One month later..

It had been weeks since Roman was shot. He didn't get to finish out the football season. Bayley is now back to her life before the school year started. She hasn't gotten a lot closer with Roman now that he isn't playing football. She still sees Dean but he tries to keep his distance. Bayley only sees him and Seth when the whole group is together. Seth too is trying to move on. He and Carmella have been dating for the past two weeks. Becky and Sasha are officially a couple now. Finn has decided to take a break from relationships, despite his new friendship with Mike.

It was Friday night and everyone was the the football game. It was half time and Bayley sat on the bleachers with Roman.

"Is it weird not being out there?" Bayley asked.

"I mean yeah.. but I kind of like hanging out with you instead." Roman said.

"I wonder where Sasha and Becky went." Bayley said as she searched the crowd.

"They are probably making out in Sasha's car again." Roman said.

"Probably." Bayley said.

"So you're going to the party tonight right?" Roman asked.

"Who else is going to drive you?" Bayley asked.

"Good, I didn't want to be by myself." Roman said.

The game was in half time and Dean was talking to the cheerleaders. Bayley tried to look away but when Alexa wrapped her arms around Deans neck she couldn't contain herself.

"You okay?" Roman asked.

"Are they together now?" Bayley asked as she fought back a tear.

"Do you really want to know?" Roman asked.

"Not really." Bayley said as she looked away.

"I know this must suck for you but come Bayley, you had to know that whatever you had with Dean wouldn't last." Roman said.

"Call me an idiot then because I really thought it would." Bayley said.

"I can't remember Dean ever being in a relationship. That's just not who he is." Roman says.

Bayley didn't respond. She just looked up slowly as Dean went back on the field.

"Hey guys." Becky said as she and Sasha returned to their seats.

Sasha fixes her hair and sat next to Bayley.

"You missed a button in your shirt." Roman said as he and Bayley shared a laugh.

After the game everyone was arriving at Mike's house for the party. Roman and Bayley were talking by the pool with Becky and Sasha when Seth walked up with Carmella.

"How's it going guys?" Carmella asked.

Bayley took notice of Seth's arm around Carmella and tried to act like it didn't bother her.

"You did good tonight Seth." Bayley said.

"Thanks." Seth said.

"So you two are dating now?" Carmella asked Sasha.

"Sure are." Becky said as she put her arm around Sasha protectively.

"You all made it!" Dean said as he walked up with Alexa.

"Yeah man, whats up?" Roman asked.

"We just kicked Mike and Finn's asses at beer pong!" Dean yelled.

Bayley stood behind Roman, hoping Dean wouldn't speak to her.

"Hi Bayley, I didn't know you were coming." Alexa said.

"I'm just here to keep and eye on Roman." Bayley said.

"Okay well we are going to dance." Dean said as they walked away.

"Us too." Beck said as she lead Sasha away.

"I need another drink. Anyone want one?" Seth asked.

"I'll take one." Roman said as Seth walked away.

"I'm going to use the restroom." Carmella said.

Bayley took a deep breath as she gave Roman a worried look.

"You're doing fine." Roman said as she grabbed his hand.

"Thank you Roman." Bayley said.

"Hey Roman." Mandy said as she approached them.

"Mandy." Roman said.

"Hi Bayley." Mandy said.

"I'll give you two a minute?" Bayley asked.

"It will just be a second." Roman assures Bayley before she walked away.

Bayley sat down by the pool and watched as Mandy flirted with Roman. She could see Dean and Alexa across the way dancing to some dirty rap song.

"You okay?" Seth asked as he sat down next to her.

"I'm fine." Bayley said.

"Bayley come on, you can talk to me." Seth said.

"I just feel like an idiot." Bayley said as she watched Alexa dance with Dean.

"Your not an idiot." Seth said.

"I don't want to talks about it. How are things with Carmella?" Bayley asked.

"I think they good. I really think this relationship is going to work." Seth said.

"I'm happy for you Seth." Bayley said.

"If you need me though you know I'm here." Seth said.

"Seth." Baykey said as she looked behind him.

"Yeah?" Seth asked as Bayley pointed to Carmella.

"Is that Nikki?" Bayley asked.

"Fuck." Seth said as he got up and walked their way.

"Seth." Carmella said.

"What the hell Carmella?" Seth asked.

"Should I let you handle this?" Nikki asked.

"Handle what?" Seth asked as Nikki walked away.

"Seth I don't think this is going to work." Carmella said.

"You don't think What is going to work?" Seth asked.

"Us." Carmella said.

"What?" Seth asked.

"Look I know you are going to cheat on me at some point so I just figured.." Carmella said.

"You would do it first?" Seth asked.

"Nikki listens to me. She's really there for me when I need her." Carmella said.

"And I'm not?" Seth asked.

"No, you're not. You always have somewhere to run off to." Carmella said.

"I can't believe this." Seth said.

