NO ONE'S POV:

(Dr. Desmond is currently talking to The Light.)

Desmond: Four sidekicks. Robin, Aqualad, Kid Flash, and White Lightning breached security. They found and released the weapon. The Superboy. Of course the clone is under our telepathic control and turned against his would be liberators. The four are contained and we don't believe the League knows they're here. Uh, what should I do with them?

???: Clone them.

???: The substitutes will serve The Light and only The Light.

Desmond: And the originals?

???: Dispose of them. Leave no trace.

(Cut to our heroes waking up in pods with Superboy watching them.)

Kid Flash: [gasps] What? What do you want?! Quit starin'! You're creeping me out!

White Lightning: You wanna go another round? Get me out of this pod and I'll smite you down!

Robin: Hey, KF. WL. How about we not tick off the guy who can fry us with a look?

White Lightning: [scoffs] I can take it!

Robin, Kid Flash, & Aqualad: No you can't.

Aqualad: We only sought to help you.

Kid Flash: Yeah! We free you and you turn on us. How's that for grat-

Aqualad: Kid, be quiet now. I believe our new friend was not in full control of his actions.

(Robin begins to lock pick the restraints off of him.)

Superboy: What if..[sighs] What if it wasn't?

Kid Flash: He can talk?

White Lightning: Seems like it can.

Superboy: Yes. He can.

(Robin & Aqualad look at Kid Flash.)

Kid Flash: White's the one that called him "it."

(The trio looks at White Lightning.)

White Lightning: Sorry?

Aqualad: The Genomorphs taught you. Telepathically.

Superboy: They taught much. I can read, read, I know the names of things.

Robin: But have you seen them? Have they ever let you actually see the sky? Or the sun?

Superboy: Images are implanted in my mind. But no, I have not seen them.

Aqualad: Do you know what you are? Who you are?

Superboy: I am the Superboy. A Genomorph. A clone made from the DNA of the Superman Created to replace should he perish. To destroy should he turn from The Light.

(The four heroes look at each other.)

Aqualad: To be like Superman is a...worthy aspiration. But like Superman you deserve a life of your own. Beyond that the solar suit. Beyond your pod. Beyond Cadmus.

Superboy: I live because of Cadmus! It is my home!

Robin: Your home is a test tube. We can show you the sun.

Kid Flash: Uh...pretty sure it's after midnight. But we can show you the moon.

White Lightning: Get us out of here and I'll take you to Mount Olympus.

Aqualad: We can show you, introduce you to Superman.

(Desmond, Guardian, & a female scientist enter the room.)

Desmond: No they can't. They'll be otherwise occupied. Activate the cloning process.

Robin: Pass! Batcave's crowded enough.

White Lightning: There are too many Gods as is.

Desmond: And get the weapon back in it's pod.

(Superboy walks up to our heroes.)

Aqualad: Help us.

Desmond: Don't start thinking now.

(Desmond's Genomorph gnome hops onto Superboy's shoulder & its horns start to glow.)

Desmond: You're not a real boy. You're a weapon and you belong to me! Well, to Cadmus. Same thing. Now get back to your pod!

(Superboy walks out of the room & the cloning process begins.)

Robin, Kid Flash, Aqualad & White Lightning: [yell in pain]

(Desmond tells Double X to prep the gnomes to start implanting memories & once you're done; delete the source material.)

Aqualad: [whispering] Superboy, you live. That gives you the right to follow your own path. A weapon or a person. The choice is yours. But ask yourself; what would Superman do?

(Superboy tears off the door to the room where are heroes are being cloned.)

Desmond: I told you to-

(Superboy pushes Desmond, Guardian, & Double X aside.)

Superboy: Don't give me orders.

Kid Flash: You here to help us or fry us?

(Superboy stares at Kid Flash.)

Superboy: I don't seem to have heat vision so I suppose helping is my only option.

(Robin frees himself from his restraints.)

Robin: Ugh, finally! Lucky Batman isn't here, he'd have my head for taking so long.

(Y/N): Wonder Woman is probably going to hang me with her lasso...

Kid Flash: Seriously? That's what you two are worried about? The whole League will have our heads after tonight!

(Robin opens Kid Flash, Aquaman, & White Lightning's pods.)

Robin: Free Aqualad. I'll get Kid Mouth & Rude Lightning.

White Lightning: Hey! I said I was sorry.

Superboy: Don't you give me orders either.

(Superboys jumps to Aqualad & breaks his restraints.)

Aqualad: Thank you.

(Robin frees Kid Flash & White LIghtning. They all start running except for White Lightning who creates a cloud for him to float on.)

Desmond: You'll never get out of here! I'll have you back in pods before morning.

Robin: That guy is not whelmed. Not whelmed at all.

(Robin throws some batarangs at some containers that are holding his & friend's DNA.)

Kid Flash: What's up with you and this whelmed thing?

