Four Friends
"That, was awesome!"
"I can't believe we just did that!"
"Yeah, you three did great!"
"Mes amis, we were in there for une seconde."
Alexander Hamilton zipped up his hoodie. It was colder outside than in the club.
"It was longer than a second" he mumbled. Hercules Mulligan who was stood behind him nodded in agreement.

M̶a̶r̶i̶e̶-̶J̶o̶s̶e̶p̶h̶ ̶P̶a̶u̶l̶ ̶Y̶v̶e̶s̶ ̶R̶o̶c̶h̶ ̶G̶i̶l̶b̶e̶r̶t̶ ̶d̶u̶ ̶M̶o̶t̶i̶e̶r̶,̶ ̶M̶a̶r̶q̶u̶i̶s̶ ̶d̶e̶ La Fayette, who was leant against the wall, laughed at Alex's annoyed face which was half obscured by his hoodie. He then turned to John Laurens who had waited outside while the other three went in and was already by Alex's side and giving him a hug in an attempt to warm him up.
Completely platonic of course.
La Fayette smiled and said " You should 'ave 'eard them. Trois filles! Elles jouent Rock! C'est tres cool!"
Hercules tried not to look confused and replied, "I know you can speak English better than we can speak french," he paused and turned to Hamilton who had opened his mouth as if to interject- he was definitely going to interject by the way "I mean,it's only me who can't but you are missing the point."
A flash of remembrance passed John's face. "Three girls playing rock music?" this got a look from Mulligan "Are they the ones who collaborated with Burr?" La Fayette nodded. "Oui, uh, at least, je pense. I mean, I think." he turned to Hercules and Alex and the three glanced at each other in turn, racking their brains.
Alex, of course, was the one to speak up first. "They did that song I think. We only caught the end. But it was something about New York and the declaration and that kind of thing. They were playing one particularly good song just as we left. something about being young and free?" he turned to Laurens who had positioned his head comfortably on Alex's shoulder.
Still completely platonic.

"Alors," La Fayette broke the silence. "What comes next?" Alex looked up and back at the door. "We can always go back in and listen to some more songs. I- I thought they were pretty- Laurens, what was that for?" He looked down at Laurens who had just given Alexander a sharp poke in the ribs.
"What?"
"You poked me!"
"You just wanted to flirt with them! That's all you ever wanted to do!"
"Firstly, I am allowed to flirt with them, you have to admit I'm good at it! And secondly, you didn't let me finish. I was going to say they were pretty good!"
Laurens smiled, "Fine, yeah, I agree with you!"
He never elaborated on what part he agreed with but three things were clear:
Hamilton was right.
Hamilton, Mulligan and La Fayette were definitely going to drag Laurens into the club to hear the Sisters sing.
Hamilton and Laurens' relationship was 100% platonic.
A/N To start with, I couldn't help myself. I made more covers! This time with Mariah! We've had A and E so far. Again, I don't own the art but I gave as much credit as I could and I got specific permission for J. If you know any of the artists, do not hesitate to tell me so I can give the correct credit!
Also, expect a lot of Rock goddess XD