"I'm sorry Seth." Carmella said as she walked away.

Seth stood there in disbelief as Bayley watched from a distance. Seth walked back to Bayley and sat back down next to her.

"What happened?" Bayley asked.

"She broke up with me." Seth said.

"Seriously?" Bayley asked.

"So much for making it work." Seth said.

"I'm sorry." Bayley said.

"Want a beer?" Seth asked.

"No, I'm driving." Bayley said.

"This sucks." Seth said.

"Tell me about it." Bayley said.

Mandy was now sitting in Roman's lap behind Seth and Bayley.

"So are you sure you don't need a nurse? I look sexy as hell in a nurse's outfit." Mandy said.

"I don't know, I might have to take you up on that one." Roman said.

"I'll see you around then?" Mandy asked as she ran her hand up Romans leg.

"Mmm-hmm." Roman said as she walked away.

Roman took a deep breath, trying to keep his cool. Suddenly he found Bayley and Seth laughing by the pool. He didn't know what they were saying but e didn't like what's he was seeing.

"Bayley!" Roman yelled.

"Oh, looks like Mandy's gone." Bayley said as she stood up.
Seth stood up after her. Bayley's foot slipped and she began to fall. Seth grabbed her arm to stop her from falling into the water.

"I got you." Seth said as he pulled her up.

Bayley looked into Seth's eyes and for a moment she forgot about all the bad things she had been feeling. Suddenly out of the corner of his eye he noticed the Dean and Alexa stop dancing. He let go of Bayley's hand and walked over to Roman. Bayley stood there for a moment in confusion before following Seth.

"What were you two talking about?" Roman asked.

"Carmella dumped him." Bayley said.

"Oh damn." Roman said.

"Whatever. It's not a big deal." Seth said.

"What's going on?" Dean asked.

"Carmella dumped his ass." Roman said.

"So you are like single now? Not that that matters." Dean said.

"What?" Seth asked.

"Nothing." Dean said as he glanced at Bayley very quickly.

"Apparently She has been messing around with Nikki." Seth said.

"The player got played." Roman said.

"It's not like it was going anywhere." Seth said.

"I thought you told me you wanted to make it work? That you thought it was going to last?" Bayley asked.

Roman and Dean chuckled. Bayley suddenly realized she had embarrassed Seth.

"I'm going to get a beer." Seth said.

"Where mine I asked for?" Roman asked.

"I drank it while you were talking up Mandy." Seth said.

"You and Mandy?" Alexa asked.

"No." Roman said.

"He's still trying to get rid of Paige." Dean said.

"I thought you two were done?" Alexa asked.

"We were and then.." Roman began to say.

"Now they're fuck buddies." Dean said.

"Nice." Alexa said.

"You boys really like share your girls huh?" Alexa said.

Everyone suddenly got quiet. Alexa looked at Dean but he put his head down, so did Seth.

"What's up guys?" Mike asked.

"Hey Finn." Bayley said.

"Why do you all look like someone just ran over your cat?" Mike asked.

"Why aren't you drinking Bayley?@ Finn asked.

"I'm driving." Bayley said.

"You guys are more than welcome to stay here tonight." Mike said.

"Really man?" Roman asked.

"Yeah, have fun, don't worry about it." Mike said.

"In that case." Bayley said as she grabbed Seth's Finn's beer and began to chug it down.

"Um.." Seth said.

"Bayley are you sure that's a good idea?" Roman asked.

"I think it's a great idea." Bayley said as she looked at Dean and Alexa.

"Who wants to dance?" Bayley asked.

Seth, Roman, and Dean all looked very serious while Finn and Mike seemed amused.

"I will." Alexa said with a smile on her face.

"What?" Dean asked as Alexa led Bayley away.

The song "Strangers" by Halsey came on as Seth and Dean watched in disbelief.

"This can't be happening." Seth said.

Dean took a drink of his beer as Alexa backed up and started grinding on Bayley. Bayley put her hands on Alexa's hips as she moved back and forth.

"What the hell?" Becky asked as she and Sasha reproached the group.

"Don't ask." Roman said.

"Damn Bayley." Sasha said.

"Hey. Eyes over here." Becky said.

Alexa turned around and grabbed Bayley's neck.

"This is kind of fun." Bayley said.

"Take off your t-shirt." Alexa said.

"What?" Bayley said as Alexa began to pull her shirt up.

"I'm not that drunk." Bayley said as she pulled her shirt back down.

Dean walked furiously over to them and pulled Alexa away.

"Come with me." Dean said.

Bayley stood there in confusion as Dean walked away with Alexa. She walked back over to the group.

"So much for dancing." Bayley said.

Inside Mike's house Dean had pulled Alexa aside.

"What the hell was that?" Dean asked.

"Come one, like you didn't enjoy it." Alexa said.

"I don't like playing games Alexa." Dean said.

"Since when?" Alexa asked.

