The Waverider was now flying through the Shatterspace as they head off to the next Earth. Nya enters Ray Palmer's lab as she hears classic music playing from the speakers.

"Huh, I always took you to be more Springsteen than "The Rite of Spring." Nya said as she enters the room with the classic music playing.

"It's not for me. It's—— I read that classic music is good for babies." Jay said.

"Wow, this is very, um, impressive." Nya said.

"Yeah, I found a book about dinosaurs in the Waverider's collection." Jay said pointing to the book as Nya goes to read it.

"The egg must incubate under the mother at her body temperature lest the egg expire." Nya read. "Yeah, I'm not gonna sit on that thing."

"I figure as much. That's why I got a heat lamp." Jay said as he activated it on the egg. "We have to do everything possible to make sure nothing bad happens to this egg."

"Hey."

"Hmm?"

"The egg's gonna be okay. I know it." Nya said comforting Jay.

"Wait until the others see we now have a T-Rex on our side." Jay said.

Soon everyone was back at the corridor of the ship getting ready to leave.

"I'm afraid you Trolls can't come with us. It's daytime in this world. So you guys gonna have to stay back." Jim said. Draal grunts in frustration.

"Bushigal! I do not like sitting on the side lines." Draal said.

"Sorry Draal, but you guys have to stay back." Jim said. Jessica then patted Draal's shoulder.

"Don't worry, Blue. I'll stay behind as well." Jessica said as Draal smiled.

The heroes are now falling through the sky high in the air while screaming.

"NOT AGAIN!!!!" Sonic screams.

"Wait is that water? Please, don't be water. Please, don't be water. Please, don't be water." Sonic said as he sees its an ocean.

"That's water. Just when things couldn't get any worse! Wait! Is that land?" Mario said as they try to swim towards the land in the air.

"Almost there!" Gobber shouts. Only for them to crash into the water by the shoreline.

"So close." Toby said. They then pulled themselves out of the water and to the small island.

Sonic and the other heroes looked around to see endless water and no land nearby.

"Wait, where are we?" Sonic asked. He, Barry, and Piranha now saw they had brown with gold gear on.

"Ah! Wonder what these guys do?" Sonic said looking at them.

"Ahoy there, strangers!"

The heroes look up to see in their surprise the Bad Guys of this Earth, only they were pirates! SeaWolf, Snakebite, Bite-Jaw, Shark-Tooth, Weber, Dilara. Along with two additional members. A hammerhead shark named Ripper and a walrus named Warlux. But that's not just it, there were also trolls as well! Blinkeye, Dickory, Argh, Draalex, and Kangar. Jim, Toby, and Claire were shocked to see their troll friends as pirates, even Kanjigar's doppelgänger.

"What brings ye to the No Place?" Kangar said.

"Seriously? Pirates? That's——that's super! Just great! Of course, you're pirates!" Sonic said.

"I bet they be one of the enemy's crew." Warlux said.

"What should we do?" Sharktooth asked.

"I say, we pirate!" Blinkeye said pulling out his four swords.

"But, the captain isn't here! I don't think he approve of us, you know, "pirating." SeaWolf said.

"What kind of pirates don't pirate?" Jim asked.

"Well, you know, how the saying goes SeaWolf. Dead Men Tell No Tales!" Blinkeye said as all the pirates pointed their blades at the heroes.

"Whoa wait! You guys don't need to do this! Come on Blinky!" Jim said as the Pirates push them closer to the water.

"Argh, argh! We don't mean to harm ye. We're just some wayward heroes looking for a way home—AAAH! Water!" Sonic screamed.

"Argh!" The pirates yelled as they charged at the heroes and start to attack.

"Hiya!" Snakebite shouts as he whips his blade at them.

"No, no, no, no!" Donkey Kong shouts as he runs from Argh.

Unfortunately, there was no much room to run away from the pirates. All they could do was dodge the sword slashes. Donkey Kong climbs up the tree only to see Argh chase him up.

"Boy, it sure feels good to pirate, don't it?" Bite-Jaw shouts as he attacks Drago and Piranha.

"Oi!" Argh shouts as he pounds his fists at them as they dodged the brute.

