It happened on the spring after their first wedding Anniversary. They became busier, since lots of things had been happening in Akashi family.

"Eh? He is already working? It's only been two weeks since his grandfather died" Miho asked in disbelief "is it okay?"

"It's not, but for some reason he was pressured by some of their business partners, who were on Makoto-san's side. They wanted to hurry and decide who will be the chairman. I don't know what's going anymore"

"Ah, Atsushi mentioned that the shareholders and directors in Seijurou-sama's are divided."

"Yeah, Seijurou still have the highest share of 28%, but Makoto-san is only 5% behind. Southway Corporation is the 3rd highest, but Seijurou nor Makoto-san couldn't get them on their side. They have 17% share after all."

"If Seijurou-sama can get them on his side, then-" but then the cry of her baby could be heard, interrupting her "ahh sorry (f/n), my son is already awake. I need to go now"

"It's fine, it's fine. Go ahead. Let's talk next time"

The call ended with (f/n) sighing then flinched as she turned behind her "Sorry for sighing, Shun, Issei, Nissei."

Her son tilted his head, who was sitting on his walker, with their grandfather's dogs. After his death, they were the only ones who could look after them since Issei and Nissei didn't like other people aside from them. Though recently, the two dogs became accustomed with people. But they were still didn't like people if they would suddenly approach Shun.

"Mommy, I'm home" Hina's voice resounded from the entrance, and not long after the maid who picked her up from school came, followed by Hina holding a hand of an unknown boy "mommy, I'm home"

"Welcome home, Hina..." (f/n) greeted back gazing her eyes towards the unknown boy, while trying to calm Issei and Nissei. She then turned to the maid and smiled "Hina? Kinako-san? This is...? Hina's classmate?"

"Eeto..." the maid chuckled dryly, then smiled in retreat without explaining anything

"Mommy, this is Kei-kun. I saw him on the park nearby." Hina introduced the unknown boy. (F/n) looked at the unknown boy, who was looking down, his hair was a bit long for a kid. He was wearing a blue and white checkered shirt, and below the knee brown short.

"I see, hello Kei-kun. I am Hina's mother, (f/n). Why don't you two enter. We'll prepare snacks" she stood up and asked Kinako to help her "Issei, Nissei, be good, and look after them, okay?"

"Kinako-san, what did she mean by park nearby? Don't tell me... she invited him even though she didn't know him?" (F/n) asked as they were preparing foods for the kids

"She said that she noticed him this morning on the way to school. Then she saw him again on the way home, so she asked me to stop there. They played for a while, then she suggested to go here since he seemed hadn't eaten anything since this morning"

"Is that so?!" (F/n) asked in surprised "hmmmm, then we don't need to make snacks" she winked at her then told Kinako that they would prepare something else.

She went to talk to the two kids, but then she heard them

"She isn't my mama though, she is my mommy" Hina casually told the boy named Kei "my real mama is already in heaven."

"But she sounded as if she is your real mother"

"Because she is" Hina made a big wide smile "also, I don't know my real papa. Daddy and mommy adopted me. We are the same, but also not"

"What do you mean? We both don't have our parents anymore-"

"Kei-kun has his grandfather" Hina immediately interrupted him "I don't know any related relatives." Hina smiled at him and giggled "but even still, I love my family and they love me. So I hope Kei-kun as well. You lost your parents, but you still have your grandfather"

"I see, so that's the case" (f/n) approached them and patted their heads "we'll talk about it later. For now, Kei-kun needs to eat. You haven't eaten anything since morning, right? And seems like, these past few days as well"

"He hasn't. His stomach is growling but he kept on saying no" Hina complained

(F/n) moved in front of Kei and smiled at him, then touched his cheeks "Kei-kun, I didn't know what happened to your parents. But if what I heard from your conversation, Kei-kun is sad right now"

"..."

"Hina stays strong because she had her daddy. For Kei-kun, you have your grandfather"

"But I didn't even know him until my parents died"

"You lost your parents, but you know, it's not just you who lost them but also your grandfather. And I think that you don't want your grandfather to be sadder than this? If you are hostile towards him, then he will be sadder."

The boy named Kei understood what she meant and with that he started to cry, and (f/n) and Hina couldn't help but let him.

~later that day~

"And? The issue got settled, the kid will come here to play with Hina and Shun, even transferring in Hina's school?" Akashi asked as he put on his shirt "he apologized when he was here, but are you sure that their relationship will be okay when they went home?"

"Seijurou is so negative. Everything is okay. Also, I met grandpa Takahiro. He was really relieved seeing Kei-kun laughing and even eating. Seemed like he wasn't eating much since he moved here" (f/n) explained then hugged him "anyways, I am sure you are stressed from work so don't stress too much about it."

Akashi hugged her back and nodded "you are right. Since I am here in my house, I'll play with my kids, and with my wife. Next week Friday, the general meeting will happen. They decided that after this meeting, that system will be demolished already."

"They are sure confident that you won't get the chairman position this time, huh?"

