Derek heard Jennifer call for him as she ran in. "Derek where are you" she asked, and he made his appearance. "Right here" Derek said, and Jennifer hugged him.

She pulled away from the hug looking at Derek while he tried to act like he knew nothing.

"Something happened at the recital at the school okay I need to tell you before you hear it, before you hear any of it from them" Jennifer said.

"From, who" Derek asked. "Scott, Stiles, Charlotte" Jennifer said. "They're gonna tell you things, things you can't believe you have to trust me okay you trust me" Jennifer said.

"What is it" Derek asked. "Promise you'll listen to me" Jennifer asked him.

"I promise" Derek said and Jennifer hugged Derek but pulled away once she realized he wasn't hugging her back.

"They're already here aren't they" Jennifer asked, and Derek looked behind Jenifer as Scott snd Stiles walked in while Jenifer faced them.

"So, they told you it was me that I'm the one taking people" Jennifer asked.

"We told him you're the one killing people" Scott said. "Oh, that's right" Jennifer said laughing.

"Committing human sacrifices what cutting their throats yeah I probably do that on my lunch hour that way I can get back to teaching high school English the rest of the day that makes perfect sense" Jennifer said.

"Where's my dad" Stiles asked. "How should I know Derek tell me you don't believe this" Jennifer asked, and Derek looked at Scott and Stiles before looking back at Jennifer.

"Do you know what happened to Stiles' father" Derek asked. "No" Jennifer said.

"Ask her why she almost killed Lydia and Charlotte" Scott said.

"Lydia and Charlotte Martin, I don't know anything about that" Jennifer said. "What do you know" Derek asked.

"I know that these boys for whatever misguided reason are filling your head with an absurd story" Jennifer said. "And one they can't prove by the way" she said.

"Don't be so sure about that" Charlotte said walking in.

"Charlotte" Derek said when he saw her, and he noticed her neck. "Char what are you doing here" Stiles asked her. "I wasn't about to miss this Scott please" Charlotte said and Scott nodded. 

Scott then held a jar of mistletoe as Jennifer saw it. "What is that" Jennifer asked.

"My boss told me it's a poison and a cure which means you can use it and it can be used against you" Scott said.

"Mistletoe" Jennifer said and then Scott opened the jar spreading it to her while she revealed her true form. She tried to get away, but Derek grabbed her by her throat.

"Derek wait, wait" Jennifer said, and Derek extracted his claws. "You need me" Jennifer said. "What are you" Derek asked.

"The only person who can save your sister" Jennifer said. "Call Peter call him" she said, and Derek did, asking him about Cora.

"It's not good she's in and out of consciousness she's vomiting up black blood along with one other alarming substance" Derek heard Peter say over the phone.

"Mistletoe" Derek asked. "How did you know that" Peter asked and Derek hung up the phone while he tightened his hold on Jennifer.

"Derek, Derek what are you doing" Scott said. "Her life it's in my hands" Jennifer said and Derek lifted her up. "Stop Derek stop" Stiles said.

"Derek don't please we have to find Noah first and save Cora then do whatever you want please" Charlotte said.

"Stilinski, you'll never find him Charlotte I tried to get Derek to leave you for me, but no one compares to the incredible Charlotte Martin I knew I should've killed you the instant I saw you" Jennifer said.

"Derek" Scott said, and Derek dropped her. "That's right you need me all of you" Jennifer said and Derek went to Charlotte. "Baby, are you okay" Derek asked as he examined her neck.

"I'm fine nothing I can't handle" Charlotte said as Derek nodded and kissed her cheek.

Derek and Charlotte were in his car heading to the hospital with her in the passenger seat while Derek held her hand protectively considering Jennifer was in the back.

"You should know I'm not doing this because I have to, I want to I could still run, and you wouldn't have an easy time stopping me, but I don't want your sister to die I'm only doing what I had to do" Jennifer said. "Shut up" Derek said.

"You need to hear the whole story Derek you need to know just how connected we really are" Jennifer said.

"Stop talking, I have nothing to say to you, you tried to kill my girlfriend you tried to take away the person I love more than anything" Derek said.

