Gourmet Central Station was bustling as Toriko and Kimiko walked through the crowd of thousands upon thousands of tourists that come to visit.

"So, this is seriously your second time here" Toriko asked.

"Yes" she nodded, now dressed in a light green dress with a skirt reaching past her knees completing her strawhat. "I first came here with my family when I was seven. But decided I wouldn't come back until I was fully qualified."

"Fully qualified?" Toriko asked, "Aren't you the head chef of a 5-star restaurant?"

"But this town has the Gourmet towers which contain the highest, 10-star restaurants" Kimiko said while struggling to walk through the crowd, "My restaurant is only halfway as good."

"Still, I'll bet you're glad you came, right?" Toriko said

"Well, you went through the trouble of coming to my restaurant and inviting me. So thanks." Kimiko smiled.

"Ah, its no problem" he said blushing and trying to change the subject "this place have multiples places to eat, not only the towers" he adds at they got out of the station and into the entrance.

"The Full Stomach Capital, Gourmet Town. Either its gotten bigger the last time I was here or I'm dreaming." Kimiko exclaimed in joy as she looked at the numerous buildings, "and over there's the Gourmet Towers!"

"Yeah. You can taste all the world's food there. The top floors are mostly made up of 10-star restaurants that turn down unfamiliar customers" Toriko explained, "I'll introduce you to some of them when I find the time."

Then they heard a loud laugh near them, Kimiko turned her head to see Zonge and his two subordinates.

"It's been awhile since I've been to a city" he said.

"Yes, it's been quite a long time" the bald subordinate said.

"Uh, this is our first time coming to a city" the other subordinate said.

"I've gone to plenty in RPG's" Zonge said

"Those are video games" The subordinate sighed in exasperation.

"Oh, Tongu-san" Kimiko said

"It's not Tongu, it's Zonge!" he yelled, "Ah it's you! You abandoned me in the Wul Jungle!" he pointed at Kimiko

"You were there? I didnt notice." she said.

Then she looked back at Toriko who was looking somewhere else, "Toriko-san?"

"Is nothing, dont worry Kimi" he said and then ruffled her hair.
"Come on let's go into town" Toriko said and then led them towards the entrance.

"We will now check your Gourmet ID." the clerk said, Toriko entered his ID card through the slot with Kimiko following after.

"So you even need identification to enter the town? Its like an amusement park crossed with a bank vault." she commented as she entered the town, looking at a three-star vending machine.

"100,000?" she exclaimed, "Never ceases to amaze me what they leave on the streets."

"That's why they have a strict security system set up" Toriko said.

"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT! What the hell's a Gourmet ID?" Kimiko and Toriko looked back to see that Zonge was being restrained by security, "Stop jabbering about stuff I don't understand!"

"If you don't have a card, please pay the admission fee" the security guard said

"Admission fee?! Who do you country bumpkins think I am?!" the man yelled

'Who's the bumpkin here?' Kimiko thought.

Kimiko smiled as she looked at the people enjoying the rides and food in the town. Especially as the kids rode on the amusement park rides, thinking back on her first time here.

Meanwhile nearby...

"Step on up! Try a Mystery Bird Gerold Kebab" a stand owner said

"Ooh, looks tasty!" Toriko said as he looked at the gigantic piece of grilling meat

"Oh Toriko, would you like a plate" the stand owner said

"What? A plate?" Toriko exclaimed.

He took the entire meat and looked to Kimiko who was smiling lost in thought.

"Hey, Kimi. Kimi! You want some Gerold meat?" He said getting her attention.

"Oh, thanks!" Kimiko said taking a plate.

"Idtadakimasu" he said as he bite into the meat, "Yum!"

"That's an interesting way of eating" Kimiko said while looking at Toriko eating  she was then struck with an idea, "Oh I know" she then took out her Gourmet Spicer and some ingredients ,"Let me try it with some Wulstar Sauce Fruit and some tropimango" she put the seasoning with the meat, "Delicious!"

"Gimme some, too!" Toriko said

"Okay" she said and then started to spread the seasoning on the gigantic piece of meat Toriko was eating

"Delicious! The taste got richer, and the tropimango brings out the savoriness!" he said and then ate the kebab in one go.

"That was fast!" she exclaimed. 'I'm starting to wonder if he can eat as much as grandpa.' She thought of her grandpa and Toriko both in Gourmet Town......'No thanks. They'd be worse than locusts.' She chuckled as they headed off to another eatery.

Kimiko watched as Toriko ate up stock after stock, with the bills in the millions.

