I opened my eyes, and felt a different feeling from usual.

Ah, I remember... I was told to stay here since there was a trouble last night.

What a crazy turn of event?! I mean, I just started yesterday, and here I am staying in my boss' house!

I called my family, but before I even told them, they told me to stay somewhere since Daisuke and Haru stayed in their friend's house. Yuki-nii and his family went back to their house in Nagoya since he had a problem on his work. Sakura on the other hand stayed with mom. I should've just went to the hospital, but only one could stay with mom, Sakura was already with mom. Then, I am scared to be by myself, so in the end, I am here.

Anyways, last night, I read a book for Hina-chan and she immediately fall asleep. I supposed to sleep next to her, but I felt so bad, so I went here in the kitchen and just sleep here. But, did I bring this blanket with me? I forgot

I checked my phone and it was still 4 in the morning. What should I do?

But as I checked my phone, I noticed the line messages from my university friends

"Hey! Is it true that your boyfriend was caught by the police?"

"Hey Kenji is part of that infamous gang?! Is it true?!"

"I saw the news! Kenji was caught by the police?!"

So it was on the news already. Ah even my bestfriend knows, even though she is now working in Canada, but for short term only. Hmmm? There's more on her message

Miho: I don't know if this is the right timing, but I'll be returning next month, and will do my wedding ceremony there. But before the ceremony, I want to introduce him to you since we never had a chance to meet in person. It's the same person, who I mentioned before, the one I met when I was traveling three years ago, and we started going out last year. He asked me last month, and we decided to do a simple ceremony next month.

What?! She is getting married?! I don't even know who his boyfriend is?! Even picture she didn't send me one. She said her boyfriend doesn't like taking pictures, they have, but she wanted to introduce him in person first.

I sighed and stopped browsing my phone, since nothing interesting at all.

Not long after, Akashi-san's staffs came out from their quarter and greeted me. I greeted them, and they were all prepared. "Are you all leaving at the same time?" I asked curiously

"Yes, it's our day off today. And we are all asked to leave before 5am, and return before 5am tomorrow" one of the cooks answered

"We must leave before the young master wakes up" Sanae-san informed me "so, we will leave the two to you"

"Also, (L/N)-san, we heard that you will prepare breakfast for young master. You can check the kitchen for ingredients" the head chef informed me

"Ah, yes thank you very much. Itterashai!" I told them and one by one they left.

I checked my phone and realized that there's one more message, ah from Takuto, my childhood friend

Takuto: I saw what happened. Make sure to prepare yourself when I return there! I can't accept it. You rejected me, and that jerk treated you like that! Be ready!

I felt thrilled on my spine just reading his message

"(F/n)-tan!" I flinched and was surprised when Hina-chan entered the kitchen. Eh?! This early!

"Good morning Hina-chan. You are so early"

"Hina wants to make pancake and tohu soup before papa wakes up!"

"I understand. Then, let's get the ingredients, and prepare for your papa"

Unknown to (F/N) and Hina, Akashi was already awake, even before (F/N) woke up.

He already head down to get something to drink. But he was surprised when he saw (f/n) sleeping in the kitchen.

~30 minutes before (F/N) woke up~

"Young master, you are already awake" Watanabe greeted him and was also surprised seeing (f/n) in the kitchen, slumping her face on the table, making her arms as her pillow. He was about to wake her up, but Akashi stopped him

"Get a blanket" he ordered. Akashi approached her and was about to touched her cheeks when he stopped "what I am doing?" He mumbled then noticed that around her eyes were a bit reddish "she cried by herself"

Watanabe returned with a blanket and handed it to Akashi. He covered her back, and sighed

"She could stay in any room, why is she here?" Watanabe curiously asked

"I don't know. Anyways, bring tea to the surveillance room"

~present time~

Akashi was drinking his tea, still inside the surveillance room. He is watching everything that is happening in the kitchen. He was also watching again what happened the day after, and even the videos of Hina and (F/N) in the park that his bodyguards sent,

"She really just look after Hina. Though she let her to play that dangerous thing. But, I am impressed how she looks after my daughter, teach her good manners, and also let her pronunciation to get better"

"(F/N)-tan, last night, I forgot to tay before eating."

"It's fine, you can say eat again later. Don't worry about it."

"(F/N)-tan wiy you teach me more?"