Derek, Scott, Stiles, and Charlotte walked in the hospital with Derek holding onto Jennifer in case she escapes. "Scott, Scott what are you doing here" Melissa asked.

"The hospital's evacuating" Melissa said. "We're here for Cora" Scott said. "What all of you" Melissa asked. "Long story which we don't have time for" Charlotte said.

"Charlotte your neck" Melissa said once she noticed her neck. "Another long story" Charlotte said.

"Why does Stiles have my bat" Melissa asked. "Mom just trust me on this you need to get out of here right now," Scott said.

"The building is supposed to be clear in 30 minutes we've got two ambulances that are coming back one's 10 minutes out the other's 20 Cora needs to be on one of those they'll be picking up in the basement garage" Melissa said.

"Got it" Scott said. "Okay" Melissa said, and they left.

"You don't have to keep me on a leash Derek I'm going to help" Jennifer said and she saw Charlotte and Scott watching her, and she turned to see Stiles with a bat before facing the front again.

They started walking noticing the electricity acting up and Derek and Charlotte noticed Cora's room empty.

"Derek" Scott said, and they noticed the stuff in the floor leading to the door as it opened, and Peter rolled down to them.

"We got a problem" Peter said. "Big problem" he added, and they saw the twins morphed into a giant wolf. They all started fighting him failing doing so aside from Charlotte and Stiles who did not have any werewolf abilities.

"Help me" Stiles told Peter as he left with Cora and Charlotte followed them.

"Ethan, Aiden, stop" Scott told the twins who was morphed into the giant wolf. "You don't know what you're doing" Scott told him.

"All we want is her" he said and looked to see Jennifer in the elevator.

"Don't stop, don't stop" Derek said while they were running.

"Stiles" Charlotte said, and he tried to knock the alpha out with his bat but instead it broke. 

"Are you kidding me" Charlotte said. Scott knocked the light out causing it to hit him.

They made it to one of the rooms and Peter put Cora down on one of the tables. "Where's the big guy" Stiles asked as Derek closed the door.

"He's close" Derek said. "What about Ms. Blake" Stiles asked, and Scott shook his head.

"What do you mean what does that mean like she's gone" Stiles asked. "Scott, are you kidding me" Stiles said. "Shh quiet" Derek said.

"Me be quiet me huh are you telling me what to do now when your psychotic friend who tried to kill your girlfriend by the way has got my dad somewhere tied up waiting to be ritually sacrificed" Stiles said.

"Stiles this isn't his fault" Charlotte scolded him. "They're still out there" Scott told him.

"And, and they want her right" Stiles asked. "Which means we don't have her either, so my dad and Cora are both dead" Stiles said.

"Not yet" Scott said. "Is she really dying" Charlotte asked Peter. "She's definitely not getting any better" Peter said. "There has to be something that we can do we have to help her" Scott said.

"You can't only I can" they all heard Jennifer say and they looked at her.

"I can save her, and I can tell you where Sheriff Stilinski is but there is a pack of alphas in this hospital who want me dead, so I'll help you but only when I'm out of here and safe only then" Jennifer said.

Charlotte saw Derek about to attack but she stopped him. "Derek wait" Scott said. "She was trying to get out" Derek said.

"I was trying to keep from getting killed you can't blame me for that" Jennifer said. "If you want to show you're one of the good guys then heal her" Stiles said.

"Unless you can't and you're just lying to keep us from killing you" Charlotte added. "Not until I'm safe" Jennifer said.

"I'd like to volunteer a different method of persuasion let's torture her" Peter said. "Works for me" Derek said.

"Um can I have your attention" the PA system said, and it was Melissa speaking.

"Mr. Deucalion excuse me just Deucalion requests you bring the woman calling herself Jennifer Blake to the E.R reception do this and everyone else can leave you have ten minutes" Melissa said over the PA system again.

"He's not gonna hurt her" Jennifer said. "Shut up" Derek said.

"He won't Scott you know why tell them it's true" Jennifer said. "What does she mean" Charlotte asked.

