After 6 months of changes life as often down helen so happy that she finally has something she has always wanted family it's not in the way she thought but Jack brings her joy every day. He is her reason for getting up in the morning and working so hard she doesn't know how he ended up in her life but she is grateful for whatever reason why. They both were alone and wanted somebody to love them and that's what they got and through them Stacy had the courage to go through her own adoption and has a beautiful little girl who also bring joy and love. Helen wouldn't change jack for the world the world although jack has special needs and challenges his heart encourage wells for every day he loves helping his mother and being with her everyday. This warms her delight everyone in town always told Helen that she needed a man to be happy she always thought they were wrong she was fun being single but they were wrong not in the way they meant she needed a little man. Helen put money aside every week for Jack's future . when the two women are together they used to talk about shopping dresses and work now the bulk of their conversation is the joy that their children bring them . Now it'll be the four of them usually Helen does not have the energy to put up holiday decorations but this year she going to make it a big event because the two islands have a lighting battle between the houses on the island its a competition. before Christmas is Halloween and Thanksgiving those will be wonderful holiday to spend together even if Stacey goes away with her family having a quiet evening at home with Jack with still wonderful . Helen wonders what costume she should buy Jack for Halloween this year this will be his first we actually get to go trick or treating and also the first for Kayla. she thinks that even Stacy and her made for us up. Helen even thinks to herself I think I'm more excited than the children. Helen put on her book also known as her diary in her desk as she walks down the living room into Jack's room pick them up carries him to her bed as they cuddle all night. Helen is surprised in the morning when Jack is not wet this is the first night he is not wet his pants since he has been with Helen she takes it as a good sign