"Gotcha!" Draalex said as they captured the heroes in a net.

"Well, wouldn't you know it. We're caught between the devil and the deep blue sea." Sonic said.

"You know, they're too fast and strong to be part of the enemy's crew." Dickory said.

"Listen, we're not a part of any crew you're looking for. We're here on a mission, it's actually a bit of a sore spot." Sonic said.

"I'll give you a sore spot." Draalex growl with his blade at Sonic's neck.

"Alright, alright. Enough's enough. Gather the coconuts and fruits. The captain would want us to get back to the ship without taking too long." SeaWolf said, walking away while putting his sword away. "Leave these scalawags for the buzzards."

"Well, it was fun while it lasted." Dilara said before walking away along with the pirates.

"Wait, you're leaving? Without us?" Sonic asked as he got up.

The Hammerhead and Great White jumps up to the palm tree and cuts down the coconuts.The two troll brothers pull the fruits from the bushes.

"There's literally water everywhere." Mario said as they run over to see them by the boats.

"Uh, where're you going? Somewhere with a lot of land, hopefully." Sonic said.

"Back to our ship. And we don't take scalawags." Blinkeye said.

"You know, with all that speed, these land lovers could be useful." Bitejaw said, walking over to Sonic. "Swabbing the deck, raising the mizzen mast, rowing the boat."

"I hate rowing the boat." Blinkeye sighs in frustration.

"Hate rowing boat." Argh said after him.

The other pirates nod in agreement. Sonic immediately raises his hand.

"I'll row! I'm a great rower!" He said.

"He's not wrong." Lloyd agreed.

Sonic elbows the piranha on the shoulder.

"I'll bet you 20 coconuts I'm the best rowers you've ever seen!" Sonic said.

"Fine! I, too, hate the rowing." Draalex sighed in defeat. "But, there is one condition when we get back to the ship. It's Captain's orders or else!"

"Or else? The plank?" Sonic asked, leaning against the boat.

The boat starts to float away when he quickly grabs it back to the land, making Mario and Barry facepalm themselves.

"I can assure you that this hedgehog has no interest in planks. Captain's orders. Got it! I love captains."
Sonic makes a heart shape with his hands and blinks, making the pirates looks at him funny. Sonic and the others then notices something in the distance of the ocean.

"Whoa! Is that your ship?" Sonic asked.

Not that far from the island, there was a black ship with black sails floating on the ocean looking magnificent in the sunlight.

"Tis indeed. The Black Pearl, fastest ship in the seven seas." Blinkeye said proudly.

"Now, move along! You need to hurry to get a good seat." Draalex slams an oar into Sonic.

With an oar, Sonic vaults into the boat as the heroes, and the pirates goes in afterwards.

"Everybody got seat belts on?" He asked.

The heroes smirked, knowing what's going to happen and held on tight. The pirates looks at him in confusion.

"Seat belts?" RipTooth asked.

Then Sonic starts rowing the boat in speed like a motor, causing the pirates to scream while Jay cheers. The boat then makes it to the ship without a problem. The pirates looks scared for life with their fur or quills sticking out funny from the speed.

"Well, that was quick." Kangar commented.

Sonic and the others smirks in amusement. Wenches pull the boat up to the deck. The pirates and heroes board into the ship. A sleeping Dingodile fall off the hammock. A coconut with a straw rolls to Sonic's feet. Sonic makes disgusted look.

"Urgh. Looks like someone had a few too many coconuts last night." Sonic said walking past the drunken meta.

Sonic and the others goes down the stairs to the pirates.

"You guys should really consider cleaning that poop deck." Mario said.

As they got down, they saw many other pirates, humans, animals, and trolls as well. Two pirates walked over to them. They were Pintel and Ragetti.

"Oi! Who are these, scalawags?" Pintel asked.

"New members. Found them on the No Place." Shark-Tooth said.

A woman then walked over to them. This was Anamaria, the second girl of the pirate girls of the crew. There was Weber, Dilara, and Anamaria.

"I see we have guests aboard." Anamaria said.

"Indeed. These newbies are new here and they seem to be very powerful and fast." Weber said.

"Oh, that's nice. You guys seem to be very colorful." Scrum said looking at their suits' colors.