"Well they wanted to end the main Akashi family's reign after all. Well, even if I am not the one on top anymore, I'll make sure to protect the company on my own."

As (f/n) was about to response, they heard a loud crash from the living room. They hurriedly ran, and in the living room, they saw their two kids and two dogs staring at the pieces of broken vase.

The two immediately pulled them, telling Issei and Nissei to move back as well. Akashi then got a broom and dustpan to clean up the broken vase

"Then? What happened?" He asked as he turned to Hina "you are the only one who can tell us what happened"

Hina gazed down then glimpsed towards Shun then looked at Akashi "we.. were playing then I accidentally bumped to the table. I'm sorry for breaking the vase"

"It's totally fine. We're glad you didn't hurt yourself" (f/n) told her but then Shun moved towards her then pointed himself, making Akashi and (f/n) curious. He was pointing himself, while his other hand was grabbing (f/n)'s shirt, and he was bubbling in which she couldn't understand what he was trying to say "Shun?"

"So Hina said that it was her fault, but Shun was saying that it was his fault." Akashi chuckled as he was done cleaning up the fragments. He then turned to the two dogs and smirked "are you on fault too?"

As if they knew what Akashi asked, they waggled their tails, and barked

"So... the four of them are saying that it was their fault." (F/n) chuckled then looked at Akashi

"Then all four of you are at fault." He sighed then flashed a gentle smile, seeing Hina's sad face "but I am glad that in young age you know how to take responsibility. Don't worry, I won't punish you or anything." He then turned to (f/n) and winked at her "I'll throw these now. Make sure that they aren't hurt, I'll leave the rest to you"

(F/n) made sure that none from them got hurt from the fragments, and patted their heads, telling them, especially Hina not to mind what happened.

However that next day, (f/n) could still see the low tension from Hina. She mentioned it to Akashi, but he said that she would be fine soon.

Though, even when she got home from school, and even with Kei was there again, her tension was so low.

"Did something happen, Hina-chan?" Kei curiously asked as they were playing on the backyard

"... yeah. You see, yesterday, Shun, Issei, Nissei and I were playing then we accidentally broke the vase. It was a gift by grandfather to mommy and daddy. He died recently, and I feel bad that we broke it like that"

"I knew it, that's the reason" Hina and Kei flinched as they looked behind them, and Akashi was there "you think too much, Hina"

"Daddy! Welcome home... what are you doing here?"

"It's my house" he simply answered then turned his gaze towards Kei "so this is the new friend, Kei-kun?"

"Y-yeah, he is Kei-kun"

Kei nervously bowed down "I-I'm Kei.."

"Don't scare him" (f/n) showed up behind Akashi, carrying Shun "your daddy is back to get some documents."

"Hina, don't worry about the vase. To tell you the truth, that vase was just one of grandfather's vases that he wanted to throw away. The other vases inside the house were all from grandfather, who threw them in our house already." Akashi explained then patted her head "so don't think too much about that"

"Actually, we still have lots of those hidden. Same design as well since grandfather received couple of them" (f/n) chuckled

"So don't mind about it. Anyways, kid, you play basketball?" Akashi suddenly asked Kei

"I played a bit"

"Then let's play for a bit before I go back to the office" Akashi grabbed the ball lying on the ground then turned to Kei with a smile "don't get too nervous, just a small lesson."

The two went to play basketball, Akashi teaching Kei what to do

"Mommy, why did daddy suddenly decide to do that?"

"Your daddy heard what happened to Kei-kun. At the very least, he wanted to be a father to him as well. At least, he knows what to do when Shun is at that age already."

They watched Akashi teach Kei how to play basketball. They could see that Kei was having fun, and also noticed that Shun was watching them, as if he wanted to join

However not long after, his phone rang.

"Ah, Momoi, what's wrong- eh? I'm playing basketball-"

Akashi stopped playing as he distance his phone from his ear, and they knew well that the person he was talking to was giving him an earful words

"I understand, I'll return to the office." Akashi sighed then spin the ball on his left point finger as he looked at Kei, who was looking at him confusedly "sorry, I need to go back to work now. Let's play again next time. For now" he stop spinning ball then handed it to him "practice doing that. Also, have fun playing with my kids" he patted his head then approached his wife and kids

"A call from work?" (F/n) asked

"Yeah, from Momoi. She got mad when I told her I am playing basketball. This isn't the time to play basketball, she said" (F/n) couldn't help but chuckled from what she heard "anyways, I gave that ball to Kei, also today, I'll be home late today again. You can sleep first"

"Noted" (f/n) responded as she received a kiss from him. Akashi, patted Shun and Hina's head as he left again

Kei approached them, trying to spin the ball with his finger, but it kept on failing. He told them what Akashi said, in which (f/n) understood why he said that.

Later that day in Kei-kun's residence, he arrived home with the ball, and he was still practicing it.

"You got a new toy" Kei-kun's grandfather arrived. He handed his attaché case to his maid then turned to Kei "where did you get it?"