"You're not the only one he wants in his pack Deucalion doesn't just want an alpha pack he wants perfection that means adding the rarest of alphas to his ranks" Jennifer said.

"A true alpha" Peter said. "What's that" Stiles asked.

"The kind that doesn't have to steal his power from another one that can rise from the force of his own will" Peter said.

"Our little Scott" Peter added. "It doesn't matter" Scott said. "We still need to get her out of here" Scott said. "Scott your mom" Stiles said.

"My mom said there's one more ambulance coming in 20 minutes now I don't think we've been here that long so if we can get down to the garage get to the last ambulance we can get out of here" Scott said.

"The twins aren't gonna let us just walk out" Peter said. "I'll distract them" Scott said. "You mean fight them" Charlotte said. "Whatever I have to do" Scott said. "I'll help you" Derek said.

"Um sorry but I'm not going anywhere without you Derek" Jennifer said. "I'll do it" Peter said.

"But I'd prefer to be out there with an advantage" Peter said.

"An advantage like what you mean like a weapon" Stiles asked. "Something better than a baseball bat" Peter said.

"Huh good thinking" Charlotte said, and they all started looking for a weapon.

"Hey, wait what about these" Stiles asked. "Do you know how to use those" Derek asked. "Well, no" Stiles said. "Put 'em down" Derek said and he did as they continued looking.

"Epinephrine" Scott asked. "That's only gonna make him stronger" Derek said. "How strong" Peter asked.

After Peter and Scott distracted the twins Derek, Jennifer, Stiles, and Charlotte made it to the ambulance with Derek carrying Cora.

"It's still here" Stiles said and he and Charlotte got in with Derek putting Cora in the ambulance as well.

"Derek over here" Jennifer said. "It is you" Kali said and Stiles closed the door.

"You can't beat her on your own" Jennifer said. "That's why we're gonna run" Derek said and they started running.

"Okay, okay, okay we're okay we're alright you okay how you, doing" Stiles asked an unconscious Cora.

"Why do you look like you're not breathing" Stiles asked and Charlotte looked. "Cause she's not" Charlotte said. "Oh no" Stiles said. "What do we do" Stiles asked.

"Geh, I don't know maybe just maybe just a guess here do CPR" Charlotte said, and he did so.

He kept trying till she eventually started breathing and they relaxed. "You know next time I put my lips to your mouth you better be awake" Stiles said and Charlotte laughed.

"Just hang on a little longer okay" Stiles told Cora. "Trust me if anyone is going to get us out of this it's Scott can't believe I just said that" Stiles said.

"Me either, never imagined those words coming out of your mouth" Charlotte said.

"You know I actually used to be the one with the plan well at least or a plan b now I don't know now I'm thinking maybe you were right you know maybe we are pretty much useless" Stiles said, and Charlotte looked down.

"Maybe we do just find the bodies" Charlotte said, and Stiles looked at her.

"I don't want to find my father's body" Stiles said. "Me either," Charlotte said. "You know she's a lot easier to talk to when she's completely unconscious" Stiles said.

They heard growling as they looked seeing the twins hiding the best they could.

They heard footsteps and when they looked, they jumped but relaxed when it was just Scott and Peter

"Stiles, Char, open the door" Scott said and Stiles did, helping Peter in. "Where's Derek and Jennifer" Stiles asked.

"I have to go back for them and my mom" Scott said. "Okay two problems Kali's got the keys to this thing, and we just saw the twins like 30 seconds ago" Stiles said. "Stay here" Scott said.

"Alright come on, come on, come on" Isaac said as he pulled up opening the doors as Charlotte picked up Cora handing her to Peter.

"I got her okay open the door" Peter said and Issac did so. Then both Stiles and Charlotte both realized guardian could also mean parent.

"Stiles, Charlotte, let's go" Issac said then they ran. "Stiles, Charlotte" Issac said.

"Scott, Scott, wait" Stiles said as they reached to the elevator. Charlotte saw Derek unconscious as she bent down next to him.

Stiles hesitated as Charlotte noticed. "Go it's okay I got him" Charlotte said and he did while she stayed with Derek trying to wake him up.