They then turn to see an old man walk to them.

"Welcome aboard, mates. I'm Mr. Gibbs." Gibbs said to them.

"Oh, so you're the captain?" Drago said. As soon as he said that, all the pirates laughed at him.

"No, I'm not the captain. I'm the captain's first mate." Gibbs said with a chuckle.

"So then where's that captain you speak of?" Jay asked.

"Oi!"

Everyone looks up to see a shadow figure on top of the sails.

"Who'd be the scalawags you brought on board?"

"Heroes... meet Sparrow. The Sparrow." Snakebite said.

The pirate then swings down on the rope as he lands on he lands in the ground. He wore long sea boots and long, hard-wearing linen trousers. A knotted striped-red sash was tied around his waist, where he would stow his pistol when not in use. A faded blue waistcoat with a shorter lightly-coloured back area and a torn white undershirt made up the rest of the ensemble. He acquired a large snakeskin belt with a massive gold buckle decorated with skulls and beetles, which he wore above his two previous belts.

The distinctive look had given to himself was accentuated by dreadlocked dark brown to black hair and a goatee beard. He appeared to have a perpetual sore or abrasion on the right side of his chin, next to his goatee, that never seems to heal which is possibly syphilis. He wears a dark brown coat over himself.

"Captain Jack Sparrow actually." Captain Jack said correcting his crew mate.

"Whoa... now that's a pirate." Toby said.

"So... you're the newbies I've heard from my crew? How in the blue seas did you weirdos end up on that island?" Captain Jack Sparrow asked.

"Well, best of you guys sit down because we... got a doozy." Sonic said.

Sonic and the others explained everything that they've recently been through and why they're crossing through different universes.

"... and then we ended up here." Sonic said as he drank more coconut milk.

Sonic then gasps to see something he surely missed. He sees the hotdog covered with green stuff. He somehow teleports in front of the food and gazes at it. Mario sees that and chuckles, shaking his head.

"Is this a chili dog?" Sonic asked.

"More like a sea dog, my own invention." Dingodile informed.

"A sea dog?" Sonic and Mario questioned in unison.

"What exactly is it made of?" Mario asked.

Dingodile laughs for a second before looking serious.

"Don't ask."

Sonic shrugs with a hum and eats the sea dog. His expression changes to a bliss and wipes out a tear.

"Oh, you have no idea how much I needed that!" Sonic cried as Dingodile chuckled.

"Of course, you'd like it." Mario smiled, taking a coconut offered by Captain Jack Sparrow.

"Well, ye've come to the right place. We're all about 'no ideas' here." Dickory said with an unamused expression.

"So... Captain, what makes you such a great pirate?" Toby said drinking some coconut milk.

"Well, that depends on who you ask. SeaWolf! Am I the greatest pirate in the seven seas?" Captain Jack Sparrow asked.

"Aye! He be the best pirate in the world." SeaWolf said.

"Like the time he once faced Davy Jones and his terrible Kraken!" Shark-Tooth said.

"And fought against the East Trading Company and destroyed Lord Beckett with the Brethren Court of Pirates!" Pintel said.

"Or the time he discovered the Fountain of Youth and fought Blackbeard." Blinkeye said as he drank some rum.

"The time he fought the Butcher of Sea as he discovered the Trident of Poseidon!" Dingodile said as he makes more sea dogs.

"Wow! Sounds like you did a lot." Barry said.

As the pirates work, one of them began a beat to a tune.

"I sense a sing-along!" Scrub said as all the pirates got to action. Play the song above immediately!

The pirates work on the ship as the song is sung. A troll and orc pull the ropes to hole the sails steady.

🎶She'd not been two weeks from shore
When down on her a right whale bore
The captain called all hands and swore
He'd take that whale in tow (huh)🎶

One day, when the tonguing is done
We'Il take our leave and go🎶

Draalex and Kangar polish and sharpen all of their swords as the heroes watch in awe as they saw how well in sync these pirates were.

Argh is seen beating a bunch of drums as Blinkeye plays two guitars with his four arms as Bite-Jaw sings the song with his powerful voice. Donkey Kong almost cried on how beautiful his voice was. To them it was like listening to an angel.

