Together

((Hey guys, I won't be able to update tomorrow because i'll be with my family all day for Easter. Sorry, but happy early Easter :) ))

Mark groans as his eyes slowly open, blinking away the blurriness his eyes scan his surroundings. He was still in the forest, however in what looked to be a little camp, a few small cabins surrounding the clearing.

He tries to sit up, only to be pulled back into the old chair he sat on. His hands were bound behind his back, the rope laced through the chair, thankfully at least his legs were free, that gave him some sort of strange comfort.

Letting his brown eyes wander once again he notices a few people walking here and there, everyone ignoring him. That is until his eyes fall on the familiar green hair of Sean, who's blue eyes bore into him from a distance.

Realizing Mark was truly awake the Irish man makes his way over, walking away from a brown haired man he'd been conversing with.

"Jack, what the hell is going on?"

The red haired man questions as soon as Jack was close enough. The green haired man smiles apologetically, his blue eyes studying the man's face for a few seconds, as though a part of him was worried he'd never see it again.

"Just trust me Mark... This is for the best."

He responds after a few minutes of silence, blue eyes silently apologizing for whatever it was he planned to do.

"What's for the best? Sean, what the hell is happening?"

Mark asks again, worry twisting at his gut as he tugged against the ropes that dug into his wrists with each pull. Jack sighs and looks down at the man, pushing a hand through his disheveled green hair, seeming to think about how to word it.

"Look... You're a hunter... And I'm one of the things that you hunt... It would never work out."

Jack begins explaning softly, a small bit of regret entering his voice as he continued.

"But I love you Mark... And you said you loved me... So the only way we can be together is if you're like me."

The Irish man continues, his words making Mark's brown eyes widen in worry, making him pull against the strong ropes again.

"But only an alpha can turn you..."

He keeps talking, lowering his blue gaze as a man walks up behind him. The man had short brown hair, and a pair of dim blue eyes that examined the red haired man curiously, a small smile residing on his fairly pale face.

"And that's where I come in."

The man speaks quietly, placing his hand on Jack's shoulder kindly. Mark studies him nervously, though he seemed fairly nice, that didn't mean Mark wanted him to get near him.

"Call me Robin... And I must apologize for tying you up... But we couldn't be sure how you'd react..."

He apologizes simply. Mark ignores him, brown eyes going to Jack pleadingly. Jack forced his gaze downward, feeling slighlty guilty about the situation, but clearly planning to go through with it.

"Sean... I don't want this... Listen there has to be a way to cure you, then we can still be together..."

Mark speaks softly, his voice barely audible. Jack chews on his lip quietly, blue eyes finally moving up to meet the man's chocolate brown ones, his blue orbs shining with guilt, but also a small tint of happiness.

"There isn't a cure..."

The Irish man mutters softly, gently shoving his hands into the pockets of his sweatshirt as he lowered his eyes once again.

"It's really not that bad... It will just take some adjustments... Don't make this harder than it has to be."

Robin speaks politely, dropping his hand from Jack's shoulder and walking forward. He smiles, exposing his teeth that slowly sharpened into fangs that shone in the light.

"Stay away from me you son of a bitch."

Mark growls, trying to sink back into the chair as much as possible. Robin ignores him walking around the chair and behind him, his hand grabbing onto the red haired man's head gently yet firmly and tilting it to the side.

The red haired man struggles against him, though the brown haired man was much stronger than him. Mark's brown eyes move to Jack once more, silently pleading with him, though Jack just watches, the guilt slowly leaving his blue eyes.

Mark cries out quietly as he feels those sharp teeth sink into the skin where his neck meets his shoulder, blood soaking through his shirt. The pain is intense, and Mark's vision blurs, blackening around the edges.

The last thing Mark see's is Sean's mouth curling up into a small smile, before the world around him goes black once again.

About ten minutes later Jack watches as two men drag the passed out Mark into a small building. One filled with small jail cells. All those who were first turned had to stay in there for the first few days, it was always unclear how one would react to being turned.

As Jack watches them lock the red haired man up, guilt twists in his gut once again. Was this a mistake?

The Irish man jumps slighlty as Robin walks up to him again, following his gaze to the building where Mark was now held.

"What's the matter... This is what you wanted, yes?"

The brown haired man questions, his dim blue eyes moving to Sean almost worriedly. Jack sucks in a breath and says nothing for a couple minutes, his gaze lowering gently.

"I thought so but... What if this was a mistake... What if he hates me?"

The Irish man replies quietly, his voice shaking at the thought of Mark hating him. Robin, reaches forward, placing his hand on Sean's shoulder in a calming manner, smiling gently.

"He won't hate you... He loves you..."

Robin explains softly.

"Everything will be fine... I promise."

The brown haired man finishes quietly, giving Jack's shoulder a small squeeze before walking away once again. Jack watches after him before letting his blue gaze move to the building once again.

"I hope you're right...."

((P.S. If you haven't figured it out the Robin in this chapter is Pixlpit :) Just FYI))