(The batarangs explode and destroy the DNA. Desmond looks at the explosion as his gnome hops onto his shoulder.)

Desmond: Activate every Genomorph in Cadmus.

(Cut to heroes running in a hallway.)

Aqualad: We are still 42 levels below ground but if we can make it to the elevator.

(Genomorphs Trolls appear in front of the elevator & more Genomorphs hatch out of the walls, trapping our heroes. Aqualad, Robin, & Kid Flash all dodge around the Genomorphs while White Lightning floats above the Genomorphs whilst on his cloud. But Superboy is busy fighting the Genomorphs.)

Aqualad: Superboy! The goal is escape, not to to bury ourselves here.

Superboy: You want escape?!

White Lightning: Yes!

(Superboy takes out all of the Genomorphs Trolls & Aqua prys the elevator doors open. Kid Flash hops onto a ledge, Robin grapples up the elevator shaft while White Lightning floats upwards in the elevator shaft. Superboy grabs Aqualad & jumps up the elevator expecting to fly but it turns out, he can't fly.)

Superboy: I...I'm falling?

(White Lightning creates another cloud for them to float on.)

Superboy: Superman can fly. Why can't I fly?

Kid Flash: Don't know. But it looks like you can still leap buildings in a single bound. Still cool!

(Kid Flash helps Superboy onto the ledge.)

Superboy: Thank you.

White Lightning: [chuckles] Don't mention it.

(Superboy, Aqualad, & White Lightning break down sublevel 15's doors before they're crushed by an upcoming elevator. They're now running from Genomorphs.)

Superboy: Go left! Left!

(Our heroes turn left.)

Superboy: Right!

(Our heroes turn right.)

Kid Flash: Great directions, Supey. You tryin' to get us repodded?

Superboy: No...I don't understand.

Robin: Don't apologize. This is perfect!

(Our heroes are now crawling in the vents where Robin has hacked the motion sensors. They're now back in a hallway.)

Kid Flash: But I've finally got room to move!

White Lightning: There he goes.

(Kid Flash runs up a staircase, taking out Genomophs along the way. Superboy takes out the staircase behind them to prevent more Genomorphs from following them. Kid Flash runs into a closed door.)

Aqualad: We're cut off from the street.

Kid Flash: Thanks, my head hadn't noticed.

(Aqualad & Superboy begin trying to pry the door open to no avail.)

White Lightning: Move!

(Aqualad & Superboy move away from the door so White Lightning creates a lightning bolt & throws it at the door but the door is still standing.)

White Lighting: I really thought that would work.

Robin: Can't hack this fast enough.

(More Genomophs come out prompting our heroes to go through another hallway only to lead them to even more Genomorphs. They all get into battle stances until the Genomorph gnomes use their telepathy to drop our heroes. It is revealed that Double X was the one that set this event in motion.)

Superboy: I choose freedom.

Guardian: It feels like...fog lifting.

Aqualad: Guardian?

Guardian: Go. I'll deal with Desmond.

Desmond: I think not! Project Blockbuster will give me the power to restore order to Cadmus.

(Desmond takes the formula & turns into Blockbuster.)

Guardian: Everyone back!

(Guardian runs towards Blockbuster but he just slaps Guardian away into a wall.)

Whiite Lightning: That was...

(Superboy & Blockbuster begin fighting to where Blockbuster tackles Superboy upwards through the ceiling.)

Robin: That's one way to burst through the ceiling.

Kid Flash: Do you think lab coat planned that?

(Kid Flash grabs onto Robin as he grapples the hole in the ceiling,)

Aqualad: I doubt he's planning anything anymore.

White Lightning: Yeah, his thinking days are over.

(Aqualad & White Lightning join their friends through the hole in the ceiling. Blockbuster throws Superboy into Aqualad. Then our heroes get ready to face Blockbuster. White Lightning floats up in the air.)

White Lightning: Here I come, you beast!

(White Lightning stands on his cloud & steps off of it & is now free falling towards Blockbuster.)

White Lightning: [chuckles]

(White Lightning creates two lightning bolts in his hands & has his arms arched back. As he's falling; Blockbuster swats Aqualad away using Kid Flash. Just as he is about to stab Blockbuster with his lightning bolts; Blockbuster grabs White Lightning by his throat.)

Blockbuster: [roars]

White Lightning: Take this!

(White Lightning is still able to stab Blockbuster with his lightning bolts.)

Blockbuster: [roars in pain]

(But it doesn't stop Blockbuster as he charges into Aqualad with White Lightning as a shield.)

White Lightning: [grunts]

Robin: Of course!

(Robin pulls up the building's schematics.)

Robin: KF! Get over here!

(Kid Flash goes over to Robin. Blockbuster is busy using White Lightning as a weapon as he beats Aqualad with him. Until Superboy manages to get Blockbuster's attention.)

Robin: Got it?

Kid Flash: Got it!

Robin: WL!

(White Lightning runs to Robin.)

White Lightning: You got a plan?

