Chapter 15: Sad Jungkookie

Third POV

Jungkook stared at Taehyung with his eyes furrowed. There is no way this is happening. It didn't make sense. If he was his mate then why hadn't he told him earlier?

"Are you joking?" Jungkook asked dead serious. Taehyung got up from being on top of him and sat next to him instead.

"I'm not bunny," Taehyung said grabbing his hand.

"I really am your mate?" Jungkook questioned looking him in the eyes as his own started to tear up.

"You are," Taehyung smiled as he wiped the tear that had escaped from Jungkook's eyes. Jungkook couldn't believe he had finally gotten a mate. He was so ecstatic that he grabbed Taehyung into the tightest hug he could do. Taehyung took advantage of this by burying his nose into the crook of the other's neck to take in his scent. As they pulled apart Jungkook had a large smile on his face.

"Hi mate," Jungkook giggled as Taehyung laughed as well.

"Wake up," Jimin screamed into Jungkook's ear in the early morning on a Saturday.

"What do you want?" Jungkook groaned rolling onto his other side.

"I want to know everything that happened during your date," Jimin said as he sits down next to the sleepy boy.

"You can't wait for another hour?" Jungkook sighed turning to look at his best friend.

"No," Jimin pouted, "I need to know now." Jungkook rolled his eyes and sat up. He told Jimin everything that had happened the day before not leaving any detail out. Mainly because Jimin forced it out of him.

He debated on telling Jimin about Taehyung being his mate. This is because they had a conversation about keeping it a secret.

Taehyung decided he wouldn't tell anyone because he didn't want his parents to find out yet. If his parents found out they would rush over and make them mate as soon as possible. Taehyung didn't want to put all that pressure on Jungkook as he was going to be Luna and decided it was best to wait until the younger turned eighteen as well.

Jungkook agreed because he also didn't know if he could handle the pressure this early. But Jimin is his best friend and he felt bad about not telling him.

"I can't believe he kissed you," Jimin squealed. Jungkook blushed as he replayed what had happened.

"I can't believe it either," Jungkook sighed. It was weird. Months ago he would have laughed if someone told him he was mated to Taehyung. He would tell them they were crazy and that he would make Hoseok.

"What about Hoseok?" Jimin asked. It was like he could read his mind.

"Hoseok was like the ultimate fantasy," Jungkook began, "It was meant to stay fantasy I guess. After I talked to Taehyung I realized how perfect we were for each other compared to Hoseok."

"Well then I hope you guys are mates," Jimin declares with his chest puffed in confidence.

"I guess I hope you and Yoongi are mates," Jungkook sighs. Jimin scoffs and punches him in the arm.

"I would be the best brother-in-law out there," Jimin says crossing his arms.

"I believe that," Jungkook giggles.

"You know you've been acting weird since you came back from vacation," Jimin pointed out, "You are unusually shy."

"Since I've come back I was asked out by two boys I'm sorry that I gay panic," Jungkook laughed. They were interrupted by a knock at the door.

"Hey baby," the deep voice whispered, "It's time for breakfast. It should only be the members our age because everyone else is out."

"Okay I'll be out soon Taehyungie," Jungkook whispered back, "See gay panic."

"You need to get over that soon," Jimin stated.

Before he could say anything in response, Jimin smacked his arm. He easily bruises so it probably left a small bruise on his arm.

"Ow what," Jungkook whined.

"If Taehyung calls you baby why don't you have a nickname for him?" Jimin says like it was the most obvious thing.

"What would I call him?" Jungkook wondered what else he would call him besides Hyungie.

"Okay, how about babe?" Jimin asked. Jungkook shook his head because it was too boring.

"Hottie, Man Candy, Romeo," Jimin listed as Jungkook shook his head at all of them.

"Daddy," Jimin smirked. Jungkook smacked Jimin with a pillow.

"Jae tell Jimin he's crazy," Jungkook pouted pointing at the other.

"I can't because I agree," Jae laughed before walking away. Jungkook's pout deepened.

"I am never calling Taehyung Daddy," Jungkook declared.

"I wouldn't mind that," Taehyung whispered into Jungkook's ear frightening the younger.

"Haha just ignore what I said," Jungkook squeaked before running away with Jimin laughing behind him.

They all gathered around the table for breakfast. Taehyung was sitting at the head of the table with Yoongi on his right. Normally his mate would sit to his left but no one knew who that was so it was usually empty until today.

"Jungkook," Taehyung said catching the boy's attention, "Sit here." Jungkook's eyes widened.

What happened to keeping it a secret?

Shut up and go sit next to mate. Lynx said.

Jungkook mentally rolled his eyes at his wolf who was totally whipped for Taehyung. He walked over and sat next to Taehyung.

"Good Morning Yoongles," Jungkook greeted. His brother rolled his eyes.

"Are you ever going to say my name correctly?" Yoongi asked.

"Nope, sorry Yoongle Boongle," Jimin says as he sat down next to Jungkook. They continued talking when he felt a large hand on his thigh. He turned to look at Taehyung who was talking to Yoongi. Jin exited the kitchen with the staff behind him holding plates of pancakes. They served everyone before going back to the kitchen.

"Eat up bun," Taehyung whispered so only Jungkook could hear him. Jungkook nodded and dug into his breakfast. While he was taking his last bite Taehyung took his hand off his thigh. The omega in him almost let out a whine upon lost of contact and warmth.

Jungkook looked up to see why he took his hand was off and saw a female pack member talking to Taehyung. Now Jungkook has never gotten jealous before but this might be the first time. The girl was clearly flirting with him and Taehyung just let it happen in front of him. He finished the last bite and pouted. Taehyung's attention was no longer on him. He never felt this needy before and he didn't like it.

"I'm done," Jungkook said standing up and taking his plate to the kitchen.

"Jinnie Hyung," Jungkook whined walking over to the older man and sitting down on the counter.

"How may I help you," Jin laughed.

"I'm sad," he pouted. Jin gasped and ran to the fridge grabbing Jungkook his banana milk and handing it to him.

"Tell Hyung why you are sad," Jin cooed petting the boy's hair.

"Boys are dumb," he said before chugging his milk, "Can we cuddle?" Jungkook asked. Jin nodded and grabbed the boy's hand. They walked to Jungkook's room and climbed onto the bed. Jungkook laid on Jin's chest while the other was playing with his hair.

"Go to sleep honey," Jin whispered and he did.

When Jungkook woke up he nuzzled into the comforting smell. Something was off, this person did not smell like Jin. He opened his eyes and saw Taehyung playing with his hair instead.

"Hyungie," Jungkook yawned, "What are you doing here?"

"I came to talk to you and saw you cuddling with another man," Taehyung said pulling Jungkook closer to him and inhaling the other's scent. "You should only be doing that with me."

"Jinnie is mated to Namjoon," Jungkook laughed.

"Mine," Taehyung growled into Jungkook's neck licking the mating spot. Jungkook's body felt all fuzzy and he let out a whimper.

"Yours," Jungkook purred.

College apps are due on Saturday ahaha

But It's thanksgiving break and I don't have writer's block anyone so that's good
