It was a normal typical day in the produce department, and everyone was busy restocking shelves and cleaning as well, and taking care of customers who had questions about certain products, and one clerk was getting ready to leave once he was done filling the department. Plus pulling bad product that was put out bad and shouldn't have been out on the floor in the first place, and doing the green rack

"Mommy can we get grapes pwease," a little girl says when she sees the grapes out there in the open cause they looked good and were very healthy for her to eat too 

"No sit-down and be quiet I don't want to hear a peep out of you the whole trip you got that you little brat," the mother says as she pushes the cart through the store to get what she came here for and what she didn't came for 

The little girl sees the apple cider that was being out by one of the clerks in the department cause it was low and needed to be restocked since it was a sale item 

"Cider," the little girl says as she tries to reaches out for it cause it looked delicious and she wanted to have some when they got home from the store that day cause she loved cider 

"No cider," the mother says as she continues to push through the store with the baby in her car seat inside the cart 

The one clerk who was out on the floor that day filling the department kept an eye on the mother cause she was treating her child a little rough cause the little girl saw a lot of good things that she wanted to try and to eat, and her mother was telling her no

"Bananas," the little girl says as she heads for the banana table and gets the bananas that she can reach from the bottom cause they were the perfect height for her to reach 

"Put those back right now" the mother tells the little girl cause the little girl was misbehaving, but the little girl was being a typical two year old and wanting to get into everything and try a lot of different foods which was not okay by her mom right now cause her mom fed her a lot of junk food or she didn't eat at all 

The little girl put the bananas in the cart cause they were still green but they had some yellow on it, so it was perfect for her to eat and they looked very good too

"When I said no I mean no" the mother says to the little girl as she puts the bananas that the little girl got and put them back and got the ones that she wanted to eat instead of taking the ones that the little girl picked out to eat cause they were soft for her to chew with the little teeth that the little girl had

The clerk was keeping her eye on the mother cause it looked like the mother was going to do something drastic at any moment to the little girl cause the little girl was picking out good product, but she headed back to get more items to be brought out to the department cause her co-worker left for the day and her other one won't come on for an hour, so she had to fill the floor

"Apples," the little girl says as she picks up the perfect apple that she was able to reach with her little hands

"No apples," the mother says as she rips the apple right from the little girl hand  and puts it back as the little girl heads to the nuts and raisins aisle cause she wanted some raisins to eat as well cause they were soft for her

"Get back in this cart right now and i don't mean maybe," the mother says as she approaches the little girl to grab her

The little girl grabs some raisins and gets back into the  cart, so they could continue shopping that afternoon 

"I swear if you misbehave anymore I am going to do something bad to you, and I do not mean maybe," the mother says as they continue to shop for what she came for and what she did not come to get that day

"Candy apples" the little girl yells as she tries to get out and runs to them cause she wanted to try a candy apple with nuts cause it looked good and it was crunchy too 

"That is it you are going to get it now, and I don't mean maybe you little brat" the mother says as she takes the little girl and takes her to the back of the store cause she knew if she would punish the little girl in the store she was going to be reported for sure by employees or customers who were shopping

The little girl was pleading with her mom that she will be good, and not get anything more

"Can it you have had your chance so kiss your life goodbye now cause you are nothing but trouble" the mother says as she continues to take her back there, so she could be punished severely for what she had done 

The little girl was really crying out as  they headed to the back of the store. The clerk who was loading her cart at the time heard the little girl crying her eyes out, and headed back there too to see what was going on, and what the mother was going to do to the little girl

"Now to see which keys unlock the lock to this thing, so I can crush you to death," the mother says as she tries to figure out which of the two keys unlock the lock that was on the baler that was in the back of the department

"What may i ask are you doing?" the stock clerk asks the mother when she sees the mother unlocking the baler to throw the little girl in so she could be crushed 

"That is none of your business," the mother says as she takes the lock out and opens the door to put the little girl in it, so she could crush her to death and wouldn't care at all what would happen to her 

The stock clerk runs into the prep room and calls for the MIC to come to produce immediately, and runs back to the baler to rescue the little girl from her death 

"I'm sorry you aren't allowed to be touching that machine. The only ones who are allowed to touch it is the ones that work in this department" the stock clerk says to the mother when she came back from calling for help in the prep room

"Who is going to stop me," the mother says as she throws the little girl in there and shuts the door quickly 

"Me that's who, and I have an MIC coming to the back to assist, and you shouldn't be near the baler, or operating it for that matter" the stock clerk says as she stops the machine cause she heard it start up to crush the little girl that was under it and was crying her eyes out

