said.

On their date Dean and Bayley were just finishing their meal.

"Dean I have to tell you something." Bayley said.

"What is it?" Dean asked.

"Alexa kissed me." Bayley said.

"I know, I was there." Dean said.

"I mean before that." Bayley said.

"What do you mean?" Dean asked.

"I had had a lot to drink and she kissed me. Then I felt bad that I pushed her away so I kissed her back." Bayley said.

"You kissed her back?" Dean asked.

"I know I should have told you." Bayley said.

"I'm not upset Bayley. You invited me along before it went any further right?" Dean asked.

"Yeah." Bayley said.

"Then it's all good." Dean said.

"Really?" Bayley asked.

"I went through both of my best friends to get you here tonight. I am sure I can handle Alexa." Dean said.

"Wow, I really didn't think you were going to take it that well." Bayley said.

"I gave you that ring for a reason Bayley, I want to be with you, through everything." Dean said as they shared a kiss.

"I still can't believe I'm wearing this." Bayley said.

"You don't have to wear it to the party tomorrow night if you don't want to. I wouldn't want Seth and Roman to get the wrong idea." Dean said.

"I'm wearing it and I am never taking it off. I want everyone to know that I'm yours." Bayley said.

"And I'm yours." Dean said.

"Besides, I bet no one will even notice." Bayley said as she admired the diamond ring.