"What do you want to learn? Proper manners? Reading? Counting numbers?"

"All!"

"Oh, that's the spirit! But, make sure to act as your age. You can learn more, but you might burnout. So we will do it one at a time, okay?"

"But papa knows everything. So I want to be like him"

"You will for sure. But, don't be hasty of learning everything all at the same time. You might feel pressure that your papa knows everything, but you will also when you get older. Right now, you need to have fun and learn whatever you can learn on your age."

"And that is?"

"To be a good and kind kid, so you can get along with others. Anyways, what important now is for you not to learn just books, but how to interact with other people, by learning through experience"

Akashi sighed and put down his cup "what my mother taught me, but in a different way. Will she be able to teach her? Hina has one thing that I wanted to change, but, will she be able?"

~(f/n)'s pov~

"Papa, good morning!" Hina greeted Akashi-san with a high tension as she approached him

"Good morning" Akashi-san greeted back and carried her "you are already awake"

"Yeah, papa, we cooked breakfast for you"

Akashi-san looked at me, and somehow I felt nervous.

"Good morning, Akashi-san"

He nodded then let Hina to sit first, the chair on the left, then he sat at the center. I was about to leave when both of them looked at me

"Where are you going?"

"Well, I'll leave the two of you now to enjoy your breakfast"

"Sit down and eat with us" Akashi-san sighed "we can send you home after"

"(F/n)-tan, sit next to me" Hina excitedly pointed on the chair next to me "let's enjoy what we cooked"

But, as if I didn't have any choice, I sat down and joined them

"Thank you very much."

"Then, Ichakimasu!" Hina folded her hands then started eating

"Ittadakimasu" I also followed and even Akashi-san

Somehow, it's been a while I eat breakfast with someone. Like in our house, I eat with them only during dinner, since breakfast, they had school activities so they would leave early. When I had work, I would eat breakfast at work. When I quit, I woke up late.

"Papa, how is it?"

"It's delicious. It's been a while since I ate breakfast like this"

"I made them with (f/n)-tan."

"I am glad you like them." I told him and got a tissue to wipe Hina's lips. "It's okay to get excited and talk about something while eating, but you need to have the right manner as well, okay?"

"I understand!"

I felt nervous all of a sudden, since I am teaching Hina-chan, in front of her father.

After eating breakfast, I cleaned up everything we used, and washed them. Akashi-san told Hina to change her clothes. She wanted me to change her clothes, but Akashi-san told her that I am doing something.

But, while washing the dishes, I flinched when suddenly Akashi-san talked

"It's not your job to wash the dishes. And you can put them inside the dishwasher"

"It's fine, you let me stay last night, even let me eat dinner and breakfast. So at least let me do this. Also, I don't like using dishwasher. Indeed, it's easy to use, but it can't clean everything." I turned to Akashi-san and laughed "I still prefer washing them manually"

He had his arms crossed, leaning his back on the door frame, I wonder why is he here?

"You sure are teaching my daughter with good manners."

"Eh? Ah, well, I am just teaching what my mom taught me." I responded then continued washing the dishes, "It's  crucial time for kids after all. At this age, they easily learned things from adults, and believe to what adults tell them."

"Hmmm, Hina is a good girl. There's just one thing she learned from someone that I wanted to change. But she never listened to me"

"What is it?"

"You'll learn soon. Hurry up, we'll send you home"

"Ah, no need. As I said last night, I need to go to the hospital. I haven't visited mom so I would go there"

"Then, we'll send you there"

"Seems like I can't refuse it. Well then, thank you so much, I'll humbly accept your offer"

And he left. That's it?
But I wonder? What's the thing he wanted Hina-chan to change?

After washing the dishes, and even helping Hina change her clothes. Well, she was thinking what to wear, they just simply going to send me to the hospital.

And that's what I thought.

Before heading to hospital, we stopped by the mall since Akashi-san said that he needed to stop by the bank inside the mall.

Hina also decided to go with him since she didn't want to just wait in the car, so of course, I went with them. Good thing, Akashi-san lend me a spare toothbrush, and towel. Or else, I would be a disgusting woman going around the mall.

Akashi-san told me to meet him at the fountain on the 2nd level in 30 minutes, and told us to go around.

And indeed we went around, but, I think I got what Akashi-san meant a while ago.