The stock clerk opens the door and gets the little girl out of the baler cause she was really scared as the MIC arrived, and the stock clerk explained what happened back there with the mother who grabbed the keys and was going to crush the little girl cause she was being very bad

"Thank goodness we got this on tape, so we can press charges against the mother," the MIC says when they see the camera that was by the baler

The MIC takes the mother to the front of the store as the little girl stayed with the clerk cause the little girl had no one else with her besides her baby sister. Since their father left them 

"It's okay sweetie I won't let anything hurt you at all," the stock clerk says as she carries the little girl to the prep room where she was loading her cart up with potatoes and onions

"Pwomise?"  the little girl asks her

"Promise, so until the cops come you have to be with me for a while is that okay?" the clerk asks the little girl as she got down to her level

The little girl nods as she gets on the bottom of the cart to head out

"Sorry sweetie you can't ride there, but you can hold my hand though as we head out cause I don't want you getting hurt again," the stock clerk says to her as she gets down to the little girl once again

The little girl obeys cause she saw that the clerk was friendly and nice and not like her mommy who was mean

"What's your name?" the clerk asks the little girl as she loads her cart still with what needed to come out on the floor

"I don't have a name," the little girl says to the clerk as the clerk continues to load her cart with the necessary items

"No name huh, so how about i give you a name, and then you can know my name," the clerk says as she goes back to loading the cart again after she stopped to talk to the little girl

The little girl nods

"Okay your name is going to be Nordonia cause I like that name," the clerk says to the little girl she she was a little scared

The little girl nods as she sucks her thumb

"My name is Fawn, and don't worry I will never hurt you in anyway shape or form," the stock clerk says to Nordonia as she hugs the little girl tight in her arms to give her some comfort

Nordonia cried on Fawn's shoulder cause she was really scared at the moment

"That must of been terrifying for you," Fawn says as she rubs Nordonia's back to soothe her from the scariness

"Fawn to the front, Fawn to the front" a voice says on the intercom says

"We must need to go to the front of the store Nordonia, so come on," Fawn says as she holds Nordonia's hand as they leave the prep room to head for the front of the store

Nordonia was still scared as they headed out to the front of the store, and she pointed out her baby sister that was in the cart still sleeping, and Fawn got the baby and brought her to the front as well so they stood together

"Aaron I am going to be back I am going to the front for a minute," Fawn says to the clerk that came on cause Aaron was closing that night and was checking what needs to come out

Aaron nods as Fawn heads to the front with Nordonia holding her hand and the baby starting to wake up from her nap that afternoon

"There's the little brat," the mother says when she sees Nordonia with Fawn and the baby in her cart

Nordonia hid from her mom cause her mom was scary in her eyes

"Fawn would you mind coming upstairs, and tell your side of the story?" the cop asks her

"Sure come on Nordonia," Fawn says as she picks up the little girl and carries her upstairs where the cops were going to talk to her about what had happened in the back of the store, and the front clerk was going to watch the baby for her

(Later)

"Thank you we need to take Nordonia here cause she is going into foster care right after she gets looked at as well as her baby sister," the cop says to Fawn as the ambulance comes in to take Nordonia to the hospital to get checked out to see if she was injured

"No," Nordonia says as she hugs Fawn tighter cause she became close with her

"Nordonia it's going to be okay they want to get you checked out is all, and make sure you are okay love," Fawn says to the little girl as she tries to comfort her a bit to make her feel better about going in the ambulance

Nordonia wasn't budging at all she wanted Fawn

"Well it looks like I am coming with her," Fawn says as she comforts the little girl cause she did not want to go to anyone else besides her

Fawn talks to the MIC and sees if she can leave to go to the hospital with Nordonia and the MIC said yes for her to go with the little girl,

"It looks like I can go with you Nordonia," Fawn says to the little girl as she clocks out to head to the hospital with the little girl who was in her arms but she had to go up and get her purse from her locker

Nordonia was happy that Fawn was coming with her to the hospital as she gets checked out  

"I am never going to leave you ever cause I am going to adopt you and your baby sister," Fawn says as she hugs Nordonia close to her as she sat on the gurney with her to head out with her as the cop took the baby

Nordonia cried out when Fawn rubbed her back as the EMT's left with her

"The baler must of touched her a little bit," Fawn says as they board the ambulance to head to the hospital to get her checked out 

The whole way to the hospital Fawn hummed a song to Nordonia to get her to settle down a bit, so she could be seen by the doctor on call

"What's the little girl name?" the nurse asks Fawn when they pull up to the hospital that wasn't far from the store at all

"Nordonia, Nordonia Lahm" Fawn says as she heads in cause she knew that Nordonia was going to be her little girl from that day on and she was going to be her mommy, and she was going to be the baby's mommy too which she was excited about