"Hina's daddy gave it to me. He taught me a bit of basketball, but he left because of work."

"Ohh, Hina's daddy?"

"Yes, he is a nice daddy."

Since that day, almost everyday, Kei's grandfather always hear about Hina's family. His curiosity grew bigger hearing praises from Kei, since his grandson who had lost his parents became more cheerful.

As for Akashi, he still find time to play with them, but it became lesser.

"Here I thought I would be meeting the father of this household. He isn't here today?" Grandpa Takahiro curiously asked

"Because of an important meeting tomorrow, he'll be home late" (f/n) answered as she led him on the backyard. There, Hina and Kei were playing with the dogs, while Shun was just watching them from his stroller.

"Your family is really great, it's very warm. My grandson now is smiling."

"We know the pain as well after all. Both Hina and Kei-kun lost their parents in a young age. Seijurou and I didn't have our own mother. We all experienced painful events, but we coped because of the people around us. I am sure my husband wanted Kei-kun to cope with that" she explained as she smiled towards grandpa Takahiro, who was now looking at her in surprised "sorry, did that ruin the mood?!"

"No, did you just say Hina lost her parents as well in a young age? Did she know about it?"

"Ah... Kei-kun didn't tell you." (F/n) chuckled "Seijurou wasn't planning to tell Hina, but we were surprised that she knew already. One of his fiancé candidates told her before. Hina knew that her mother died few days after giving birth to her, and they didn't know who her father is. Seijurou tried to find him but there was no luck. He was doing his best to be a father to her, but because of work, he couldn't look after her much. That was when he hired babysitters, and I was one of them"

"You were a babysitter?"

"Yes. It supposed to be my mom, but with some circumstances, I ended up being Hina's babysitter instead of her. So Hina knows that I am not her blood related mother. However, Seijurou and I kept on telling her that we are her parents, and that will never change. When I get married to Seijurou, both Hina and I became part of Akashi family. Even though the others were against it, I mean the branch families, because I was just a babysitter from to what they called low class family, and Hina was from an unknown family, we were accepted by the main family, especially grandfather. I am sure that Hina wanted to let Kei-kun that she still have family, and that she is sure that Kei-kun also have a family"

"Yeah, I am sure that Kei could feel the warm family you showed him. I am just worried that he would try and search for it in my family. I was harshed to my only daughter, and it was too late now that she was gone."

"But your daughter was able to find a man, and they have Kei. You only did that because for you that's the best for her. I am sure that she doesn't hate you. Being part of Akashi family, I learned that not all wealthy people are scary." (F/n) chuckled

"Thank you- hmmm, Akashi family? Which Akashi family?"

"Eh? Ah, Akashi Seijurou's"

"This is the house of that Akashi Seijurou? You are his wife?! Isn't this house small for such a big name?" Grandpa Takahiro asked in surprised

"Ah yes. So you heard about him"

"He is one of the most influential businessmen now. At that young age, he is the CEO already of the Akashi group. But to think he is living in such house, and hearing how he is as a father, my view of him is changing. (F/n)-san, did you mention about me or Kei's family to him?"

(F/n) shook her head then got Shun from his stroller since he was trying to get off by himself

"No, I only told him about what happened to Kei-kun, though just what happened when Hina met him, and his family. He is busy with work and I don't want him to think about others things."

"But he finds time with you and your kids, even with Kei"

"Ah, that's because he promised me that even for a little, he wanted to spend time with his family. He didn't want his family to grow apart from him. There's influence from my family as well." (F/n) chuckled as she hugged Shun "Seijurou might be scary when it comes to work, but for me, he is the sweetest"

"That's a bias argument, (f/n)-san"

She laughed and agreed "yes. When I started as a babysitter, I also thought of him as a scary person, but then if you would know him better, he cares about his family, friends, his work."

"In the eyes of the public, Akashi family only cares about work, their business. They earn money and spend it to as much as they want. It may sound a criticism, but who knows how they are getting that" Grandpa Takahiro chuckled

"Yes, but they didn't know the truth. At the very least, the main Akashi family earns money on legal way. They earn the trust of other businesses because they are true to their words. Spending money, I could agree to that, but they spend their money by anonymously helping those in the hospital, those who don't have work, buying lands to protect the citizens there. It changed my point of views towards them."

"..."

"Sorry grandpa, I might sound bias since I am part of the Akashi family. But then, I one-sidedly requested to have this kind of house, and Seijurou complied to it. Compared to where we lived before, I rather want to live in this house. Also, I personally experienced and saw how they helped others as much as they can"

"Well, this house is not so grand compared to others, and no one would expect that the youngest CEO lives here"

"...CEO?" (F/n) curiously asked "isn't Masaomi-san the CEO? And Seijurou is the chairman?"

Grandpa Takahiro looked at her in disbelief, then sighed as he shook his head "is he really your husband? Also, shouldn't you know that? As soon as the old Akashi Shiniichirou died, he became the CEO right away, and the shares of Akashi Shiniichirou were divided to his direct family."

