Remi POV
I strode confidently into the principal office, aware that the principal had summoned me. Without knocking, I entered her office and took a seat before she could invite me to do so.
"What?" I asked, my tone assertive.
"Remi, what's gotten into you? I heard you confronted a teacher," the principal said, a hint of concern in her voice.
"She called me a rich, spoilt daddy's girl, saying my dad could bribe you guys. But I told her the truth - he's dead," I replied, my voice steady.
"Remi, she's not your peer," the principal admonished.
"I know, she's just some old grandma," I shot back, trying to appear nonchalant.
"How was the club yesterday?" I asked, changing the subject. "My mum came in wasted."
The principal's expression turned stern. "Remi, we don't chat like friends in school. Please leave my office and behave yourself."
I flashed her a defiant sign as I exited her office, heading to English class where Jake was waiting. We had both forgotten about our project and ended up with failing grades.
Fast-forwarding to lunchtime, Messah and I sat at a new table, and I sent another sultry video to my friends. Damion and Jake walked in together, joining us immediately. Lyra, Snow and Sasha entered later, initially sitting at the "J" crew table. I waved Lyra and Snow over, and they quickly joined our table. Sasha hesitated, eventually making her way over to us, attempting to peck Jake on the cheek.
Just then, Derek and Adam walked into the cafeteria, scanning the room until they spotted us. They ambled over, joining our table with ease.
"Why are you guys sitting with this...person?" Sasha asked, her voice laced with disdain, as she tried to kiss Jake again.
Jake ignored her advances, his eyes fixed on me with a hint of amusement.
Jake chimed in, "She's pretty, and she's got nice boobs." I smiled, feeling a flutter in my chest. Damion, however, looked unimpressed.
"Sasha, why don't you just join us?" Damion suggested. "We can all sit together."
I rolled my eyes. "No way, bae. She'd only ruin the mood."
Sasha's face reddened. "You bitch! First, you steal my boyfriend, and now you're stealing my friends?"
I shrugged. "I guess they're all tired of your drama."
Sasha's voice rose. "You're the one being a drama queen! You came in here yesterday, acting like you own the place. I invited you in, and you repay me by ruining everything? I'll destroy you, and Michelle too!"
I sneered. "Sasha, you need to get your ass out of here and join the nerds' table. That's where you belong in this school – with the stupid, fucking idiots."
Just then, everyone's phones buzzed. A video of Sasha bathing naked popped up, and the room erupted in laughter. Sasha's body was covered in scars and stretch marks, and everyone was laughing and pointing.
"Look at her scars!" someone mocked.
"And those stretch marks, gross!" another added.
Sasha's eyes welled up with tears as she pushed me and ran away. Jake smirked and pecked me on the cheek. "Way to go, bae."
Damion shook his head in disapproval, while Lyra and Snow laughed along with the others. Derek and Adam zoomed in on the video, and Michelle smiled slyly, tucking her phone away.
"Why?" Damion asked, his voice firm.
"I swear I didn't do it," I protested, honestly confused.
Jake chimed in, "Isn't it better someone sees those scars on her body?" Lyra, Snow, Adam, and Derek laughed, and Michelle smiled mischievously.
"Her ass isn't that big," Derek added, and the group burst into laughter again.
Michelle spoke up, "Who could have done that?".
You bitch, or maybe not... you look so innocent.
"Girls, Michelle and I will pick you up at 5. We're going shopping, and you can get a tattoo with us. Damion and I have plans, so we'll catch up later."
Damion dragged me outside, his voice low and serious. "Let's go. We need to discuss something."
We got into his car, and he drove away from the school. "Why did you post that video?" he asked, his eyes narrowing.
"I swear I didn't do it," I repeated, frustrated.
"Then who else could have done it?" he pressed.
I shook my head. "I came yesterday, how could I have gotten it?"
Damion nodded, seeming to accept my explanation. "Just stop acting like a drama queen, okay?"
