A few minutes before the LIGHTS went out....

Selena walks towards the dressing room. Bruce was behind her from the distance.

She closes the door, leans on it. Closing her eyes; tears roll down her face.

The LIGHTS goes out! Selena gasp. Bruce looks up and around. Knowing something is wrong.

The Generator lights came ON

People screaming. Running out of the building. Including Jill. Shoving Toni down on the floor.

"Sorry! Sorry" she said; feeling guilty.

Bruce wanted to check on her but he had a job to do. He runs the opposite way. Changing into something more suitable.

GCPD escorted the people out of the arena. Victor Freeze and Lu Sing among other armed men got in from the back. Freeze made the place COLD. Everything is freezing up.

Harvey, Chris, Jim, Sam, Malcolm, and a few other cops were shivering looking around watching the place freeze up.

Selena backed away from the door watching everything freezes. From behind....the shape of Bobby, Cold Hearts member comes through the wall and grabs Selena from behind covering her mouth.

"Mmmmm!" she screams

"Shh. Shh. Don't make a sound beautiful. Your coming with me" he laughs silently

Angela left right after Tiffany pulled that mind game 'stunt' of hers. Speaking of Tiffany Fox, she was able to leave the scene. To her, she had more important things to do.

"What the HELL is this?" Harvey asked out loud

"I have no idea" Jim said. He gets on his radio, "Anybody copy?" static in the walkee talkee

"Only static sir" Sam said

BOOM! the double doors in front of them came off the hedges

The cops pointed their guns towards the open doorway

Victor Freeze and Lu Sing walks out with Toni Harper. Feeling scared.

"Evening gentlemen" Victor said (smile)

"Toni" Sam steps up towards the stage, "Let her go! Now!"

"Let her go? Why should I do that?" Lu Sing asked. She stands behind Toni, "I just might make her my NEW girlfriend"

Lu makes a sharp ice nice from behind and poke it in the back of Toni. She gasp knowing what could happen to her

"Ye...s. Yes"

"Make one move cop, and I will turn her to a Popsicle"

"Sam, stand down." Jim said

Sam back away and put away his gun

"Good boy" Lu said (smile)

"That goes for the rest of you. Put your weapons down" Victor ordered

They put down their guns. Victor and Lu looks at each other. Lu let go of Toni.

"Get out of here" Lu said to Toni

She looks back at Sam. He nodded, "It's okay"

Toni turns and runs out the building

"Since we got the less important things out the way, I want to get back to business"

Victor and Lu got up on the stage

"Mayor Anderson, step forward"

Chris step forward toward Victor. "Do you remember who I'am?"

Chris shakes his head, "Honestly, I haven't got a clue"

"Just to refresh your memory, you did shut down my facility just outside of Gotham. Freeze medical facility"

"Victor Freeze?"

"That's Dr. Victor Freeze. I was making a cure for my beautiful wife Nora"

"Oh yes. Now I remember. You were doing illegal activities Victor. Something I wouldn't tolerate in my city"

"Illegal?" he grabs the Mayor by the throat.

"Hey! Hey! Let him go!" Jim tries to get him off the Mayor but with Victor's other hand he throws the Commissioner on the ground. Freezes him.

"Commissioner! You bastard!" Sam shouted coming towards him. Lu did a sweep on Sam! BAMB! on the ice floor! Victor freezes Detective Chen then the others.

Harvey stand his ground. He smiles. Victor looks up at him, "What are you smiling at?"

Dent smile turns him into a frown.

"I don't like you either Harvey Dent. Your pathetic, and weak" Victor turns Mayor Anderson into ICE. "Just like this parasite here"

"A few of my men will take your sweet innocent Selena and have fun with her before they bring her to me"

A voice inside Harvey's head, 'KILL him. Make an example out of him. Don't even give him a choice'

"I'll give her love and satisfaction that you couldn't possibility give her Harvey"

Harvey's voice changed deeper, "Harvey is not here right now"

Dent quickly did a strong SIDE kick into Victor's chest. Freeze falls down HARD! off the  stage!

"Victor!" Lu Sing shouted. She growls at Harvey charging at him. Does a spin roundhouse kick towards him. He grabs her leg and throws her off the stage.

Falls on the floor hard! Knocked out.

"Let's get Selena and get the hell out of here" Harvey said

"Amen to that" Malcolm said

They started walking....suddenly....Malcolm couldn't walk no more. He look down and noticed ice is surrounded his feet.