"Is that so? But didn't they have this general board meeting to change the chairman? I worked in a business company before, but it sounded so different now"

"Big company is different. Akashi Shiniichirou was the head of the Akashi family, Masaomi was the CEO, and Seijurou was the president and chairman of the main branch. Seijurou had the highest share already, and on the next board meeting, everyone knows that he would be the CEO right away. However, Akashi Shiniichirou died, and as their family rule, Masaomi immediately moved as the head of the family, means he would only act as the advisor now, and the CEO position was given to Seijurou. At the same time, he is also the president and chairman of the main branch"

"I have no idea. It sounded so complicated as well. So that's why he is so stressed."

"No wonder, since everyone knows already that he is the CEO, they didn't want the young Akashi Seijurou to continue. So the next board meeting they will surely try to oust him, and give the position to someone else. But then, it's still the same from Akashi group"

"Grandpa sure knows about it. Are you interested in business as well?"

"Well, I am a businessman myself."

(F/n) put Shun on the crib that was on the side of his stroller, then she turned to Grandpa Takahiro, "I see, I didn't know. No wonder you are knowledgeable about it. If Seijurou is not busy anymore I hope you two can meet, I am sure you'll get along."

"Grandpa!" Kei called gum then made a bright smile as he waved at him "are we leaving now?"

"I'll still give you time" Grandpa Takahiro responded then turned to (f/n) "(f/n)-san, what do you think your husband will do if he lost the CEO position?"

"Nothing, I think. It's the result after all. Just, I feel like even though he would say nothing, he would be frustrated. The company that they are protecting will be with someone who just bribe others, and sees women just mere tools. I am really wondering why the companies supporting him wanted to work under such person." (F/n) gasped as she turned to him "sorry grandpa, I was just blabbering"

"It's fine"

"But then you see, it's Seijurou after all. He'll do something about it" she grinned then the two kids arrived with a wide smile "oh, you two are done playing?"

"Yes" the two excitedly responded

"Then make sure to drink water first, and rest for now."

"Kei can rest in the car. We'll excuse ourselves as well today."

After finishing their drinks, Kei gathered his stuffs.

And before leaving, "thank you so much for looking after me today. I will again return tomorrow. We don't have school, so is it okay to come here early?"

"Yes, of course"

On the way home, Grandpa Takahiro turned to Kei, who was smiling looking outside

"Kei, did Hina's parents, especially her daddy, told you anything about me, or if they ask you to tell me something?" He suddenly asked the kid, who then looked at him and shook his head

"No. Hina-chan's daddy doesn't even meet grandpa yet. Even just for 10 minutes, he would play with us, even teach us. He said it would be nice if we know what hobby we wanted to do now. But Hina-chan's daddy is so cool. They actually reminded me of dad and mom. Their family is very warm, and you could feel that Hina-chan's parents really love them"

"Hmmmm"

"Is something wrong, grandpa?"

"Nothing. I am just curious of Hina's father. I haven't met him after all"

"Hina-chan's father is always busy. Someone always call him to go back to his office. But he always play with us, he even teach us with our homework, and play violin and piano. Oh, he also teach me to ride a bike."

Grandpa Takahiro chuckled then patted Kei's head "I see. Kei, I know that you had gone through such experience, I am glad you are cheerful now. Thanks to them, right?"

"Yes! Hina-chan's mommy made me realized things as well, even though I am still a kid, she teach me valuable lessons as well."

"That's good to hear."

~that next day~

Akashi woke up early in the morning, his body felt heavy. The weather was quite cloudy and gloomy as well.

"Good morning" (f/n) greeted her with a bright smile, carrying Shun. He woke up early, but his wife was earlier "the board meeting is today"

"Yeah" He responded then caged both of them in a tight embrace "give me so luck" as he said that, Shun nuzzled his hair, messing it up "really, Shun?"

Shun laughed at him and continued to mess up his hair.

"I'll put on your necktie. How about breakfast?"

"Tea is fine. I don't have much appetite lately. However, once this is over, I want to eat you, I mean I want to eat your foods."

"Pervert" she chuckled and smiled at him "I'll prepare your tea. Fix your hair and bring your necktie out. Do you want me to help you with your hair?"

"I can fix my hair. I'll go out as soon as I finish fixing my hair."

Once Akashi was left by himself on their room, he smiled to himself seeing his reflection on the mirror.

After fixing his hair, he went out with his black necktie and let his wife tie it for him. Though he wanted to stay more, Nikaido already arrived to pick him up.

On the way to the company, Akashi was reviewing documents, and he couldn't hear what Nikaido was saying. His mind was preoccupied with what would happen that day. He himself felt that this time he would loose. He knew that some shareholders, and board of directors were bought by Makoto in illegal way. He knew, but couldn't find concrete evidence. He even tried to win them over again, but they were already bought over. To him, his cousin was indeed smart, but he was using it in wrong direction.