The whale's tail came up and caught her
All hands to the side, harpooned and fought her

Pintel and Ragetti are scrubbing the deck in rhythm with the music and Bite-Jaw's singing.

And he belonged to the Whaleman's creed

Snakebite and SeaWolf host the colors as SeaWolf howls to the beat in the air.

Weber sits by Bite-Jaw as he sings his heart out as the heroes enjoy the song.

All boats were lost, there were only four

Ripper and Shark-Tooth pass out rum and coconut milk to their fellow pirates as they enjoy their time.

As far as I've heard, the fight's still on
The line's not cut, and the whale's not gone
The Wellerman makes his regular call
To encourage the captain, crew and all (huh)🎶

Warlux then climbed to the crow's nest as he enjoys the view as the sun sets.

As soon the song ended, all the pirates laugh as they drank their rum and partied throughout the night. The heroes decided to party along as laughter echoed through the ocean.

Next Morning

Seagulls squawking can be heard. Some pirates dozes on some hammocks. Drago sleeps hanging upside down from the wrench bar. Some other pirates and the heroes sleep at the foot of some steps. Sonic sleeps lying on the deck. He wakes up with a yawn and stands up.

"That was a late night." he commented, walking unsteadily to the edge of the deck.

He stretches and looks down at the sea. He nearly falls at the sight of the water if he hadn't caught himself up on time.

"Whoa! I'm awake!"

Sonic steps back and then spotted some coral and rocks underwater. The ship sails on. He spots Captain Jack Sparrow standing by the cannon, looking ahead. Sonic joins him and his expression drops.

"Water... That stuff's the worst, am I right?" Sonic said to Captain Jack Sparrow as says nothing.

"So, what's the plan, Captain J? Where are we headed?" Sonic asked.

"To a place where every pirate feels welcomed... Tortuga." Captain Jack Sparrow said.

"Hey! I have a question for you trolls." Jim said.

"What is it?" Kangar said.

"How do you guys survive in the sunlight? I thought trolls can't be in sunlight." Jim said.

"It's because of these." Kangar said as he and other trolls show off blue glowing stone amulets on their chests.

"These amulets protect us from the sun as long as we wear them." Draalex explained.

"Hey, um, Captain... can we ask you something?" Wolf asked.

"By all means, I'm listening." Captain Jack Sparrow said as he drinks some rum.

"Could we—

He was cut off by the water flying up by the ship and a cannonball misses. A gargoyle pirate named Axel flies up to the Crow's Nest with his telescope. He spots another tall ship firing.

"Captain! We're under attack! It would be the Red Coats... again." Axel said.

"Argh! Take yer positions!" Captain Jack Sparrow ordered.

Soon all the pirates got into battle positions as he ready their cannons and began to fire at the French. Some of the French began to board their ship as the cannons fired.

"Draw your swords!" Draalex shouts as he and the other pirates pull out their swords.

"Come! Can't let them have all the fun!" Heatwave said as he fires at the soldiers.

The heroes grin as they join in on the fight. As this happens, Sonic, Flash, and Piranha accidentally roll on some barrels into the ocean.

"CAN'T SWIM! CAN'T SWIM! CAN'T SWIM!" Sonic shouts as he, Flash, and Piranha fall to the ocean only to hover above the water.

"Okay that's cool! Our kicks are like... hovercrafts!" Sonic said in surprise.

The three then ran faster across the water back to the ship at lightning speed.

They landed back on the ship as they saw the other heroes joining the pirates in the fight. Pretty soon they managed to defeat the Red Coats.

"Now that was a lot of fun!" Draalex said.

"Aye!" Snakebite said in agreement.

"Never thought we be fighting alongside pirates." Jay said.

"Now that the enemy has been dealt with, I suggest that we continue our way to Toruga." Jack said.

"Question, why are your boots glowing?" Ragetti asked pointing at Barry, Pepé, and Sonic's shoes as they glow.

"Oh! That means there's a map piece nearby!" Sonic exclaimed. Sonic looks at his boots.

"Huh, no glow this way."

Barry rushes over to the bow along with Sonic.

"Nothing here."

"Wait!" Piranha said.