'Now I really know how grandpa's crew felt having to feed him...and how happy they were to have grandma keep him on a leash...figuratively..................................

........

And literally.

Maybe I should consider ramping up my harvest?' Kimiko thought.

"By the way, Toriko, are you going to tell me why we're at Gourmet Town?"

"It's to meet a certain person" he said
"I've been wanting to ask, you mentioned you came here when you were seven? How do you remember it?"

"Well, when I came to Gourmet Town with my folks, it was my seventh birthday. It was also my first time going outside my homeland. So my relatives came by, including my grandpa's friends. We even stopped at this amazing restaurant for my birthday dinner. It was-"

"Oh, Toriko." A voice called out.

An elderly woman with pink hair in an afro bun and a cane walked to them.

"Just in time Toriko. I was just finished with my preparations." She said then looked at Kimiko.

"My goodness, is that you Kimiko? You sprouted up!"

"Granny Setsu! It's been years! Wait, Toriko you were meeting up with her?" Kimiko asked.

"You already met Granny before?" Toriko asked.

"Yeah, my parents booked her restaurant for my birthday dinner. I still can't forget it!" Kimiko smiled.

"Toriko, you need to clean up." Setsuno said.

"But I'm dressed up in a suit and everything" Toriko said as he straightened his tie, and the next thing he knew his hair was styled into a pompadour.

"There we go" Setsuno said

"What the hell's this?!" Toriko exclaimed

"You were looking like a big blue hippie." Setsuno said

"But that's my style! Its how people on the street know me!" Toriko pointed out. "And what's with this hairstyle?!" he said as he started to fix his hair

"I really like it, I feel like I'm falling in love" Setsuno said in a nostalgic way

"Cut that out!" as he put his hair back to normal

"I have no intention of making food for people who don't know their manners. Today's reservation is canceled" Setsuno said and turned the other way

"My apologies" Toriko then appeared in front of Setsuno with his hair styled back in the pompadour fashion, "Is this satisfactory?"

Kimiko giggled as she looked at Toriko's hair, "You'd do anything for a meal, huh? Anyway, how long did you have to wait for a reservation at Setsuno-san" Kimiko asked

"I had to wait 4 years" he said.

"Well. She does open once a month. Or it varies on the mood." Kimiko said as Toriko looked confused.

On the train to Setsuno's restaurant they chatted up.

"I hear you became a chef and now a rising five star owner of Elusive Bite? I'm proud of you." Setsuno said.

"Thanks Granny. Means a lot. Oh, I also encountered Jiro at the Puffer Whale Cave."

"Yes, I heard of that too. He was my Combo partner. Jirou would capture and I'd cook. We went to Gourmet World together. We even fell in love." Setsuno swooned.

"So that's why my hair's like this" Toriko said as he touched his hair.

Then he turned to Kimiko. "But still, you actually met each other before?"

"Yeah. I still have a photo." Kimiko took out her wallet.

She showed an old photo.

There was a family in front of Setsuno's Diner.

There were different colorful characters, but in the center was surprising.

A family of four was with Setsuno as they smiled at the camera.

The mother had brown hair and green eyes, holding a boy no less than four.

The dad had white hair with black tips and galaxy eyes. He also wore a strawhat which is what Toriko assumed to be Kimiko's now.

He had a strange squirrel on his shoulder, which was his animal partner.

Then an older couple, a man with black hair and stubble on his chin while maintaining a childish air, stood with a white haired woman with an air of maturity.

Toriko knew these people were Kimiko's family.

Standing next to Setsuno was a much younger Kimiko.

She was in a green dress with pink flower petals her hair in ponytail tied with a pink ribbon. In her arms was a doll of sorts. It was white, with a laughing face, and looked like a person. (It's a doll of Luffy in Gear 5!)

'She does look cute as a kid...and her family has good genetics.' Toriko blushed. 'Wonder what....' He thought having an image of Kimiko holding a child with darker blue hair and green eyes.

'Ack! What am I thinking?! We're married let alone dating! We're not even combo partners!' He inwardly panicked.

But Setsuno just giggled to herself as she saw Toriko at war with himself.

Finally, they arrived at their destination.

"Welcome to the Setsuno's Dining Hall"

Kimiko looked around to see that everything was completely normal from the chairs to the cooking tools.

"Everything is just as I remember" Kimiko said with a smile.

"Making the ultimate cooking using tools you can get anywhere. That's Granny Setsu" Toriko said.

"You two take a seat, I have a special menu prepared today............

Century Soup!" Setsuno said

"Century soup!" Kimiko repeated 'I can't believe I'm gonna eat it again!' Kimiko thought.