"Now, what should I do?" He mumbled

For the whole day, (f/n) was so nervous. She knew that she would be knowing the result when her husband arrived home. To release her stress, after eating lunch

"Now then, we'll bake cookies and cake." She suddenly told Hina and Kei, who confusedly looked at her "since it's Friday, and you don't have school, let's bake some. Hina can give it to daddy when he gets home, then Kei-kun could give it to Grandpa Takahiro"

The eyes of the two sparkled and excitedly stood up, asking what they should do. (F/n) asked them to wash their hands first, then they started baking.

"I need to bake them because daddy was busy recently"

"I need to bake them because grandpa left last night for work even early this morning"

The two kids kept on saying.

Time was passing by, and they were waiting for the cake to be done. The two kids were enjoying their cookies, while Shun was sleeping in the living room, with Issei and and Nissei.

(F/n) turned towards the clock and it was only almost 2 in the afternoon. The cookies and cake were all done, and the two kids were also sleeping in the living room, having their nap time. As she was about to eat a slice of cake,

"I'm home" her husband's voice came from the front door. She turned towards the door from the entrance hallway, and once the door opened, Akashi appeared with a small smile

"Welcome home" she responded then turned her gaze towards the person behind him "Did you two meet outside?" (F/n) curiously asked "grandpa, aren't you too early to pick up Kei-kun?"

Granpa Takahiro chuckled as he entered the house, his cane clacking on the floor "Don't worry, we aren't going home yet since my grandson is still sleeping"

"I see, but I am glad you two finally meet!" She excitedly turned to her husband, though she wanted to ask about what happened in the company, she saved it for later "Seijurou, he is Kei-kun's grandfather, Grandpa Takahiro. Grandpa, this is my husband, Seijurou"

Grandpa Takahiro chuckled again then turned to Akashi, who sighed with a defeated smile on him

"(F/n), you really know him"

"Eh?" She tilted her head and confused to what Akashi said "don't tell me, you knew each other already?"

"I still couldn't believe that this house belongs to that Akashi Seijurou." Grandpa Takahiro roamed his eyes around then landed his gaze to Akashi once again "I just found out about that yesterday though"

"My apologies that it wasn't as what you think it is. If it wasn't for my wife here, I might be living that way"

"What are you two talking about? I am at lost" (f/n) pouted her lips. Akashi wrapped his arm around her waist then turned to Grandpa Takahiro

"Since the kids are sleeping in the living room, why don't we go to the dining table instead and there talk? I believe my wife and the kids had a fun time baking cookies for us" Akashi suggested

The three of them headed to the dinning table, in which (f/n) prepared tea for them. She was at lost to what was going on, but she knew that the two were acquaintance even before

(F/N) sat next to Akashi, as he was busy flipping the documents in his hands. Grandpa Takahiro was silently sipping his tea as well, reading a document as well.

"Don't tell me... you two are business partners or what?" She asked making the two looked at her "somehow, I am getting that vibe."

"Precisely, my company is under him." Grandpa Takahiro clarified

"...huh?"

"By the way (f/n), I know you are dying to know about the result. I am still the CEO, lots of things happened, but the voting was postponed to next Friday. But I can assure you now that I'll remain as the CEO, thanks to you and Hina"

"Huh?!"

~that morning~

Akashi arrived at the company, and on his way to the board room, the staffs who were there greeted him, worriedly looking at him. They knew how scary he is, but they prefer him than Makoto. They knew that if Makoto became the president, it would be the end of the Akashi group.

Akashi's secretaries were already waiting at him outside the board room, smiling at him, but he knew that they were nervous as well

"Some directors are already inside" Momoi informed him "him as well"

"That's a surprise. He is on time today. He surely knows when to show off" Akashi chuckled then looked at them "anyways, let's go and wait for the result. They can still change their mind, so even I don't know how this will end."

As they entered, all eyes turned to them. Silence, and heavy ambiance greeted them. Though the people inside stood up and bowed down towards him, the tension was so high

"Seijurou, good morning" Makoto approached him with victorious smile. He extended his hand to him, smirking "no hard feelings to whatever the result is"

"You sure are confident now that you will win this time" Akashi responded and smiled back at him "Let's save that once this is over"

Makoto chuckled and looked at Akashi as he crossed his arms "I told you before already, that woman will be the cause of your fall. Thanks to that babysitter of yours, I won them over. Anyways, let's have a fair fight" he winked then left

"Fair fight, but he bribed the other directors" Kintarou mumbled on the side

"There, there, it's too early to get mad. But then, he sure have that much confident huh. Where is he getting that?" Yurika crossed her arms then looked at them, but they responded in silence

Momoi moved closer to Akashi and whispered, hugging the folders on her chest "he talked to R group and the Niigata bank, and there's high possibility that they will give at least two percent of their share to him."

"Ah, so that's why they didn't answer any call from us these past days. What do you think will be their deal?"

Momoi sighed and she lowered her gazed "both were told that he will give sponsorship to their children to study abroad, as well raise in salary. But then, he promised that he would do it only if he wins the CEO position, though gave an advance payment. Can you do it, Akashi-kun?"

