It was Thursday. My family was coming back on Sunday. After running upstairs to my room, I peeped down the stairs a bit. I heard Michael talking to himself and writing things down in a miniature note-book. I quickly quietly went back to my bedroom. I sat on my bed with a blank stare thinking about what he was talking about. I heard a voice calling my name.

"Ashley!"

"Michael?"

"Yeah I'm stepping out for a couple hours. I should be back around 5:00."

"Okay?" I yell from my room.

I hear the door close and the car start. I go downstairs to watch tv on the couch. On the coffee table in front of the couch there laid the miniature note-book Michael was writing in. I couldn't help but look in it:

The door opens, I quickly put the book and pretend I was watching tv.
Michael comes in, in a hurry.

"Sorry I forgot something. Bye Ashley."

He grabs the note-book and hurries out the door. I was still sitting in the couch watching tv with a puzzled face. "What did that stuff mean?" I say in my head. "Is he seeing someone else?" I was so worried. "That's it I'm done with Michael, he doesn't want me I don't want him." I say to myself.

It's 5:09 and Michael arrived.

"Hey Ash."

I kept my mouth shut and ignored him.

"Ashley, I said hello."

"Oh my bad, was I suppose to say hi back?"

"What's your problem?"

"Nothing? I'm fine. What's your problem?" I said with an attitude.

"Oh, I see you still mad about what I said yesterday."

"Nope. I completely understand, don't worry about."

I went upstairs. It was 9:10, I was getting ready to go to bed when Michael calls me. I go to his room in my white silk night gown. I stand by the door and he's in his black underwear. He comes over by me and kisses me on the cheek:

"Goodnight Ashley." he smirks.

I walked away saying nothing. I get in bed and knocked out.

Friday. . .

I wake up at 8:12, I go to the bathroom to take a quick shower and brush my teeth. I walk to my room and get changed, I put on a black stripe crop-top, some high-wasted jean shorts, and my chunks. Quietly, I go downstairs to eat breakfast. Michael was in the kitchen drinking coffee and eating a bagel.

"Good morning Ash." He say with a smile.

"Good morning MICHAEL." I say with a unnoticeable attitude.

I grab a bagel and put in the toaster. I sit across from Michael by the island in the kitchen, reaching for the butter to put on my bagel.

"Ashley, I'm gonna step out for a couple of hours again."

"Again? Were could you be possibly be going at 9 a.m. in the morning?"

"That doesn't appeal to you, and don't worry I'll be back around 12 or 1."

"Fine."

"Bye Ashley."

''Bye Michael."

Later on that Day. . .

It was 5:00. Michael arrived. I was sitting on the couch with a frustrated face. Thinking why he came so late. he opens the door with a huge smile. I get up and walk up to him.

"MICHAEL! WHERE WERE YOU!" I say in anger.

He kisses me roughly. I push him back.

"Michael! What the hell! What's gone into you!"

He stares at me still with a huge smile.

"Hello?!! Michael?!!"

He gets down on one knee and says:

"I know we haven't known each other for long but Ashley Carolina Jones will you do me the favor and marry me!"

He opened a small black box with the most beautiful ring in the world.

"M-Michael. I don't know what to say. You clearly said all of this meant nothing."

"It was all part of my plan. I really do love you. I've been waited to tell you this, I couldn't keep it in any longer."

"Michael I can't just say yes. I need to think about this, what my parents?"

"Sure you can, we will figure that put out later. Please just say yes."

"Fine! YES!" I say with a tear coming down.

He kisses me roughly. We both have tears in ours eyes.