We passed by a toy store, and there's a big teddy bear. She locked her eyes on it. I went to ask how much, but unfortunately, it was already reserved to someone and that's the only one on their store. When I told Hina that they aren't selling it, she started to throw tantrums.

"No!!!!! I want it! I want it! I want it!!!"

She shouted and clearly, she's bothering everyone.

She's clearly throwing tantrums. People were telling me to stop her. But I didn't.

And after five minutes, the volume of her cry decreased, I crouched down and looked at her

"Already tired? Let's rest and I'll buy you something to drink"

"But Hina wants it. Nano-neetan told me I can get everything I want. So I want it! I want it! I want it!"

"Hina-chan, if you get it, what about the other kid who won't be able to get it? What do you think that kid will feel?"

"I don't know, I don't care"

I sighed and patted her head "the kid will feel sad and cry as well. What if that teddy bear is for that kid's birthday?" I asked her but she tilted her head "so what if Hina-chan doesn't receive her favorite cake during her birthday? What are you going to feel?"

"I'll get sad and angry!" She answered then stopped, realizing what I meant

"Yeah, that kid is looking forward to receive a gift, but it will be sad when that kid doesn't receive it. You wanted it, but you don't really need it. Listen Hina-chan, it might true that you can get everything, but you need to think if you need them, or if it's available"

"I don't get it. I want that teddy bear!"

"But do you really need it? And is that available? You can see it, but it's owned by other kid already. If you still insist that you want it, do you know what kind of kid are you now?"

"Eh...? What kind of kid? Hina is a good kid?"

"No, right now, Hina-chan is not a good kid. You are being selfish. A bad kid who is being selfish. And of course, your papa and mama don't want you to be like that, right?"

She nodded and lower her head "Hina is a good kid"

"Listen, Hina-chan, there are times that if you want something but you cannot get it, you just need to give up on it, that's when that thing is something you don't really need. But there are times that if you want something, and since you cannot get it, but you badly need it, so you will do your best to get it. Right now, that teddy is something you just want but you cannot get it, so just give up on it. If you will be a good girl, I'll buy you a delicious drink."

She pounted her lips and nodded "yeah, Hina wiy give up on it"

"Good girl. But before we go and buy a drink, let's bowed down and say sorry to everyone since we bothered them. Okay?"

"We need to tay torry if we bother someone?"

"Yes, we must, since Hina-chan is a good kid, right?"

She was hesitant. But she face up front then bowed down "Hina is torry to bother everyone. Hina will not do it anymore."

I stood up and also bowed down "I apologize for the inconvenience."

One of the mothers inside the store approached us and patted Hina-chan's head, as she looked at me

"That's a good way of handling the situation. If my kid behaved like that, I would just drag her out of the store. You are a good mother"

"Ah, no, I am not her mother" I immediately corrected the misunderstanding

"Eh, is that so? You two looked a like so I thought you are. But anyways" she looked at Hina and smiled "you are a good kid. You listen very well."

Hina made a big wide smile to the woman then she also turned to me. Hina again turned to the woman and bowed down

"Again, torry for bothering evelyone"

"It's okay now. You already say sorry"

The people inside the store are already smiling at us. Thank goodness, Hina listened to me.

As I turned around, I flinched since Akashi-san was on the store's entrance, standing and yes, I could see a faint smile from him

"Hina-chan, your papa is already here"

Hina turned around and a big wide smile again from her "Papa!" She ran towards him, and he couldn't help but carry her

He looked at me, and yes, he was smiling. He then bowed down to everyone and I think all the mother here just giggled when Akashi-san spoke

"I apologize for the inconvenience my daughter had made. I will make sure that this will not happen again"

"It's okay, your wife handled it nicely" one woman told him, and yes, I immediately cleared it

"I-I am not his wife nor her mother. I am just a babysitter"

Eh? Did I just say something wrong? Everyone just turned silent!

"I told you, the others also thought you are the mother. You looked like her" the woman who approached us a while ago whispered to me

I sighed and shook my head

"Anyways, we won't bother everyone anymore, so we will take our leave. Again, we apologize and thank you for understanding" Akashi-san again bowed down then left.

I followed them, and somehow I need to apologize

"Uhm, Akashi-san, I apologize to what happened."

"You don't need to. I saw everything. You perfectly handled the situation, and explained it clearly to Hina as well"

"Also, I apologize that they thought I'm her... uhm mother, but I cleared the misunderstanding!"