Robin: I do.

(Kid Flash swipes Blockbuster's face.)

Kid Flash: Got your nose!

(Blockbuster begins to chase Kid Flash while breaking pillars.)

Robin: Superboy! Aqualad!

(Robin shows them the schematics.)

White Lightning: This is a pretty good plan.

(Aqualad & Superboy break the remaining pillars. Kid Flash lures Blockbuster onto the x that Robin had drawn. Aqualad sprays water across the x & Superboy punches Blockbuster onto the x then Aqualad shocks the water that Blockbuster is on.)

Blockbuster: [roars]

Robin: WL, now!

(White Lightning had created a giant lightning cloud over Blockbuster.)

White Lightning: Feel the lightning!

(A giant lightning strike comes down on Blockbuster.)

Blockbuster: [roars]

Robin: Move!

(It is revealed that Robin had placed explosives around the area. The explosion brings the building onto Blockbuster & our heroes. Butt our heroes are able to come out of the rubble.)

Aqualad: [pants] We did it.

Robin: [pants] Was there ever any doubt?

(Robin & Kid Flash high five but hurt their arms in the process.)

Robin & Kid Flash: [winces]

White Lightning: That was ama-

(As White Lightning is cheering; he grabs his side.)

White Lightning: [groans] Okay. I'm hurting.

Kid Flash: See. The moon.

(Superboy looks at the moon. But as he does, Superman comes into view.)

Kid Flash: Oh! And Superman. Do we keep our promises or what?

(The rest of the Justice League come into view behind Superman. Superboy walks up to Superman & shows him the logo on the Superman symbol on his chest which shocks Superman.)

Batman: Is that what I think it is?

Kid Flash: He doesn't like being called it.

Superboy: I'm Superman's clone!

(That shocks the Justice League.)

White Lightning: Right to it I guess.

Batman: Start talking.

(After a few moments; Blockbuster is taken away & Superman walks up to Superboy.)

Superman: We'll figure something out for you. The League will, I mean. For now I better make sure they get that Blockbuster monster sealed away.

(Superman flies off.)

Batman: Cadmus will be investigated. All 52 levels. But let's get one thing clear.

The Flash: You should've called!

Batman: End results aside, we are not happy.

White Lightning: When are you ever happy?

Wonder Woman: Not another word, brother.

Batman: You hacked Justice League systems, disobeyed direct orders, and endangered lives. You will not be doing this again.

Aqualad: I am sorry. But we will.

Aquaman: Aqualad, stand down.

Aqualad: Apologies my king. But no. We did good work here tonight. The work you trained us to do. Together. On our own. We forged something powerful. Important.

The Flash: If this is about your treatment at the Hall, you four-

Kid Flash: The five of us. And it's not.

White Lightning: You all must've known that you couldn't keep us on the sidelines forever.

Wonder Woman: There was a better way-

White Lightning: And how long do we have to wait until that "better way" arrives?

Robin: Batman. We're ready to use what you taught us. Or why teach us at all?

Superboy: Why let them tell us what to do? It's simple. Get on board or get out of the way.

Mount Justice

Batman: This cave was the original secret sanctuary of the Justice League. We're calling it into service again. Since you five are determined to stick together and fight the good fight, you'll do it on League terms.Red Tornado has volunteered to live here and be your guardian. Black Canary is charge of training. And I will deploy you on missions.

Robin: Real missions?

Batman: Yes. But covert.

The Flash: The League will still handle the obvious stuff. There's a reason why we have these big targets on our chest.

Aquaman: But Cadmus proves that the bad guys are getting smarter. Batman needs a team that operates on the sly.

Batman: The seven of you will be that team.

Robin: Cool. Wait, seven?

(They turn around.)

Batman: This is Martian Manhunter's niece, Miss Martian.

Miss Martian: Hi.

Wally: I'm likin' this gig every minute. Welcome aboard, I'm Kid Flash. That's Robin. Aqualad. And White Lightning. It's cool if you forget their names.

White Lightning: Please don't. That'd be rude.

Miss Martian: I'm honored to be included.

(They all walk up to Miss Martian except for Superboy.)

Robin: Hey, Superboy. Come meet Miss M.

(Superboy walks over & when he does Miss M makes her shirt black.)

Miss M: I like your shirt.

Superboy: (similes)

White Lightning: Who's the last person?

Wonder Woman: That would be her, brother. My other sidekick. Come on, Cassie.

White LIghtning's thoughts: Other sidekick?

(A blonde girl walks in front of Wonder Woman.)

Cassie: Uh, hello. I'm Wonder Girl.

Kid Flash: An alien girl joins the team and now a blonde, too? I must be in heaven.

Robin: The team sure is growing fast.

(White Lightning stares at Wondergirl.)

White Lightning: [whispers] Goddess...

(Wonder Woman looks at her lovestruck brother.)

Wonder Woman: [laughs]

Aqualad: Today's the day.
