Tommy and Nova were running down long hallways until they bumped into a tall creature that almost looked human like. 

 They couldn't make out the figure in the darkness but it sure wasn't friendly. Tommy started to panic and Nova frantically looked for the knife he took from Rory but it was nowhere to be found. They left it on accident when that crawling creature had come into the room they had ran from. In the panic they forgot the one thing that would have saved their lives.

Nova ran with Tommy to get away but that creature was fast, fast enough to out run them. It pushed Tommy to the floor causing Nova to trip and fall next to them. They desperately tried to crawl away but it was too late. The creature was looming over them and before they knew it their world was black. The beast had ripped them to shreds.

A few hours later Rory and Jasper were walking down the same hall when they smelled something disgusting. They held their breath and shined the flashlight down the hall to see a big bloodstain and the mauled bodies of the decaying corpses, Tommy and Nova. Jasper nearly threw up but Rory quickly pulled her away from them as he heard a noise similar to the first monster they encountered. They continued to run until they found the exit.

They collapsed at one of the walls for a break from over exhaustion. Rory reached into his backpack to grab some water bottles he brought and handed one to Jasper. Jasper started to cry as she took in all that had happened. Pulling her knees to her chest she wished none of them went to the backrooms had she known it would have ended like this. Rory pulled her close and hugged her tightly trying to comfort her but he too started to tear up. He had lost his friends and even killed one of them. The last thing he wanted right now was to have Jasper die too. 

After spending a while to calm down, Rory wiped their tears and asked if Jasper was ready to move on. She nodded and both got up, packed the mostly empty water bottles in the backpack and went through the door.
