Chapter 53
It was the strangest feeling I had ever felt. I felt like I was going to die of starvation and then it changed to a wanting not a needing. I wanted to kill someone, I wanted to claim my first victim. I wanted, I wanted, I wanted... I stood up slowly and Bill took my hand and helped me up.
"How do you feel?" Bill asked with mischievous smile on his face.
"I feel great." I didn't care that my voice related to his, I didn't care that I looked like him and I didn't care that I thought like him. I felt great!
Bill smiled even bigger. "Are you ready?" He asked.
I turned to Bill quickly, with a new fluid grace of a dream demon. "I think I'll take this one on my own."
Bill's eye shined with approval.
I snapped my fingers and teleported to the Mystery Shack. I looked up into Dipper and Mabel's window and saw their silhouettes. I threw a rock at their window and saw one of them move to the window. I could see the figure lean in and suddenly dart out of the room. I smiled manically and floated over to the edge of the forest.
Dipper threw the door open and looked around. As soon as he saw me he ran up with Mabel behind him. "Eleanor!" He cried almost relived. Mabel smiled brightly behind Dipper. They reached me and stared at me for a second. I realized I had grown taller and slimmer, like Bill. "Eleanor, how did you get away from Bill?"
I smiled and put a black, gloved hand on the tree trunk beside me. "I didn't." I saw in the corner of my eye, Mabel and Dipper flinch at my Bill-like-voice. They were hilarious to watch.
Dipper looked confused. "Then, how are you here?"
I laughed. "Oh Pinetree, you ask to many questions."
Dipper turned pail. "P-Pinetree?" He stared at me with wide terrified eyes. "Is Bill making you do this?"
I turned to Dipper, no, Pinetree, and flashed a pointed-tooth smile. "Of course he's not. I asked him if I could come and do this alone, though I assume he's watching."
"Do what alone?" Shootingstar's voice crept up from behind.
"You surely do like to know everything, don't you Pine's twins?" I asked.
Pinetree put a brave foot forward. "It's Mabel and Dipper, you know our names Eleanor, stop playing games."
I laughed a crazed and insane laugh and floated over them and looked at them with my one eye. "Of course I do. It's just my part of the job."
"Job?" They both echoed.
"What job?" Pinetree asked.
"The one Bill assigned me, obviously, but I'm more lenient on this idea now that it's more sport than job." I smiled. I raised one hand and let blue flames engulf it and stood admiring it.
"E-Eleanor, please, what's going on?" Pinetree begged.
I walked around the forest and ran my fingers along the bark of the trees. "Oh, life changing stuff, for you I suppose, you at least have a life."
Pinetree and Shootingstar gasped. "No, Eleanor, we all have a life. You have a life, here, in Gravity Falls, with your parents."
I felt a weird feeling in my chest for split second before the twinge went away. Pinetree must have noticed something, because he continued.
"Your parents love you Eleanor, you can't just leave them for-"
I raised the fire and shot it around them, making two separate cages around them. The bars on the cage were neon blue, glowing with life. I turned red with anger and raised a flaming hand before I clamed myself down and smiled into his cage. "You're making me mad Pinetree."
Pinetree backed up against the cage. I swirled my fingers and made the cage disappear. I turned back to him and waved a finger. "And I wouldn't recommend doing it again." I growled.
Pintree looked distressed. "What did Bill do to you?!" He cried.
I turned red again. "He. Did. NOTHING!" Fire erupted around me and they both stumbled back. I steeled my self and tried to remain calm. "Don't do that Pinetree, don't make me mad." I told him through gritted teeth.
Pintree looked like he was on the verge of crying.
"Well, I might as well tell you what's going to happen to you. I'm very hungry for blood you see. I need it, not just blood." I faced Pinetree directly. "I need you."
Pinetree's eyes were bright with fear.
My hands lit up with fire. "I just need to kill you."
Pintree and Shootingstar couldn't run, they knew they couldn't.
"Now don't move," I raised my flaming hand, "you don't want me to miss."