Harvey turns around and saw Victor climb up on stage.

"Get out of here man. GO get Selena!"

Harvey nodded and runs in the back. Victor puts his left hand towards Malcolm while he walks and freezes him.

On the roof....

Selena walks backwards while Bobby walks towards her. With an eerie smile.

"YOU....are beautiful. Harvey is a lucky man. Not so lucky now but since I have you all.... to myself, I'm gonna do what Harvey couldn't"

"LOVE you"

"Please, let me go. I won't tell anyone you've taken me up here"

He didn't respond. Just walk closer and closer towards her.

"Please...."

The back of her shoes hit the edge of the building. She turned and noticed she's on the edge, "Oh my God"

He grab her by the shoulder. Looking into her eyes. Selena is scared to death. Not knowing what this guy will do to her.

"Don't be frightened baby. I will take care of you"

He leans forward towards her lips....

"Let her GO" Batman said walking towards them.

Bobby and Selena look at the Cape Crusader.

"I'll be back babe. Just give me a minute to handle this BAT freak"

Bobby makes an ICE knife in his hand; smile, "I"m gonna enjoy killing you"

He throws the knife at Batman>>>>>>>the Dark Knight dodge and tackles Bobby. PUNCH! Knocking him out cold.

"Not today"

He looks at Selena; stands up and walk towards her, "Are you okay?"

"Yes"

BAMB! Hard snowballs knocks Batman over the edge.

"NO!" Selena shouted. She looks at the other Cold Heart members

Kelly quickly runs towards Selena and shoves her off the building, "BITCH!"

Selena screams falling...."AHHHHHHHHHHH!"

Batman CATCHES her as they swing from up HIGH

She holds onto him.

"Damn it! That Bat freak saved her!" Kelly shouted

"Bobby! Wake up man!" Donnie pat his face

Bobby came to, "What...the hell happened?"

"That bat freak knocked your ass out. That's what happened" Jay said

"Son of a bitch" Bobby stand to his feet. "Where's Selena?"

"Kelly pushes her over" Donnie said

"Why the fuck did you do that?!" Bobby shouted

"Would you relax. The bat freak saved her"

The door opened.....out comes Harvey, "SELENA!"

"Shit. Let's bounce" Bobby said

 The Cold Hearts turns into ICE falling on the floor down into the ceiling

He sees no one. "Damn it" runs back inside

Batman place Selena safely down on the ground. "Your safe"

She looks up at him....looking into each other's eyes.

"Are you alright?"

She nodded; smile. "Thank you"

"I have to go inside. Stay here"

"Okay"

He grapple away in the sky. She looks up smiling.

"Selena!" Toni shouted. Running towards her.

"Toni"

They embraced. "I'm glad your alright"

"Are you okay?" Selena asked her

"I'm fine. I'm just glad those freaks let me go. Sam is in there. With the Commissioner, a few cops, the Mayor, and..."

"Harvey" Selena takes Toni by the hand, "Come on"

CLASH! Batman falls down onto the stage. He throws little heat magnets on stage. The ICE is melting.

Lu Sing's body turns into water and evaporated.

GCPD cops, Sam, Malcolm, Mayor Anderson, and the Commissioner came to.

Batman help up the Commissioner. "Thanks man"

Vengeance nodded.

"Shit. Freeze got away"

"Not necessary" a voice from behind. Freeze is thrown on stage. Helpless, weak, and body turns normal.

Harvey Dent appears on stage.

"Harv" Malcolm smile

He looks at his hands, "N--o. N...o" crawling....

"Where you think your going?" Jim asked. Sam arrested Victor, "Get your ass up"

Victor stands up, "This....is not OVER Commissioner. I will get my revenge"

"I doubt it. Get him out of here"

Sam nodded; escorting Victor out the building.

"Nice job Commissioner. Next time, have more security" Chris said shaking his head walking out.

"Ungrateful bastard" Jim said silently

Batman walks up to Jim, "This is the beginning. He might not be bluffing"

"True. He'll be guarded at all times"

"Hey BAT freak" Harvey replied

Batman slowly turns to Harvey

"Harvey, be nice" Jim said

"Where's Selena? Don't think that I don't know"

"She's outside. Safe"

"She better. Malcolm come on"

Harvey and Malcolm walks away

"Look, I'm...."

Batman is GONE

"He did it again"
