Late that night...

Batman headed up in the elevator in a condemned building where the BAT Signal is.

He steps off and noticed Selena Kyle standing there. She turns around....he walks up to her.

"What are you doing here?"

"I had to see you"

"How do you know about this place?"

"I saw the signal on a few times and I was curious. Are you mad?"

"No"

He looks down at her hand. It's wrapped up. He gently takes it; then looks up at her, "Is it sore?"

"A little"

She gently touched his face, "I....don't know what drives me crazy about you but....I'm having these feelings that I can't ignore"

"The suit. Chicks dig the suit"

She laughs; he smile. Sliding her hand down to his chest, "It is fascinating"

"Your fascinating"

"And your beautiful"

She looks up at him. "Who are you under that mask? Why do you put your life on the line for others?"

"Because no one else can. Gotham isn't perfect"

"It doesn't have to be perfect"

"And Harvey. Do you love him?"

She ignore the question. Looking down. Right now, she doesn't know if she loves Harvey Dent anymore. He's changed so much. To her, he become a different person.

"I should go. Thank you for saving me tonight"

"Hey. Look at me"

Selena looks up at him with tears. He wipes them; then they put their heads together closing their eyes.

She began to cry softly, "(sniffs) (sob voice) I....don't know. I'm just...."

Selena kisses Batman. Passionately. 

 She put his arms around him as he put his arms around her waist. Holding her close to him.

From below....Tiffany is [RECORDING] them. "Gotcha you SLUT"

The elevator is moving up. Batman and Selena unlock lips. Looking into each others eyes.

Commissioner Gordon steps off, "Hey. I saw the signal. Everything alright?"

"False alarm Jim" Selena said

"Where did he go?" Jim asked

Selena looks back and noticed the Dark Knight is gone. "Why does he keep doing that?"

"Get use to it. Wait, how do you know where the signal was?"

"I just follow my instinct Jim"

"Yeah, yeah. Let's go. Harvey is probably worried to death"

"He's sound asleep"

"But for how long?"

They walk on the elevator going down

"He took 2 sleeping pills tonight"

"Was that your plan?"

"Nope" Selena said (lying; smiling)

"Uh hun"
