Charlotte, Scott, and Stiles were in class neither one of them talking to Scott as he noticed.

"Still not talking to me" Scott said. "What do you expect you saved your stupid girlfriend whose dad most likely would have protected her and left the sheriff for dead" Charlotte said.

"Charlotte your mad at me too" Scott asked. "Of course, the sheriff is like my second father" Charlotte said and Scott stayed silent.

"Well really more like my first father since my actual dad is never around" Charlotte said.

"Can you at least tell me if your dad's okay it's just a bruise right nothing that big you know I feel really bad about it right" Scott asked Stiles.

"Okay what if I told you that I'm trying to figure this whole thing out and that I went to Derek for help" Scott said.

"If I was talking to you, I'd say that you're an idiot for trusting him" Stiles said.

"Would you stop being so judgey I get that he didn't start off great because you idiots judge someone before getting to know them but he's actually a really great guy" Charlotte said.

"What you like him or something" Stiles asked. "And if I did so what at least I didn't judge him without getting to know him" Charlotte said.

But obviously I'm not talking to you" Stiles said to Scott ignoring Charlotte.

"Your gonna give on you know you always do" Charlotte told Stiles referring to Scott. After a moment or two Stiles had given in. "What did he say" Stiles asked. "Told you so" Charlotte said.

Scott, Stiles, and Charlotte left the classroom after class ended when Scott told them what Derek said.

"He wants you to tap into your animal side and get angry" Stiles asked.

"Yeah" Scott said. "Alright well correct me if I'm wrong but every time you do that you try to kill someone and that someone's usually me" Stiles said.

"Probably not the best idea right now Scott" Charlotte said.

"I know that's what he means when he says he doesn't know if he can teach me, I have to be able to control it" Scott said.

"Well, how's he gonna teach you how to do that" Stiles asked. "I don't know I don't think he does either" Scott said. "Okay when are you seeing him again" Stiles asked.

"He told me not to talk about it just act normal and get through the day" Scott said.

"When" Stiles asked. "He's picking me up at the animal clinic after work" Scott said. "After work alright well that gives me to the end of the school day then" Stiles said. "To do what" Scott asked. "To teach you myself" Stiles said.

Well, have fun with that I'm gonna go find my twin" Charlotte said and left looking for Lydia.

Charlotte was with Allison and Lydia at lunch spending time with Lydia. "The, what of who" Lydia asked as Allison was telling them about some book.

"The beast of Gevaudan listen a quadruped wolf like monster prowling the Auvergne and south Dordogne areas of France during the year 1764 to 1767 La Bête killed over a hundred people becoming so infamous that the King Louie the 15th sent one of his best hunters to try and kill it" Allison said.

"Boring" Lydia said. "Even the church eventually declared the monster a messenger of Satan" Allison said. "Who cares" Charlotte said.

"Still boring" Lydia said. "Cryptozoologists believe it may have been a subspecies of hoofed predator possibly a mesonychid" Allison said. "And now I'm questioning why I'm here especially since I don't like you" Charlotte told Allison.

"Slipping into a coma bored" Lydia said. "While others believe it was a powerful sorcerer who could shape shift into a man-eating monster" Allison said.

"Can we go yet" Charlotte asked Lydia. "Any of this have anything to do with your family" Lydia asked ignoring Charlotte.

"This it is believed that La Bête was finally trapped and killed by a renown hunter who claimed his wife and four children were the first to fall prey to the creature his name was Argent" Allison said showing them a passage on the book.

"Your ancestors killed a big wolf so what" Lydia said. "Not just a big wolf" Allison said before showing them a picture. "Looks like a big wolf to me" Charlotte said.

"Maybe you need to get your vision checked" Charlotte told Allison.

"What does that look like to you two" Allison asked them as they looked, and Charlotte had flashbacks of that night but quickly snapped out of it but saw her sister was having flashbacks.

"Lydia" Allison said snapping Lydia out of her chance. "Hey Lyds you okay" Charlotte asked and Lydia nodded.

"It looks like a big wolf" Lydia said. "See you in history" Lydia told Allison as she got up. "Finally," Charlotte said and left with Lydia.

Later that night Stiles asked Charlotte to meet him and Scott at the school for what reason she didn't know of.

When Charlotte arrived, she saw Derek and she went to stand next to him. "Hello stranger" Charlotte said and Derek smiled at her. "Hello to you too" Derek said.

"Okay why am I here what's going on" Charlotte asked them.

"You called Charlotte" Scott asked. "Yeah of course I did she's our best friend" Stiles said. "Lydia is going to kill me" Scott said.

"I can handle Lydia" Charlotte said. "Now will one of you idiots tell me what you're doing" Charlotte asked and Stiles and Scott started walking to the school.

"Hello, am I invisible here" Charlotte asked them but they ignored her.

"Wait hey what are you doing" Derek asked them. "You said I was linked with the alpha I'm gonna see if you're right" Scott said as he and Stiles headed in the school. "Oh, so they ignore me but you no" Charlotte said and Derek laughed.

After some time, Charlotte and Derek heard what sounded like a cat through the monitor. "You've got to be kidding me" Derek said.

"And he wants this guy in his pack" Charlotte said and Derek smiled at her.

Then all of a sudden, a loud roar came through the monitor and Derek held onto Charlotte's waist protectively. "You okay" Derek asked Charlotte who didn't hear him and was looking where the roar came from.

"Hey, hey look at me" Derek said and Charlotte looked at him.

"Your fine okay I won't let anything, or anyone hurt you your safe with me" Derek said and Charlotte felt butterflies just by looking in his eyes. "I'm fine" Charlotte told Derek after a minute.

"You sure" Derek asked Charlotte. "Yeah positive" Charlotte said. "You'd tell me if you weren't" Derek asked.

"Yeah" Charlotte said, and Derek nodded, and Scott and Stiles made their way to them.

"I'm gonna kill both of you" Derek said. "What was that what are you trying to do attract the entire state to the school" Derek asked them.

"Sorry I didn't know it be that loud" Scott said. "What did you think it would be like a whisper" Charlotte asked.

"Yeah, it was loud, and it was awesome" Stiles said. "Shut up" Derek said.

"Don't be such a sour wolf" Stiles said. "What'd you do with him" Scott asked. "What are you on about now" Charlotte asked as Derek looked in his car before looking back.

"I didn't do anything" Derek said then all of a sudden, the alpha came grabbing Derek killing him while Charlotte let out a scream when the alpha tossed him.

"Derek" Charlotte yelled going to go to him, but Stiles dragged her in the school with them.