"It's fine. Don't worry about it"

Even he said so, I am bothered by it.

"Uhm"

"Hmmm?"

"I told her I would buy a drink for her, so is it okay if I go and buy one? Of course for Akashi-san too."

"Let's go, the three of us can buy, not drink but we can buy ice cream instead."

"Ice cream!!!!" Hina excitedly shouted then looked at Akashi-san "thank you, papa!"

"Don't thank me, thank (F/N). Also, say sorry to her since you bothered her"

Hina turned to me and bowed down "(f/n)-tan, torry and thank you"

I smiled at her and patted her head "Don't worry about it"

We headed to buy ice cream, and while eating, Akashi-san received a call in which he looked at me while talking.

"Hmmmm?"

"Is it possible that before you go to your mom, we'll meet with someone outside the hospital?" He asked

"Who?"

"The one who I called last night." Ah! The police?! "He wanted to ask questions and get your statements from what happened last night"

"Ah, yes. I don't mind." I responded but felt nervous all of a sudden.

"Well then, we'll see you later." He ended the call and sighed, seems like he didn't want to meet with him, but he had no choice

"Uhm, I can actually meet that person by myself. You can have fun with Hina-chan when you drop me off"

"I am also needed there since I was a witness. Just..."

"Hmmmm?"

"Nothing, let's go"

Just... what?! I am curious!

When we arrived at the hospital, we head to the 2nd floor outdoor garden, and there waited for the police.

And not long after, a familiar tanned man with dark blue hair was approaching us. Ah, I know him!

"Ahre? Aomine-kun?" I tilted my head in confusion

"Daiki!" Hina excitedly called him, in which Aomine-kun carried her, and yes, Akashi-san seemed surprised that I know him

"(L/n)?! It's really (L/N)! Long time no see! How are you?... eh? What are you doing here? And with Akashi?!"

"You know each other?" Akashi-san crossed his arms and looked at us curiously

"Yeah, I met her in a mixer during 3rd year high school. Then, I met her again during 1st year college, since Imayoshi-senpai introduced her to us."

"You dated Imayoshi-san?" Akashi-san asked me and I shook my head

"No, we were in the same club. He was my senpai. It wasn't just me who he introduced to them."

"Right, but thanks to you I met Mai-chan. That Kise bastard, even though he is a model, he never introduced Mai-chan to me" Aomine-kun is complaining, he is literally mad

"You also know that model?" Akashi-san asked and I nodded

"Yes, she is my best friend's cousin." I responded then chuckled "but to think that you I'll see you again, and you also know Akashi-san, it's amazing!"

"I know Akashi since middle school. But how about you? I am more surprised that you two knew each other. Don't tell me, Hina's new mom?"

"No," I immediately responded "babysitter"

"Ahhh"

"Also the victim from last night" Akashi-san followed and Aomine-kun looked at me in disbelief

"Eh? The girlfriend of Asou Kenjirou?!"

"Ex, actually. That incident happened because, I broke up with him. But I was surprised that he is connected to thugs"

"Well, good thing you were saved" Aomine-kun put down Hina-chan and seriously looked at me

"He is just new to the gang, and they are importing illegal drugs. In order to get one for himself, he needs to buy one. But just buying one takes lots of money"

"Ah, I see" Akashi-san sighed and shook his head "since he doesn't have money, he was given the other option."

"Other option?" I curiously asked

"Selling kids and women" Aomine-kun answered, and I just froze.

Wait... so that means...

"The reason of his desperate actions yesterday, was to sell me?"

"Yes. And I need your statement, as well Akashi's since the higher ups were on doubt if you weren't part of it."

"She isn't. You can also request to have the cctv outside the store. It was troublesome yesterday when he started making a ruckus" Akashi-san told Aomine-kun

"I told them that I know Akashi personally, but that's unaccounted. But anyways, I'll get your statements"

We told him everything, not leaving any single details. And knowing his reason now, instead of getting sad about our break-up, am getting mad and yeah, really mad. Hina-chan, on the other hand felt asleep on my lap. Seemed she got tired. Well, she cried too much a while ago too

"Well, now I got your statements, I'll go to the store and get a copy of the cctv" Aomine-kun looked at me and smiled "good thing you break free from him. However, there's one more thing. Indeed, we caught Asou, and some from the gang. We haven't caught the leader. So, we will be having police follow you around."

