The heroes were now outside the factory getting ready to strike. Each of them went into position. The Gargoyles went to the top, while Zari, Behrad, Vixen, Aki and the Robot Masters distracted the robots. Oliver, Sara, Ray, Orgrim, with the Bad Guys and their families. John, Zatanna, Rodrick, Cade, and Princess went together to get to the master control center and hopefully take the staff.

"You sure you'll be fine?" Wolf asked Princess.

"Don't worry, I'll be fine." Princess said calming him down. Princess and four then sneak through a vent into the factory.

"Okay everyone... it's showtime." Wolf said as they head inside.

Webs hacked into the security system and shuts off all the cams. Invisible, Snake takes out the robot guards, allowing them to get inside. In the front were other robots. A tornado of wind knocked them away from the entrance. It was Air Man with Zari and Behrad. They all head inside the factory and as they did more robots came out to attack. Pretty soon, the heroes were now fighting against the robots in a civil war style.

"We'll hold them off while you guys try to free the metas." Fire Man shouts as he burns a robot down.

Oliver and Wolf nod as they continue on as the Robot Masters and Air siblings fight off the robots. They make it inside to see more robots coming out of the shadows. Ray fillies up and begins shooting down the robots to cover them in the air. Wolf looked to see his kids and his friend's kids handle themselves against the robots. So far this plan was working. Just as Wolf and his friends run to a door, a trapdoor opens, dropping Wolf, Snake, Webs, Shark, and Piranha fall deep down. Diane saw this and tried to catch Wolf but it was too late.

"Wolf!" Diane cried out. She tried to see them but the hole was deep and dark. A robot sneaks up behind her ready to kill her, but Orgrim smashed its head off as Diane turned around to see him.

"Come on! We have to find the metas! Wolf and the others will be fine." Orgrim Doomhammer said.

Oliver fires more arrows as Moe Jr. and Willow sonic howls the bots away with Athena freezing them in blocks of ice. Diane looks back at the floor hoping Wolf will be okay.

"AAAAAAAAAAHHHH!" The Bad Guys screamed as they went down the slide and end up underground hard on the ground. They rub their butts from the impact and look around.

"Seriously?! A trapdoor!" Snake yelled. They look left to see the giant robot snake charging at them.

"Bad Guys!"

The Bad Guys turn around to see Ronnie Raymond waving at them.

"This way! Hurry!" Ronnie shouts. The Bad Guys run as the robot snake was trying to eat them. They managed to escape its terrifying jaws.

"Ronnie! You're free! How?" Wolf asked as they follow him down a hallway.

"I managed to escape, but the Annihilator took my powers and everyone else. But I think I found a way to escape this place." Ronnie said as he leads them down the hall.

"Wait, the Annihilator? That's what he calls himself?" Snake asked. Ronnie nodded yes.

"Ooh, that is a badass name." Piranha said.

"Wait! We can't leave yet, we still need to free the others, do you know which room they're in?" Wolf asked.

"I think so... follow me." Ronnie said as they follow him.

Back with the Aki, Zari, Behrad, Vixen, and the Robot Masters, they were doing good so far. But as they destroyed a robot, more replace them.

"We need a better plan, they just keep coming." Vixen said as she rhino charges at one.

"We have to find a way to deactivate them!" Wave Man said water blasting them.

"I got it! Water and electricity don't mix! Elec Man and Wave Man, combine your powers together!" Mega Man shouts.

Elec Man and Wave Man stand by each other and fire water and electricity together at the robots. The combo blast short-circuited all the robots nearby.

"Oh yeah!" Guts Man cheered.

"Come on! The others need our help." Behrad said as they run to the factory.

Ronnie and the Bad Guys were now heading to the room where the metas are being held captive. They then entered a big empty room with parts laying around the floor.

"Uhh Ronnie? This room is empty, where are all the metas?" Webs said. Ronnie just chuckled.

"What's so funny?" Snake asked.

"Oh yeah, that's probably because I'm... not... Ronnie." He said. Suddenly Ronnie shapeshifted into the Annihilator. It was him all along!

"You!" Wolf said as he and the Bad Guys got into fighting positions.

"Where's the real Ronnie?" Piranha asked.

"He's still locked away just like the others, powerless. I'm surprised, after everything I've done, you still don't recognize me." The Annihilator said.

"What? I think we would remember you." Wolf said.

"Yeah, you make it sound like we have a history." Snake said. The Annihilator just laughs.

"But we do have a history. Unlike others, you five ruined my life the most. You still don't recognize me?" The Annihilator said.

"Sorry but it's hard to recognize you in that mask." Shark said.

"Perhaps... but you did ruin me and foiled a plan of mine that took years to plan. A heist of the century." The Annihilator said as he takes off the mask revealing his face. The Bad Guys gasp in shock, it was Thomas Chesterfield, Princess' father!

"Thomas! But how?! You're supposed to be in prison!" Wolf exclaimed.

"I escaped a while ago, due to a power outage that caused many criminals to escape including me." Thomas said.

"So all of this... has been trying to get back us?" Snake asked.

"Yes, you took everything from me. My money, my fame, and my daughter." Thomas said.

"You never loved her! You don't deserve her!" Wolf growled angrily.

"Doesn't matter! I now only care about getting my revenge on you five." Thomas said as he holds out his staff.

"So you're the one that stole that staff from the British Museum." Webs said.