He notices his shoes are glowing brighter. Sonic and Barry sees their boots glowing as well.

"This way!" Barry said as he pointed. Blinkeye then takes a look at the charts.

"There's really no islands that way except— *GASP!* Lagiacrus Island!" Blinkeye said as the pirates began to murmur and whisper to each other.

"What's Lagiacrus Island?" Green Arrow asked.

"Home to the most dangerous sea creature ever. More dangerous than the Kraken... Wojira." Captain Jack Sparrow said.

"Hey, I've heard of that name from my father's journal. It was the name of a sea storm spirit if I remember correctly." Markus said.

"Aye! Wojira the Lagiacrus Dragon commanded the elements of water and wind. When combined, they became a force of destruction. The fury of the storm." Dickory said as he shows them a scroll with a drawing on it of a big sea dragon surrounded by ships, storms, and giant waves.

"Whoa! That's Wojira?" Toby asked.

"Indeed! When a Lagiacrus is fully sunbathed, it turns a dry grayish-blue color and its dermal spikes turn brown. When it returns to the water, Lagiacrus regains a striking deep blue color and its spikes return to their original color of a very light beige." Blinkeye said.

"It can also survive and walk across land. It's a master of both land and water. Back during the Old World Age, pirates would fight against the British armies over seas. But during one battle, Wojira emerged from the sea, angry at both for abusing his waters, so he destroyed all with a fearsome storm. He only let those who he saw worthy to live on account of how they treated him. Once, he would let a pirate ride him by wielding his trident that commanded water and wind. After the battle, he disappeared from the world to his island full of treasure. Many have tried to get there... all have fail." Dickory explained.

"Then we have to go there." Barry said.

"Were you not listening?! That island is too dangerous! Not even the bravest or stupidest pirates would dare to go there!" Ripper said.

"We have to get that map piece, dangerous or not. We need it." Sonic said.

"We'll discuss this over some rum." Jack said.

Soon the pirates and heroes made it to Toruga to see absolute chaos. Gun shots fired all around and pirates and people getting drunk from rum. Humans, Taurens, Orcs, Werewolves, and Trolls all around having fun... a little too much fun.

"It is indeed a sad life that has never breathed deep the sweet, proliferous bouquet that is Tortuga. Savvy? What do you think?" Jack said as they passed a troll half naked drinking rum from a barrel with a hole spitting the rum out.

"It'll linger." Oliver said as he saw Mick Rory join in on the drinking.

"I'll tell you, mate, if every town in the world was like this one, no man would ever feel unwanted." Captain Jack Sparrow said as he saw a woman come up to him.

"Scarlett!"

*SLAP!*

"Not sure if I deserve that." Jack said as he turns to see another woman.

"Giselle."

"Who was she?" She asked.

"What?"

*SLAP!*

"I may have deserved that." Jack said.

They were all now in the big bar with fights and lots of drinking happening. Green Arrow, Flash, Shark, Supergirl, White Canary, Wolf, Drago, Snake, Mario, Sonic, and Jim were now speaking with Jack, Gibbs, Draalex, Ripper, and Kangar.

"So you heroes won't stop at nothing to get this... "map piece", right?" Jack said as he drinks rum.

"We need that map piece. The fate of all life in the Multiverse depends on it." Barry said.

"I see, is it that serious or are you being dramatic?" Jack said.

"We're serious. If our enemy gets it, they'll rewrite reality in their own way." Wolf said.

"Very well, we will help you get to that island if help us get the treasure there. Do we have an accord?" Jack said holding out his hand.

Oliver then shook his hand.

"Agreed." Oliver said.

In a different area of Tortuga by the water was another pirate ship. Many trolls were working on it as the troll ran to the captain who was covered in darkness. The only thing the troll could see was his glowing eye.

"Captain! It seems that Jack Sparrow is heading towards Lagiacrus Island with some new friends." The pirate troll said.

"Really? What could he be up to?" The pirate troll Captain said as another troll walks up to him.

"Should we go after them, father?" The bulky troll asked.

"Yes, prepare to follow them, but don't let them know we're following them. Soon... Jack Sparrow will be dead!" The Captain Troll said as he throws a dagger at a WANTED poster of Jack.