"Why?"

"Well, because basically, you are the reason why the other's were caught, and their case is reopen again."

"Wait, eh? Then... my family will be in trouble! Also, Akashi-san and Hina-chan too. I'll do something about it." I turned to Akashi-san and bowed down "I apologize, for involving you. I think I won't be able to continue being Hina-chan's babysitter. You two involved yesterday, and I don't want to involved you more than this."

"This is the first time a babysitter telling me that she won't be able to continue. It's always me who are telling them that they are fired" Akashi-san sighed then got his phone "well, good timing. Aomine, you don't need to. Just think of a plan and deploy your team, be careful though"

"Huh?"

"I was also thinking that they will be targeting (F/N), and there's a high rish for Hina as well. So I already asked someone." He handed his phone to Aomine-kun, and here I am lost to what's going on "their main hideout, leaders, list of companies involved, country they importing it from, everything you need. Should I send it to you?"

"How did you do it?! In just short of time?!"

"Well, you mentioned about that group before but I didn't care. However, a business partner also told me about that group, since they were worried that one of their stock share holders is connected to it. So I asked my private detective to investigate about that group. I asked him to investigate it more when it was proven that they are connected to one of our stock share holders as well. Then yesterday, to my surprise" Akashi-san turned to me and chuckled "the group that I am investigating has miraculously showed up in front of me. Furthermore, the person my private detective told me to be wary of was also there, the newbie from their group, Asou Kenjirou, who not just illegal drugs, but he is selling woman and kids too."

"You know Kenji even before?" I asked in disbelief and he nodded

"Well, just in name and picture. It's not that I asked to investigate him more. But because of that, last night, I message my private detective if he get all the companies connected to that group and he sent that"

"And about the main hideout and the country they are importing it from? How did you know about that?" Aomine-kun asked and seemed he became agitated about it

"When I just started investigating about it, my detective told me a person I need to wary of, person I personally know." Akashi-san smirked and say name I didn't know, but I think Aomine-kun knows "Haizaki Shogo"

"Haizaki is part of it?!"

"Yeah. I contacted him personally and he was agitated since he just joined he said. He was about to quit, but I told him not to, instead, I asked him to work undercover. He was able to rise up his rank, and work next to their leader. So he just sent me now the list of all the names, who are part of that group, as well as their main hideout, country they are importing it from, and their main boss. You need to check all the names first, since, you don't know, someone from the police department is involved."

I am stunned. I know Akashi Seijurou-san as the youngest and most influential businessman, but to have this much of connection, I am stunned, amazed and somehow scared. I felt like he made a background check already to me. No, not quite since he said he was surprised when Kenji showed up, means he didn't know that I was going out with Kenji.

Aomine-kun got all the files necessary from Akashi-san then turned to me "well, until this case is closed, I'll still ask for some people to monitor you and your family. No need to worry about Hina, she is highly protected."

"Thank you very much."

"Well then, I'll check all the-" Aomine-kun stopped and suspiciously looked at Akashi-san, he isn't thinking that, right? "Akashi, you didn't manipulate and erase your company's name, right?"

"Aomine" Akashi-san started to cracking his fists, even I could feel how scary he was. How scary! And he is way smaller than Aomine-kun!

"No, sorry, sorry! Don't kill me!" Aomine sighed then turned to me "well then, I'll take my leave now. Sorry for taking your time. But thank you for cooperating with me. It's really good that you were able to break free from him. But don't worry, surely, you'll find someone who deserves you better"

"Goodness, hearing such words coming out of your mouth. Did you eat a poop or what?" A green-haired guy just joined in, and his left hand had bandage, and am I seeing it correctly? A blue and red Russhian mathryoska?! By his looks, he is a doctor.

"Midorima, you bastard! What are you doing here?!" Aomine-kun angrily asked this man he called Midorima

"I work here. So should I ask the question back to you? It's you and Akashi who supposed not to be here. What are you doing here?"

"I have important work here, and I needed Akashi and (l/n)!" Aomine-kun hastily answered "why are you here?"

"I saw you two when I was doing my rounds, and wonder why am I seeing you one after another? I'll be seeing you next month"

Should I go now? I couldn't find the right timing to leave

"Next month?" Aomine-kun asked and he turned to Akashi-san

"You didn't know? Murasakibara is getting married"
