The morning sunlight began to trickle in through the openings in the curtains. Riya's legs were overheating in the places where the sunlight fell directly on them. She tried to curl up to move them out of the light and accidentally hit someone in the process.

She felt wierd about this and opened her eyes to look towards that person. She got shocked to see their posture as she was sleeping in Arjun's arms, putting her head on his chest.

He didn’t make a sound when she hit him accidentally and She thought maybe he didn’t even notice so, she tried to get out of bed quietly until he reached his arm around her to pull her closer to him.

She gasped a little but put her hand on her mouth to stop her voice. She again tried to remove his hand from her waist but he tightened his hold on her. And she stopped moving right there.

She felt at ease and safe with him somehow and this made her surprised. She put her head on his chest and tried to sleep. After some time, Arjun woke up and felt a little disoriented.

He tried to get up but felt a little weight on his chest. He opened his eyes and looked at the person and there came a small but a contented smile on his face. Unconsciously, he turned towards her and cupped her left cheek in his hand.

She was asleep by then so, she didn't know that he was awake and was looking at her only. There came a knock and he came out of his thoughts. He slowly got out of bed and went to open the door hurriedly but quietly to not wake her up.

When he opened the door, he found Sameer there with a broad smirk. Arjun made a face, seeing him there but he looked back, towards Riya to check whether she's sleeping or not. When he saw that she's still sleeping, he pushed Sameer out of the way and closed the door behind him while leaving his room. He said...

Arjun (Irritatingly) - Kya hai? Kyu subhe - subhe mujhe disturb karne ke liye yaha tapka hai tu?

Sameer (In a serious tone) - Juno, tune Riya ko sorry bola ya nahi?

Arjun (While taking a deep breath) - Yaar... Kal vo us haalat me nahi thi ke main usse baat kar saku is topic pe aur abhi vo so rahi hai. Vo jaise hi uthti hai, main usse baat karta hu... Uske breakfast ke sath.

Sameer (In a surprised tone) - Tu uske liye khana banayega?

Arjun (In a matter of fact tone) - Meri galti thi yaar... Mujhe uski condition samjhni chahiye thi ke vo meri identity jaankar already dari hui hogi aur maine usse gusse me ye bol diya ke jab tak main na kahu, vo yaha se nahi ja sakti... (Taking a deep breath) Khair... Aisha kaha hai?

Sameer - Vo apne kamre me hai. Tujhe usse kya kaam hai?

Arjun (Angrily) - Mujhe Riya ki family ke baare me janna hai aur sirf vahi hai, jo mujhe sabkuch thik se bata sakti hai.

Sameer just nodded his head and followed him behind. Arjun didn't knock on her door and just entered inside without any prior notice. Aisha saw that and made a face. Sameer said...

Sameer (With an astonishment) - Bhai, knock to kar leta...!!! Ladki ka kamra hai yaar...!!!

Arjun (With an attitude) - Mera ghar, meri marzi...!!!

Aisha (Rolling her eyes) - Manners ise sikhane se koi fayda hai bhi nahi, Sameer.

Sameer (Apologetically) - We're really sorry... Vo... Juno ko aadat nahi hai apne gang ke logo ke alava kisi aur se deal karne ki. Please, be a little bit patient with him.

Aisha took a deep breath and just nodded her head. Arjun said...

Arjun (In a no-nonsense tone) - Tum mujhe Riya ki family ke baare me batanewali thi...???

Aisha (Doubtfully) - Tum kuch karnewale ho kya?

Arjun (With a straight face) - Tum bas information do. Us information ke sath mujhe kya karna hai, ye mujhe tumhe batane ki zaroorat nahi hai, samjhi?

Aisha (Rolling her eyes) - You are officially a certified jerk...!!!

(In an angry tone) Anyways...

1. Vishwajeet Mukherjee - Vo Ri ke Chachu hai. He loves her but apni wife ke behkave me aake use hamesha tang karte hai aur har baar sorry bolke beth jate hai... Aur humari pyaari Ri, hamesha unhe maaf kar deti hai...!!!