"Yep. After I broke free, all I thought of was how I would get my revenge on you. I then later discovered the Staff of Shadows, a weapon with the power to absorb power and summon shadow wraiths. I then discovered it was at the British Museum so I went to London and stole the staff. I knew I wouldn't be able to take you down yet, so I decided to steal every meta's power so I can take yours and kill you once an for all." Thomas explained.

"Yeah sorry, but no one's killing us chico." Piranha said as his eyes spark with green lightning.

"This ends now!" Shark growled as his fists glowed with water.

"You're outnumbered, Thomas. It's five against one." Webs said.

"Check your math, Tarantula. It's five against a hundred. Though I doubt I'll have to use all the powers I have to take you down." Thomas said as he got ready to fight.

Shark fires water blasts at Thomas only to miss as Thomas speeds off and speed shoves them. Wolf sonic howls at him only to get hit by a vibe blast. Webs send a techno blast at him only to be psychic grabbed and thrown away. Piranha runs to catch her and sends a lightning shuriken at Thomas. He absorbs the lightning sending it back at Piranha. Snake psychic throws metal parts at Thomas where he catches them with a portal and send them at Wolf who dodges them. Thomas lazer blast Shark into Snake. Wolf sonic howls only to miss as Thomas dodged and acid blasted him, Snake blocks it by using a metal plate to protect Wolf.

"How pathetic,why use five powers... when I have over a hundred. SHADOW!" Thomas shouts as he disappears in the shadows using Espectro Gorila's powers. Wolf and the others look around on guard.

"You're not going to get away with this, Thomas! You're beginning is only your end!" Wolf shouted out.

"Wrong!" Thomas shouts as a energy ball headed towards Wolf but he dodged it. 

"My beginning has just begun! ICE!" Thomas shouts as he sends a ice blast at them. The Bad Guys quickly took cover behind a pile of scrap metal as it froze the metal.

"Hahahaha! FIRE!" Thomas shouts as he uses Hotspur's and Ronnie's fire power at them, scattering them from the blast. The Bad Guys were getting exhausted from the fight.

"Once I have your powers, there will be no left who can stop me! The most powerful being in the world! GRAVITY!" Thomas shouts as he uses Null's power of manipulating gravity.

Wolf and the Bad Guys began to float high up to the ceiling. Stuck like flies in honey. Thomas began to run up the walls and the lights and began to smash them around the ceiling and walls like toys.

"What you have isn't power! It's stealing!" Wolf shouts as he and the others got banged around on the walls.

"That's rich coming from you!" Thomas shouts before sending them down hitting the ground. Thomas floats down as Snake gets up glaring at him.

"Once I have your powers, I'll kill Princess right in front of you before I kill you!" Thomas shouts. Saying that struck a nerve in Snake.

"Like hell I'll ever let you touch Princess! Just because you're stronger, doesn't mean you're invincible!" Snake shouts as he sends a psychic knife at Thomas only for him to counter with Flasheart's sonic howl.

"Real power doesn't need to take from others." Piranha shouts as he charges at Thomas at super speed but Thomas easily dodged him and then light blasted him. Shark helps him up.

"My fractal photons move at the speed of light, thanks to Mirror Master's power. You don't stand a chance! Any of you!" Thomas said as he uses Top's vertigo on the Bad Guys, making them dizzy.

"You're... not... going to... WIN!!!" Wolf roared as he unleashed a sonic howl knocking Thomas back.

"Real power stops people like you. Unh!" Piranha said as he throws a bolt of lightning and Snake throws a psychic blast at Thomas. He uses Citizen Steel's power and reflects the blast back at the Bad Guys, slamming them against the wall, knocking them unconscious.

"Only one can remain." Thomas said as he has wraiths take them away.

Meanwhile with the 3 magic users, Princess and Cade, they were heading to the master control room of the factory.

Cade's eyes then glowed green as his third eye glowed as well on his forehead. He began to see what was happening to the Bad Guys. He then saw the Bad Guys defeated and saw who the Annihilator was. It was Princess's birth father Thomas Chesterfield!

"Oh no..." Cade said as he looks the four with him.

"What? What is it?" Zatanna asked.

"Princess... the kidnapper... the Annihilator... he's Thomas Chesterfield. And he just captured the Bad Guys." Cade said. John, Z, Rodrick look at Princess who looks shocked and in horror.

Her birth father. It was him all along. Princess remembered what Wolf, Snake, Webs, Shark, and Piranha told her about her father. On how he experimented on her as a baby and forced her to do his evil bidding, but the Bad Guys with Flash, Frost, and Heatwave were able to stop him. She hoped he would stay there and hoped he never come back.

"Princess... are you okay?" Zatanna asked.

"It was him all along. I-I-I can't..." Princess stuttered as she collapsed to the ground and Rodrick comforts her.

"Hey, hey, hey! Listen to me! You're stronger than him. Your powers may have been from him, but that doesn't make you evil. You're nothing like him. Take me for example. I was born a demon, a creature of chaos and destruction. I was meant to be evil, but I didn't want to be evil. I decided on who I wanted to be. I made my choice. You have a choice too! So... who are you going to be? A hero?... or a villain?" Rodrick said.

Princess then looked at John, Zatanna, and Cade. Rodrick was right, she does have a choice. She decides on who she wants to be not her father, and right now, her real family needs her. Her scared face then turned into a confident and firm face.

"A hero." Princess said. Rodrick smiles as do the others.

"Okay... so let's go take that son of a bitch down." Rodrick said.