"I don't give sponsorship unless they deserve it. I don't raise salary unless they deserve it. I also don't give advance money since that's against the law." Akashi smiled and sighed as well, walking towards his seat

One by one, chairmans from each businesses, directors from each departments, even Masaomi and Naomi came since they were stockholders as well.

However, they couldn't give more share to Akashi, since they would be removed as part of the majority shareholders, and couldn't cast their votes. The directors, minor shareholders and major shareholders after all could vote for new CEO, and majority of them vote for the one that has the highest shareholder

Not everyone presents could vote though, but they had the rights to attend and witness it.

Once everyone had arrived, the meeting started. The person in-charge started the meeting, welcoming everyone, explaining the agenda for the day.

He then breaksdown the percentage of the majority stockholders, meaning the Akashi family members, in which Akashi Seijurou had currently 28%, Akashi Makoto had 23%, Akashi Masoami and Naomi both have 5%. He also breakdowns the percentage of the minority shareholders, in which the Southway Corporation had currently holds 17% of the share. If the other minority shareholders give theirs to him, the president of the Southway Corporation could be one of the major shareholder

He also explained each current and future projects of the two CEO contenders.

"Well then, it's your last chance. Minority shareholders can still give your shares to the one you wanted to be the CEO, or you can get your shares from the one you initially choose, and give it to the other one."

As he said that, as expected, both the R Group, and Niigata bank gave 2% of their shares to Makoto. R group got theirs from Akashi, and gave it to Makoto, making Akashi having 26%, and Makoto having 25%. Niigata group got 1% from Akashi as well, then gave it too to Makoto, then gave another 1% to him.

Tallying now that Akashi had 25%, and Makoto having 27%.

Makoto made a victorious smile towards Akashi, who wasn't showing any reaction. The people supporting him were worriedly looking at him, knowing now that Makoto got the highest share.

"Well then, if there's no more- we will proceed to the voting. The voting will be visible, and the CEO will be decided today. Well then-"

However, before he finished what he was saying, the door opened. A man in his 30s, wearing a suit and holding folders entered. He bowed down and roamed his eyes around.

"Apologies for our late arrival. We needed to finish some important matters" the man told them with a smile, but they were confused to who he was "I am the secretary of the president of the Southway Corporation, and he is here to attend the meeting" as he said that, he made a way, and an old man followed by two guards entered the board room.

Holding his cane, his demeanor silenced everyone, and they thought that it was as if Akashi Shiniichirou entered the room. He was led in one of the seats near the projector screen.

"Eeto, should I briefly explained the situation?" The moderator asked

"No need, seeing the chart I know the situation is" the old man sighed then turned to both Akashi and Makoto. "Goodness, old Shiniichirou had gone but leaving a messy stuffs here" he then turned to his secretary and nodded.

His secretary then handed a folder to Akashi, making everyone more confused to what was going on

"It will help you" the secretary told him then return to stand behind the Southway Corporation's president

"As for why I personally showed up here" the old man looked at Akashi and a faint smile flashed on his face "I, Dojima Takahiro, am willing to give 10% of my share to Akashi Seijurou."

Once he said that, the stern expression from Akashi now changed into confusion, Makoto's victorious smile also disappeared from his face. Everyone was confused to the sudden turn of event.

"Eeto... Dojima-sama, I would like to make it clear, you wanted to give 10% of your share to Akashi Seijurou-sama, is that correct?"

"Yes" the president, who turned out to be grandpa Takahiro nodded

"I-I see... then-"

"That doesn't make sense at all!" Makoto raised his voice as he glared at Akashi then to Grandpa Takahiro "old man! Are you out of your mind?!"

"I am sure that I am in my sane mind" he retorted then roamed his eyes around "I would rather question the people who supported you"

"Huh?!"

"I wonder what's on their mind supporting you, giving their shares to someone who only thinks about money, bribing people, someone with no respect towards women, someone who didn't even have any concrete future plans for the company, and just think of personal interests" Grandpa Takahiro sighed as he shook his head "I won't let Old Shiniichirou's company to be in a hand of someone like that. He stabilized this company with integrity."

"Old man, you don't know anything-"

"At the very least" he interrupted him then grabbed the folder that was on his secretary, then threw it on the table, towards Makoto "I know that you bribed my executives, asking them to give my support to you. Promising them with such empty and impossible words"

Makoto gripped his hands as he was horrified looking at the files scattered on the table

"The executives gave their testimonies regarding this. We believe that it's against the law, Makoto-kun"

"Old man!"

Akashi stood up and got one of the papers then smirked "evidence"

"And to the people who supported this man here. Are you really sure? Why are you putting your position, your company to this guy? He bribed you? Or you did something against the law and he found out about it? Either ways, seems like law will hunt you down"

Everyone started mumbling, making the tension once again covered the boardroom

"We will postpone this general meeting for today" Akashi stated making everyone in silence "we can't continue this board meeting. You all know at the first place what we told you, don't do anything that will tarnish this company." He sighed then turned to Makoto "can you clean up your mess this time?"