He's a businessman but sunnne me aaya hai ke he's going to be bankrupt and he's just talking to Ri this nicely because of her parent's will.

Sameer (Confusingly) - Will???

Aisha - Ri... Mr. Mittal Mukharjee ki beti hai.

Sameer (Shockingly) - Riya... 1500 Crores ki varis hai...???!!! Kya ye baat use pata hai?

Aisha just nodded her head and continued further...

Aisha (With a high degree of hatred) - 2. Mandakini Mukherjee - Vo Ri ki Chachi hai aur ek number ki kamini aurat hai. Jab tak Ri ke parents zinda the, tabhi tak vo Ri ke sath achi thi lekin fir...

Vo uske sath naukaron se bhi battar suluk karti thi. Yaha tak ki uspe hath bhi utha liya karti thi vo. Ek baar to had hi ho gayi thi. Agar main time par na pohochti to vo aurat to use gala dabakar maar hi deti. Uske ishaare pe uska pati nachta hai aur uski beti Ri ko torture karti hai.

Arjun and Sameer were getting angry, listening all this. She continued...

Aisha (With hard angry expressions) - Aur 3. Tanvi Mukherjee - Ri ki behen... Uski apni sagi behen...!!!

Sameer (Confusingly) - Magar tumne to kaha tha ke vo...

Aisha (Cutting him off) - Ri ke Chachu aur Chachi ki beti hai...?

Sameer just nodded his head and Arjun looked at them confusingly. She continued...

Aisha (Smiling sadly) - Ri ki to kismat hi kharab hai. Use behen mili bhi to aisi ke jo apne matlab se upar kuch soch hi nahi sakti. Jin behno ko ek sath rehna tha, aaj vo dono alag hai.

Arjun (Curiously) - Par kaise aur kyu?

Aisha - Ri ke Chachu aur Chachi ko koi bacha nahi tha aur Chachi ke test se pata chala ke vo kabhi maa nahi ban sakti to jab Ri ke parents ko unke do bache honeki jankari mili to unhone ye taiy kiya ke ek bacha vo Chacha aur Chachi ko de dege aur is tarah dono sagi behne cousins ban gayi.

Kehte hai ke bache bilkul vaise hi bante hai, jaisa unhe palkar bada kiya jay. Agar aap unhe sehejkar puadhe ki tarah bada karege to vo ek bada ped bankar sabko chhanv dega, nahi to ek aisa jhehrila puadha hi reh jayega ke jinke fal tak hum nahi kha sakte...!!!

Tanvi ke sath bhi kuch aisa hi hua. Vo nahi janti ke vo Ri ki behen hai aur uski so called maa, uska fayda utha rahi hai aur isiliye Ri har baar apni behen ke aage ghutne tek deti hai, ye sochkar ke uska apna kehlane ke liye ab sirf vahi hai.

Arjun (Doubtfully) - Agar Riya itni badi property ki varis hai to abhi tak uske Chacha aur Chachi ne use zinda kyu rakha hai? I mean...

Aisha (Nodding at him) - Main tumhara matlab samajh rahi hu but jab tak Ri 21 ki nahi ho jati, vo na to ye property claim kar sakti hai aur na hi kisi aur ko de sakti hai.

(Worriedly to Arjun) Dekho... Mujhe nahi pata ke ye sab janke tum kya karna chahte ho par... Ri ko please bacha lo. Vo bahot masoom hai, duniya me sabko ek jaisa samjhti hai. Vo sabme sirf achai hi dekhti hai.

Do mahine baad uska birthday hai aur vo 21 ki ho jayegi. Uske baad vo ek target banke reh jayegi, jo ki uski sirf maut chahta hai. Tum jo kahonge, jaisa kahonge, hum bilkul vaisa hi karege but please, use protection ki bahot zyada zaroorat hai...!!!

Arjun took a deep breath and Sameer felt something really deep for Riya, like a brotherly protective feeling for a sibling. Arjun said...

Arjun (Nodding his head) - Use kuch nahi hoga...!!!

He just said this and left from there towards his room to again take a look at Riya. Unknowingly, he felt very worried and protective towards her. He promised himself that he'll protect her with his own life, if needed.