I shrugged. "I'm just being me."
The car fell silent, and we arrived at the cinema. We watched Inside Out 1, and I was surprisingly moved to tears by the emotional scene where Riley's imaginary friend, Bing Bong, sacrifices himself to help her cope with growing up.
As we left the cinema, I texted Michelle to meet us at the "Grand Mall" by closing hour. We got into Damion's car, and he drove us to a fancy restaurant. The waitress eyed Damion seductively, taking our orders. I requested the same expensive dish as Damion, and she raised an eyebrow before leaving.
When she returned with our food, Damion said to me, "You know, I think you're really cute, but I don't like the way you act."
We dug into our expensive dish, "Caviar and Truffle Risotto," savoring the rich flavors. Damion closed his eyes, appreciating the taste, while I devoured mine with gusto, enjoying the creamy texture and subtle truffle aroma.
As we ate, Damion asked me to share more about myself. I opened up,
"I'm the first daughter in my family, lost my dad three years ago, my favorite color is pink, and I'm really sensitive. I love being the center of attention." I admitted, feeling a bit vulnerable.
Damion's expression turned sympathetic. "You lost your dad? That must be hard. Do you miss him?" he asked, his voice soft.
I hesitated, memories flooding back. "Sometimes. He always hated the way I dressed, just like my mother. My younger sister, Lilly, was his favorite child, but he almost disowned me the day he found out I pierced my boobs." I revealed, a hint of pain in my voice.
Damion's eyes filled with understanding. "I'm sorry, Remi. That sounds tough. But I think your piercings are cool," he said, offering a gentle smile.
I smiled back, feeling a connection with him. "Thanks, Damion. That means a lot."
Damion's voice was laced with pain as he spoke. "I wish my dad was dead. He harassed my mom in front of me, got me addicted to drugs, and even tied me up outside in the rain."
I felt a surge of anger and sadness for him.
"That's horrific," I said, my voice barely above a whisper. "I would have killed him if I were you."
Damion's eyes dropped, and he murmured, "I tried poisoning him, but it backfired. My mom thought the food was hers and ate it... and she died. My dad's in jail now, and everyone thinks he did it."
My heart went out to him, and I stood up, drawn to his pain. I wrapped my arms around him, holding him close as he trembled. "I'm so sorry, Damion," I whispered.
As we pulled back, our eyes met, and a spark of connection flared between us. Without thinking, we moved closer, our lips colliding in a passionate kiss. It was a kiss that spoke of shared pain, understanding, and a deep desire for comfort.
Our lips moved in perfect sync, the world around us melting away. The kiss was fierce, yet tender, a release of all the emotions we had bottled up. It was a connection that went beyond words, a bond that formed in that moment.
As we broke apart, gasping for air, I knew that this kiss was different. This wasn't just another careless kiss with a boy, this felt amazing. It was like our lips had spoken a language that our hearts understood. The connection was palpable, and I couldn't deny it.
I returned to my seat and noticed Damion blushing, his cheeks flushed red. I wondered why - hadn't he just kissed the most beautiful girl in school? I, on the other hand, was thrilled to have kissed him; he was cute and I liked him. But a part of me couldn't help comparing him to Jake, the rough and rugged type.
After a few hours of eating and avoiding any mention of our kiss, Michelle called me, saying they were already at Grand Mall with Jake. Perfect timing! I could kiss Jake and compare it to Damion's gentle kiss. Damion dropped me off at the mall and left, and I ran to join my friends, excitement written all over my face. "Baeeeees!" I squealed, hugging them tight.
Jake asked about my date, his voice tinged with anger.
"I kinda miss you," I replied, flirting shamelessly.
Lyra suggested shopping, but I had other plans.
"Not yet, Michelle and I want tattoos! You guys go ahead."