"He can't anymore" Masaomi stood up as he put his phone down "Seijurou, I'll deal with him since I was the one who appointed this no good person." Masaomi approached Grandpa Takahiro then bowed down "Takahiro-sama, it's been a while. Thank you for coming over here and revealed what Makoto did"

"No, I never would know that he did that though" Grandpa Takahiro responded making everyone curious about what he meant.

"What do you mean about that?" Masaomi asked as he stood straight, looking at him

Grandpa Takahiro looked at Akashi, who was also looking at him, waiting for his response "well, you could say it's thanks to a certain babysitter who didn't mean any harm, just a pure concern to the company that is stabilized with integrity. Also, thanks to an innocent and kind young kid that is being showered with warm love and care."

His words were unknown to them, but for Akashi he somehow had an idea, but he thought that it was impossible.

"In any case, we'll resume our meeting next week. I will also give those people, who received bribery, a time to come forward starting on Monday. I'll give you option to voluntary come forward, or I'll come to you instead." He looked at all of them with intimidating aura, and they could see his eyes glinting "pick your choice. Meeting adjourned!"

And before Akashi went to greet Grandpa Takahiro

"Don't think you won already, Seijurou" Makoto retorted

"I already won and you lost. Having these evidences will open up your other offense. I don't think you can get away this time"

He smirked then left him to greet Grandpa Takahiro, who then stood up to greet him as well. Masaomi went to talk to Makoto, telling him to go to his office.

As for Akashi and Grandpa Takahiro,

"Greetings, Akashi Seijurou-kun"

"Dojima-sama, it's been 7 years. Thank you for the files, as well as for the support" he bowed down and as he moved back he looked at him, and grandpa Takahiro was staring at him "uhm...?"

"It's still unbelievable that you are that Akashi Seijurou I kept on hearing. Your work mode is entirely different from being a husband and a father, huh?"

"Husband and a father? I knew it, you know my wife and kids"

"Ohh, you really didn't hear about me?"

"What do you mean about that?"

"Well, I would like to extend my gratitude to you. Even though you are busy, you find time with your family, and that includes my grandson as well. Thank you for playing with him, and teaching him as well"

"Grandson...? Kei?! You are Kei's grandfather?! My wife didn't say anything about it" Akashi was bewildered, making everyone looked over them

"She has no idea at all. I was on doubt when I found out everything yesterday, but she was purely unaware of the situation." Grandpa Takahiro chuckled then looked at Akashi seriously "anyways, we can talk more about it later. I am here to talk about an important business proposal with you"

Akashi looked at him as he nodded "I understand. Let's go to my office then." He then turned towards his secretaries, and gestured them to follow him.

~present time~

"So that happened. I have no idea at all. So the Southway Corporation president is Grandpa Takahiro?! The one you wanted to meet for a long time? What a small world!" (F/n) was stunned after hearing what happened during the board meeting "but then, why did Grandpa doesn't want to meet with you before? Seijurou, did you do something bad to them?"

"My apologies, the fault was on my side" Grandpa Takahiro sighed "I assumed that the two of them don't mind to stay in power, and they are together in bribing the executives from my company. But hearing what (f/n)-san here said those words yesterday, I learned that one is trying to protect the company, and the other one works for money. I had a late meeting last night, as well as early meeting today."

"No wonder why Kei was so eager to bake the cookies. He said that you left last night for work and even early this morning. Anyways, I am glad that the problem had been resolved." She stood up and put her tea and cake on the side

"Where are you going?" Akashi curiously asked

"I'll go to upstairs instead. It seems you are going to talk about an important business so I'll leave you two."

"It's fine if you stay here though" Grandpa Takahiro told her but she smiled and shook her head

"No, I'll leave you two here. It's a business matter after all. Besides, there are eyes looking at us." They all turned towards the living room, and everyone were looking at them, Shun was on his crib, while the heads of Hina, Kei, even Issei and Nissei were coming out from sofa, all looking at them

"Why aren't you making any noise?" Akashi sighed in disbelief

"Daddy, why are you here? Also, grandpa, are you here to get Kei-kun already?"

"Grandpa, aren't you too early to pick me up?"

Hina and Kei questioned them, showing how down they were knowing that Grandpa Takahiro was already there.

"Don't worry, you still have time to play. We're going to talk something over here." Grandpa Takahiro responded

"Let's all go upstairs and play there so we don't interrupt them" she patted Akashi's back then excused herself before getting Shun from his crib, then asking the kids, and dogs to follow her.

"You have a great wife" Grandpa Takahiro commented as he turned his head back to the tea he was drinking

"Thank you. She's very unique. I couldn't ask for more." Akashi proudly responded then turned to him "well then, let's continue the one you proposed, of giving your company to Akashi group"

"Yeah, I'll bring Kei to America and live with him there. Since my company focuses on international tradings, I want him to learn different languages and cultures. Then, let him work on the company"

"Then I'll have your company, temporarily, just announced that you will give your company to me, your whole company. By that, I can appoint someone I know who can handle your company for the time being. We will take over your company fully, but we will not change anything."

