9:05am Mayor's Mansion....In the living room....

GCPD and the Batman walks in the living room. Seeing the dead body of the Mayor. Gotham press trying to get through but the police have blocked them to get in. The Gotham corner takes pictures.



"Shit. This is a goddamn mess. Who would of thought this would happen to the Mayor" Jim said

"Somebody wanted revenge" Batman replied

"I hate to say it but he did made a lot of enemies"

He looks up at the wall and it reads: JUSTICE IS SERVED

"Justice is served" Batman said

Jim saw a black BAG by the body. Kneel down and opened it....lots of VHS tapes. "VHS tapes?"

Detective Chen walks in, "Jesus Christ"

"Sam, take these VHS tapes and investigate them down at the percent"

"Where did these came from?"

"They were by the body. Go. The killer could be on these"

He looks right at Batman, "What is he doing here?"

"He's helping out. What do you think? Go on"

Sam takes the bag; giving the Dark Knight a cold shoulder look. Then leaves.

Jill's voice coming inside her brother's home, "No! No! Let me go! I want to see my brother!"

"Shit. The Mayor's sister" Jim runs towards Jill. She walks in the living room. Screams! "AHHHHH!" "Oh my GOD!"

Jim holds her back while she cries falling to the floor.

"I'm so sorry Jill" comforting her.

Batman glaces at her. Thinking how he remember what happened to his parents. He knows what she feeling.

2 Detectives help her up from the floor looking dist rut. They escorted her outside. The corner dust the body for fingerprints or DNA....nothing.

"Commissioner, the Mayor's body doesn't have any fingerprints nor DNA"

"What? That's impossible"

"Whoever did this, the guy's a professional" Batman stated

"Or he's covering his tracks. Take the body back to the corner and scan through the entire the body. There has to be something you can find. Keep me posted"

"Yes sir"

"Let's go"

Jim and the Batman walks out the house. 

 Steve York, a close friend/colleague of the Mayor's is comforting Jill.

"Mr. York, it's good to see you again under the circumstances. I know the Mayor was your friend. Sorry"

"Thanks Jim" he said. Steve looks at the Batman and stand up, "Wow. The Batman. Your on this case too"

The Dark Knight didn't say anything to him. Just give him an eerie stare.

Batman walks away and went inside his nice black 1968 Dodge Challenger.

Turns over the loud engine. People were looking back then drives off fast. VOOOOOOOM!

"I only met him a couple of minutes and he doesn't like me?"

Jim kneels down next to Jill, "Ms. Anderson, I know you can't process of what happened to your brother but....I assure you that we'll find out who did this"



Steve put his hand on his hips; with attitude, "Pfft....I pretty much know who. It's not rocket science Jim. Harvey Dent"

Jim looks up at him and rise up, "How do you know that for sure?"

"Last night. At the Debate. You were there. All hell broke loose" "Dent went off the trenches  saying he'll kill Chris"

"Yeah, cause the Mayor provoke him. That doesn't mean he will KILL him"

"Jim trust me, Harvey Dent is capable of anything. I rest to sure you that he's apart of this murder"

"Shut up Steve" Jill said. He looks at her, "Jill, I..."

She stands up, "Just shut up! Go back to Metropolis where you belong" Jill walks back in the house. The corner brings the body out in the body bag on a stretcher.

"(sigh) I can't just leave. Not now. I'm staying at the Gotham Grand Hotel. You know my number Jim. Keep me posted if I can help" he said. Steve walks away back to the rental car.

Detective Sam Chen is in the Media room. He looked at a few tapes and nothing was on them. He takes out the 6th tape, opens it and saw it written X Top secret. 2-2-18

"Okay, so it's obvious that the suspect could be Harvey Dent" Tim said

"How do you figure?" Alfred asked

"The debate last night. Explains it"

Rose Wong walks out of the elevator with some TEA on a tray. Rose is a close friend of the Wayne's for 20 years. She didn't have much family besides a son. Which she gave away to the orphanage in February 1987.



She was too young and couldn't afford to keep a child.

Bruce went in his room into the bathroom and turns on the shower. Step in closing his eyes letting the water fall on this face down to his body.

Thinking....about SAVING Selena last night.
