Shikira's POV

Anastasia said that she had something to talk me as soon as possible. I found her sitting on the stairs waiting for me. When she saw me, she ran and started shouting and squealing.

' Okay okay calm down' I said.

' Okay ' she took a deep breath and continued ' Skyler asked me to be his girlfriend!' she squealed. I felt my heart was going to explode. Tears formed in my eyes and I tried my best to hold them in.

' Hey you okay?' she asked worriedly.

' Y-Yeah I'm okay. Can I be alone for a minute?' I asked. She was looking at me, eyes full with worry, but I smiled at her to let her know I'm okay. When she left, I started to cry.

Tyler's POV

I was walking from football practice when I heard soft cries. I walked over and saw Shikira crying softly on the stairs. She looked like she needed comfort right now so I sat next to her.

' Hey what's wrong?', I asked. She flinched but then relaxed when she heard my voice.

' It's nothing' she answered raising her head to look at me.

' If you don't want to tell me it's okay' I said with a hint of sadness in my voice.

' No I want to tell you' she said.

' Okay' I replied.

' Promise you won't laugh at me?' she looked at me with those big blue eyes of hers and melted.

' I promise' I answered chuckling lightly.

' Okay. Well you see your brother Skyler?' she asked. Please tell me she didn't have a crush on him.

' Yeah why?' I asked. I prayed to myself that she didn't have a crush on him. But when do things go right for me.

' Well I kinda had a crush on him' shr answered. Now that killed me.

' Oh okay. Then why are you sad?' I asked.

' He and Anastasia are together now' she answered and started crying again. I can't bare to see her hurt like that.

' Do you want me to talk to him?' she shook her head. I came up with an idea.

' You wanna go to the movies?' I  asked. Her eyes lit up and she nodded.

' What movie do you wanna see?' I asked.

' A horror' she answered.

' You sure? You're not gonna be scared are you?' I smirked.

' N-No' she blushed.

' Okay but I'm picking' I said.

~Time skip AFTER SCHOOL~

NO ONE'S POV (by the way they're at the movies already)

' So you ready?' Tyler asked walking in the room.

' Yea' she followed..

They both decided to watch
' Don't be afraid of the dark '

For the entire movie, Shikira was shaking in her chair and Tyler placed an arm around her. After watching the movie, they walked around.

' I knew you couldn't handle it' Tyler smirked the chuckled.

' Sh- Shut up' Shikira stuttered than blushed. Why am I blushing? She thought. Don't tell me I'm developing a crush on him. He has a girlfriend. I don't want to ruin that for them.

' So' Shikira trailed off ' How are you and Melissa?'

' Were good but she could be a little clingy and overprotective sometimes' he replied.

' Oh' was all she could say.

' Do you want anything to eat?' Tyler asked.

' Thanks'

After eating, Tyler dropped Shikira home.

' Thanks I had a great time' Shikira smiled.

' Your welcome' he replied.

Then she did something she thought she'd never do. She kissed him.
