An abandoned building

The 3 assailants have Harvey, Selena, Angela, and Malcolm tied up. Lying face down on the ground. Selena sobs. Feeling scared.

Steve is beating the shit out of Harvey right in front of them.

"Stop it! Stop it please...."Selena begs (sob voice)

Joey steps in front of Selena; kneels down, "Poor, helpless Selena Kyle. Looks like the shoes are on the other foot"

"Leave her alone you piece of shit" Angela said. Selena calm down.

He looks at her, "(smile) You must be the oldest sister" he touches her face. She moves away, "Don't you fucking touch me!"

"I love a woman who is feisty. Which means, that your feisty in other special things right?"

She SPITS in his face. "Go to hell"

He wipes the spit off. Steve stops beating on Harvey.

"Can someone untie me please? I'm done playing victim" Malcolm said

Harvey couldn't believe it. One of assailants untie him.

"Mal..com? What the fuck? Why would you do this to me?!"

"Your asking the wrong question Harv. As to the shit you've done to Steve in the past"

"He's lying! It was all him and Chris!"

"Is that why you kill Chris? Because he was Mayor and you wasn't?"

"Your not fucking listening to me!"

"I'am listening to you alright. Let's light his crazy ass up"

"GASOLINE!" Steve shouted

They brought over the gasoline and POURS it all over Harvey. Dent close his eyes.

"Noooo! NO! Harrrvey!" Selena shouted; crying

"Malcolm don't do this! Please! I'll give you what you want!" Angela shouted

"I already got what I want from you." "Were gonna make like it was an accident. The crazy son of a bitch burns his fiance and sister to death. And accidentally light himself on fire"

"Hahaha! That sounds great Malcolm" Steve said (smile)

Malcolm looks at Joey, "End them"

Joey grabs the rifle out of one of the guys hands

"No. NO! Hey you! STOP!" Harvey shouted

"Selena look at me. Look at me" Angela said

Selena looks at her sister with tears.

"It's going to be okay. I promise"

"That's what you think" Joey knocks OUT Angela.

"AHHHHHH!" Selena screams.

Batman and Robin heard Selena scream. "Over there!" Batman runs over.

Joey knocks out Selena!

"NOOOOO!" Harvey shouted. "You son of a bitch! I'll kill you! I'll kill you all!"

"Not if you dead motherfucka" Malcolm said sarcastic

"This is for Chris you asshole" Steve throws a match on Harvey.

"AHHHHHHHHH!" "AHHHHHHHHH!" Harvey screams!

 BURNING!

Robin grapples the three assailants by the legs. Batman flies down towards Steve and Malcolm.

They got out the way and ran off. Batman quickly puts out the fire. Harvey is burn really BAD. He's unconscious.

He looks over at Selena. Running towards her, "SELENA"

"She okay. The gunmen knocked them out" Robin said

"Those bastards were going to burn them too. Make it look like an accident"

"Damn. Do you think that Harvey killed the Mayor?"

"It's a possibility"

The GCPD sirens are headed their way.

From the corner of Batman's left eye, he noticed somebody watching them.

"The GCPD is not far. Stay with them"

The Dark Knight runs into that direction. The unknown person runs away.

The GCPD arrives. Jim got out the car, "Jesus Christ. Get him to Gotham General right away. Move it!"

The EMT's put Harvey on a stretcher; rushing him into the ambulance. Headed quickly to Gotham General Hospital.

"Where's your partner?"

"He must of saw someone and ran after them" Robin said

"Don't you think you need to go and see if he needs help?"

"Most of the time, Batman likes to work solo"

The other EMT's help Selena and her sister Angela

"Where's Harvey? Where is he?" Selena asked (worried)

"He's headed to Gotham General right now. As well as you and your sister should get checked out. Take them"

"Yes sir" EMT specialist (nodded)

They got in the ambulance....drives off with the sirens ON

In a DARK alley....

Batman walks slowly down the alley. Suddenly....a MEMORY appears surrounding him. A BAD Memory.

In Gotham General 20 Years Ago

The 15 year old Bruce Wayne runs down the hallway as Alfred stops him

"Where are they Alfred?! Where are they?!" he shouted (tears)

Alfred says with tears (sob voice), "I'm....sorry" he embrace him. "I'm so sorry"

Young Bruce began to cry falling to his knees while Alfred holds him.

"NOOOO! ooo.....NOOOOOOOO!" Bruce shouted (crying)

The vision faded. The RAIN began to pour. Batman falls to his knees. Crying.

He bald up his fists; lifted his head up and screams, "AHHHHHHHHHHH!"