"Just leave her alone." Dean said as he walked away.

After a few hours Bayley was drunk. Seth had had a few too many as well. Roman had already crashed in one of Mike's guestrooms. Sasha and Becky had disappeared awhile ago.

"I think I need to lay down." Bayley said.

"Yeah, where did everyone go?" Seth asked.

"I think they left." Bayley said as Seth followed her into the house.

She stumbled into the hall and began looking for a place to sleep.

"This one is empty." Bayley said as she walked into a room and fell onto the bed.

"Okay, I'll see you tomorrow?" Seth asked as he stood in the doorway.

"Where are you sleeping?" Bayley asked."

"The couch was empty." Seth said.

"Don't be silly Seth, get in here." Bayley said.

"Are you sure?" Seth asked.

Bayley took of her shoes and pulled down the covers. She took of her t-shirt and stripped down to her bra, too drunk to realize what she was doing. Seth didn't say anything, he just tried to look away  as he crawled into bed. He took of his shirt and pulled the covered over him. Bayley suddenly started unbuttoning her blue jeans.

"Maybe keep those on." Seth said.

"But it's like really hot in here." Bayley said.

"Tell me about it." Seth said to himself.

Bayley gave up on taking off her pants and turned to face Seth.

"Hi." Bayley said.

"Hey." Seth laughed.

"You're so pretty." Bayley said.

"I know." Seth joked.

Bayley laughed. Seth smiled at how silly Bayley looked.

"I'm sorry." Bayley said as she looked into his eyes.

"For what?" Seth asked.

Bayley leaned in and kissed him against the lips. Seth wanted to pull away so badly but couldn't.

"You shouldn't have done that." Seth said as he kissed her back.

After a few seconds of making out Bayley let out a small moan. She jumped on top of Seth and held his arms down. Seth licked his lips as she gave him a wild look.

"Bayley." Seth said.

She leanr back down and began kissing him again. He put his hands on her hips as she began moved up and down. Suddenly Bayley started kissing his neck then down to his chest. Seth could be heard breathing heavily as she made her way down to his waste.

"Oh fuck." Seth said under his breathe.

Across the hall Mandy snuck into Roman's room. He was asleep but Mandy knew she could wake him up.

"What the-?" Roman asked as he felt someone under his blankets.

"Shh-." Mandy said as she popped out form the covers.

Roman looked at her with confusion as she went back under the covers. When she pulled down his short he suddenly knew what she was trying to do.

"Mandy wait." Roman said.

"Are you serious right now?" Mandy asked.

"You don't have to do this." Roman said.

"I want to." Mandy said.

"Mandy get up here." Roman said.

She brought herself up to face him.

"You've had a lot to drink tonight. Maybe we shouldn't do this tonight." Roman said.

"Then point me to Seth's room. Any guy at this party would be willing to sleep with me if you aren't." Mandy said.

"That may be true but that doesn't mean you have to." Roman said.

"What?" Mandy asked.

"You can sleep in here if you want to." Roman said.

"Sleep? Just sleep?" Mandy asked.

Roman laughed and turned back over in the bed.

The next morning Seth woke up to find himself spooning with Bayley. For a moment he happy and content. Once he remembered what happened last night everything changed.

"Fuck." Seth said to himself as he got out of bed and searched for his pants.

"What's going on?" Bayley asked as she woke up.

Seth was zipping his pants when Bayley turned around.

"Seth?" Bayley asked.

"Where's my shirt?" Seth asked.

"Oh my god!" Bayley said. "Did we?"

"We did." Seth said.

"No." Bayley said.

Seth found his shirt and threw it on.

"I have to go." Seth said as he rushed out the door without his shoes.

Bayley was suddenly alone and couldn't fight back the tears. She couldn't help but think of Dean. Bayley held her hands with her face.

Across the hall Roman woke up to the sight of Mandy in his t-shirt. He sat up in bed and watched as she searched for her own clothes.

"What?" Mandy asked as she noticed a smile on his face.

"You look beautiful." Roman said.

"You are freaking me out." Mandy said.

Roman laughed as he found her bra and held it up.

"Looking for this?" Roman asked.

"Why didn't you want to sleep with me?" Mandy asked.

"Mandy you don't have to do all of that with me. I already like you for you." Roman said.

"Yeah right." Mandy said as she grabbed her bra and walked out of the room.

"Roman?" Bayley asked from the hallway.

"What's up?" Roman asked as she walked in the door.

Bayley just stood there for a moment before breaking out into tears again. Roman jumped out of bed and ran to comfort her. He wrapped his arms around her and held her held.

"It's okay Bayley. Whatever it is it's okay." Roman said.

"I miss him." Bayley said.

"Dean?" Roman asked.

"I really thought what we had was real." Bayley said.

"Bayley." Roman said as he continued holding her.

"Maybe it was all just in my head." Bayley said.