"Temporarily?"

"Yes, but don't announce that it's only Temporarily, they will think that there's conspiracy between us, questioning your decision. What you will announce is that because you are old already and no successesor, you will give your company to Akashi group. You will not mention Kei-kun's existence. You will just tell them, that you will step down. When Kei-kun is in the right age, I'll give everything back to him, even the one you gave to me today. After all, Makoto's share will be back to Akashi group instead."

"is it okay?"

"Of course. I'll look after your company. It might be hard for Kei-kun since he is already adapted here, but it's for him and his safety as well. We'll wait for his return, ah, but if he doesn't want to get the company back, I need to think of another plan how to give it back to him"

"Just hire him to the company, that's suffice. I only have Kei, and I have enough for his future already. I just want to spend my left time with him."

Akashi smiled as he gaze towards the 2nd floor, which they could hear the voices of the kids

"Spend as much as you can. And don't worry about the future. I'll look after him as well. My daughter is pretty much attached to him already after all"

"..."

"What's wrong, Takahiro-san?"

"I heard that she's your adopted daughter. I am amazed how you were able to raise her to be like that"

"That wasn't me. To be honest, if it was just me, I am sure that neither Hina nor I won't be like this. Both of us met (f/n), and it's her who changed us and taught us new things"

"You really have an amazing wife. I am sure others are jealous of her. She's your wife after all, she's getting everything, fame, money, Akashi Seijurou." Grandpa Takahiro chuckled but he noticed the pale expression from Akashi "oya..? that's not the case?"

"Surely others are jealous. But the person herself, refused to have them. I mean the money." Akashi sighed and blankly gazed away "when I mentioned that she immediately got share in the company, and she is one of the major shareholder already, she immediately rejected, refused, all sort of objection. She didn't want any of those. She would rather give everything back."

"Hahaha! A very unique indeed. Is she working?"

"... she is, as my part-time secretary"

"...? What do you mean by that...?"

"She wanted to work somewhere else. Because of that, I decided to hire her instead. She helps me work here in the house. When she received her first salary, she get mad at me when she realized that I added more."

Grandpa Takahiro laughed hearing what he heard "to think someone isn't that interested in money and fame. A really amazing woman. Anyways, I am now relief that Kei will be okay. Seijurou-kun, I will bring Kei to America, with one of my trusted secretaries. If ever I die, please, I'll leave Kei to your hand" Grandpa Takahiro bowed his head, and for Akashi it was a rare sight

"Leave him to me. Have fun and enjoy your time with him."

"Thank you very much. It will take time to process the papers, but I'll update you. Regarding my company, I will announce it as soon as possible"

The two continued their meeting, as they talked more about Grandpa Takahiro's company

That night, Grandpa Takahiro and Kei ate dinner with them. They supposed to go home already, but (f/n) invited them as she would be cooking lots of dishes as per Akashi's request

"He gave the company to you then they will go to America? Is it okay to tell me that?" (F/n) worriedly asked as she put Shun on his crib

"Why can't I tell you?" Akashi chuckled then lie down "come here already, I need to hug you. I have a crazy day today. I already ate the dish you cooked, I want to eat you now."

"Shun is here"

"He's sleeping. He is tired as well. I want a reward from my wife" Akashi then got up, and without waiting for his wife, he carried her, and gently put her on the bad. He lovingly looked at him, then smiled "You aren't resisting"

"Can I even resist?" She asked back then hold both of his cheeks "but you are right, somehow, it's been a while since I saw this kind of face. I am also tired, so can we just leave it to one round tonight?"

"That depends. Making love with you is always the best thing, so if I can hold back today, tomorrow will be more intense"

And that night, Akashi didn't hold back.

Makoto's cases file up one after another and he was sent to trials. His properties and money were seize and were given back to the rightful owners. Those people who received bribery came forward and Akashi gave them options on how to handle the law, because after all, they would be facing trials as well.

It took time, however, one after another the problems Makoto created came out and Akashi resolved them. He remained as the CEO, as well as the president and chairman of the main branch.

Additionaly, few weeks after talking to Akashi, Grandpa Takahiro announced that he was stepping down as the Southway Corporation's chairman, giving Akashi Seijurou the full company. He gave all his shares to Akashi, telling everyone that he was already old, and since he didn't have any successor, he was willing to give all the control to Akashi Seijurou.

He also announced that he already talked to Akashi and to his company, and the discussion had already ended, peacefully.

Along with that, Hina found out that Kei would be leaving to America. Even though the two kids didn't want to, (f/n) explained it easily in which in the end the two, complied. But to their surprise,

"Then, if I return here, I can marry Hina and we'll be a family! I will grow up and I will protect her!"

With what he said, Akashi smiled bitterly without saying anything. But they knew that his composure was shaken.
