"Addison! Wake up or you're going to be late for school!" my wonderful mother called from downstairs.

"I'm up! I'm up!" I yell, jumping up from the bed but end up falling on my butt, tripping over the blanket.

 Ugh...I unwind myself from the blankets and walk to my closet, picking out a black hoodie, black pants, and my black sneakers. Walking  to the bathroom, I stop and look out the window, now noticing my window is adjacent to Jake's. Carrying on, I continue to my bathroom and take a quick shower. Getting out of the shower, I wrap a towel around me, quickly drying my hair, before putting it in wavy curls. I put my outfit on before doing all my other bathroom business. I walk out, grabbing my phone, wallet, headphones, and bag. Time to hit the road to boring.

At school

I walk down the hallway with a smirk, ignoring all the looks of disgust (mainly from the girls) and looks of lust from the people in the hallway. Walking towards my class I notice Jake and Adam by the door talking before they walk into the classroom. I walk into the room, immediately heading towards the back.

"Hey sweetheart!" Adam yells from the front.

I glare at him and put my head down on the desk. I soon hear the familiar chatter of students entering the room. I groan and bang my head on the table repeatedly before a very,very soft hand is placed under my head. I lift up my head and see Jake looking at me with this confused and amused smile. I give back a glare and lay my head back down.

Lunch

Walking into lunch looking for a table, I finally spot one in the semi-middle near a window. I walk towards the table while doing a quick scan of the lunchroom. I spot Jake and Adam sitting in at a table in the corner and change my direction to them instead. 

"Hey nerd...and Adam,"I say with a smirk once I reach their table.

"Hey sweetheart. What're you doing here?" he asks with a curious look across his face.

"Oh y'know just hanging with some nerds.The usual," I reply back throwing a wink at Jake.

A red color coats his cheeks instantly and I let out a laugh.

"Scootch over, pretty boy," I tell Jake before getting in beside him.

I lean over the table, looking at both Jake and Adam before leaning back, crossing my arms.

"So boys. Tell me 'bout yourselves."