Lyra and Snow left, while Jake waited with me, looking adorable. We headed to the tattoo center inside the mall, where Michelle got a butterfly tattoo between her breasts and I opted for a rose on my right butt cheek and a snake coiled around a heart on my left breast.
The drawing of tattoos took about 30 minutes. I got it to boost my popularity, to solidify my status as queen bee, and to make Sasha pay for what she did. Though, I still felt bad about that bathroom video of her.
After the tattoos, we went shopping for some clothing, singing like dropouts along the way. Jake paid for mine, and the others paid for their own. We decided to head home, with Michelle, Lyra, and Snow going back to school to pick up their vehicles. I hopped in Jake's car, admiring his ride.
"Love your car," I said as he started driving.
He smirked, gazing at me for a long time before pulling me in for a rough, perfect kiss. His lips crashed into mine with a hunger that left me breathless. His hands tangled in my hair, pulling me close, his mouth devouring mine with a passion that left me weak. It was like a stormy night that I never wanted to end.
As we broke apart, gasping for air, Jake stopped the car and turned to me with a gaze that pierced my soul. "Remi, I love you," he whispered, his voice low and husky.
I smiled, my heart skipping a beat. I leaned in, my lips meeting his in a soft, gentle kiss. This time, it was a promise of forever, a seal on our love that nothing could ever break. Our lips danced in a slow, sweet waltz, savoring the taste of each other's love. It was a kiss that spoke of forever, a kiss that might change our lives forever.
I broke away from the kiss, my eyes sparkling with delight.
"That was perfect, Jake," I whispered, my voice husky with desire. "Even better than Damion's kiss."
Jake's eyes darkened with pleasure, his hands pulling me closer as we moved to the back seat.
The tension between us was palpable, our bodies aligning in a passionate embrace.
As I lost myself in his arms, the world outside melted away, leaving only us, consumed by our desire.
The car became a sanctuary, a haven where we could indulge in our passion without judgment.
Our lips met in a frenzy of kisses, our bodies entwined in a dance of pleasure.
The air was thick with tension, my moans and sighs filling the car as I surrendered to my desires.
Jake's hands roamed my body, exploring every curve and contour. I arched my back, pressing myself closer to him. Our kisses deepened, becoming more urgent and passionate.
I felt like I was melting into his embrace, like our bodies were becoming one. The world outside receded, leaving only the two of us, lost in our desire.
Jake's fingers traced my skin, leaving trails of fire in their wake. I shivered, my body responding to his touch.
"Jake," I whispered, my voice barely audible. "I want you."
He groaned, his eyes flashing with desire. "I want you too, Remi. So much."
And with that, he pulled me closer, our bodies colliding in a passionate embrace.
As Jake pulled up to my house, he turned to me with a charming smile. "Thanks for tonight, Remi. You're amazing," he said, his eyes sparkling with sincerity.
I blushed, feeling a flutter in my chest. "You're pretty amazing yourself, Jake," I replied, my voice barely above a whisper.
He leaned over and gave me a soft kiss on the lips. "I'll call you tomorrow?" he asked, his eyes crinkling at the corners.
I nodded, feeling a sense of excitement and anticipation. "Tomorrow," I repeated, smiling up at him.
As I got out of the car, Jake blew me a kiss before driving off . I watched him go, feeling a sense of happiness and contentment wash over me.
As I entered the house, I found Lilly waiting on the couch, looking remorseful. "Hey, sis, I'm really sorry about last night," she said, her voice laced with apology. "I was feeling awful because of my period, and I lashed out at you and mom. I didn't mean what I said, and I'm deeply sorry for calling you guys names."
I smiled, feeling a warmth in my heart, and pulled her into a hug. "It's okay, Lilly. I know how it feels to be moody during that time. I'm just glad we're good now," I said, hugging her tight.
With a happy heart, I headed to my room to freshen up. I fell onto my bed, intending to take a short nap, but I ended up sleeping for hours, exhausted from the eventful night.
