Thomas Miller - 14 yearsThomas is a boy full of impetuosity and, in a desperate search to keep the memory of his late father alive, he always does his best to show courage and leadership in a crisis. Obsessed with protecting those he loves, Thomas often ends up doing many things he really doesn't want to, but his stubbornness prevents him from seeing the harm that his actions cause to himself and others around him. He is currently the newest member of the main basketball team in his city and regrets a stupid thing he did not so long ago because it earned him the hatred of Mikaela Dawson, the girl he has a crush on.

Mikaela Dawson - 14 years

Mikaela is the youth star of the Clarence, NY baseball team. Daughter of a famous American professional league player, she seems destined to follow in her father's footsteps. However, she decided to leave the team without giving anyone much satisfaction. In the midst of a family crisis, Mikaela will still have to deal with supernatural monsters and Thomas, one of the boys she hates most at school! Mikaela is a determined girl who knows how to keep a cool head even in the worst of situations. She doesn't know it yet, but this quality will be essential in the upcoming battle!

Daniel Stokes - 14 years

Daniel has recently moved to the small town of Clarence, determined to change his life. When faced with a confrontation, his nature is to avoid problems, but this has already put him in very bad situations in the past, and even his lack of "courage" was what destroyed the life of his ex-boyfriend, Jonas. Or at least that's what Daniel believes. In Clarence he took on a new life and personality, determined to be someone more assertive and brave. Too bad this new attitude will lead him straight into the most dangerous adventure of his life!

Daniel's boyfriend who is always in our crazy rocker's heart and memories. Jonas has a brief participation in this story and will still return with an increasing focus in the next books in the series.
