~(f/n)~

I woke up earlier than usual. I prepared lunch for my three younger siblings. Daisuke, who is in 3rd year high school, and the twins, Haru and Sakura, who are in 2nd year high school students. The three of them are all in basketball clubs.

"Nee-san, good morning, I will help you" Sakura entered the kitchen, already on her uniform. Despite of her 4'11, height, she's in the women's basketball team, a point guard.

"Are you already prepared? I am fine here by myself"

"But nee-san will again go back to mom's supposed work, Right?" She chuckled and winked at me "let me do it. I can't just let you do our lunch as always."

"I understand. If you insist. Can you put rice on each lunch box then?"

"But nee-san, why is there an extra one?"

"Ahre, you are right" I wondered and just shook my head "then this is mine. By the way, are you going to see mom before going to your practice?"

"Yeah, the three of us will go. How about nee-san?"

"Tell mom I will go tomorrow since I don't have work on Sundays" I responded and finished putting everything on their lunch box"

"Aneki's lunch is really extravagant!" Daisuke entered the kitchen, followed by Haru, with yes, a very monotone voice

"I cannot wait to eat lunch prepared by Aneki"

These three have different personalities, that is why they are very interesting. Haru who rarely shows his emotion, but his twin sister Sakura shows her emotion openly. Daisuke is really energetic, very energetic. But the three of them, they are very straightforward, and they are very scary.

"(F/N), you should hurry up and get married. Don't let these kids use you." Yuki-nii entered the kitchen too and put his hands on Daisuke and Haru, who both showed annoyed from what he did. Nii-san, is a combination of these three. I wonder how about me?

"Nii-san, didn't you know nee-san has a boyfriend. But a very annoying one." Sakura told him and I patted her head "I am saying the truth. He's really annoying. No, I mean, he became annoying. Mom is also saying that you should break up with him."

"Come on, at least give him a chance"

Now that they remind me, I forgot to message him last night! Recently, I was so stressed with what happened to my previous job that I couldn't message him much.

Sakura, Daisuke, and Haru were making fuss with this relationship talk. And it's getting annoying, so I reminded them that they have club practice, and they needed to go to see mom also, so they hurriedly got their packed lunch, leaving me with Yuki-nii

"How was the work yesterday?"

"It was fun, unexpectedly. I enjoy being with the kid"

"That's all?"

"Sorry, I still need to protect their privacy" I winked at him then hummed

I finished preparing the lunch for Yuki-nii and his family, then prepared myself. I also got the extra lunch and left.

"(F/N)-tan! Okaewi!" Hina-chan greeted me. She's already outside the house, with Akashi-san who is already in his suit. I forgot to explain to Hina-chan more about that term

"Tadaima, Hina-chan" well, I couldn't just tell her about that now, so I just responded. At least, she remembered

"And, Papa, Ityeyaishai!"

"Ittekimasu. Be a good girl. And take care, okay?"

I bowed down as Akashi-san entered the car, and Hina-chan is waving at him.

"(F/n)-tan, papa said we can go out!" Hina-chan excitedly told me

"Is that so? Then, before shopping, let's go play in the park? There's one near here, also, we can eat the packed lunch I made" when I told her, she got really excited "then, you should change your clothes, and we also need to bring some change clothes too, and prepare your things, okay?"

"Lez go to Hina's wum." She grabbed my hand and we headed to her room.

I helped her prepare, and got all the things we needed. I asked for her water bottle and we left.

But I could feel the bodyguards. They followed us, and I could feel their eyes on us. I see, it's okay to go out, but with the supervision of his bodyguards

On the way to the park, we greeted the people we passed by, and Hina asked lots of questions to me. Once we arrived on the park, she played on the play structure first, but then she decided to play on the sand box. I played with Hina-chan on the sand box, and we built a castle.

"(F/N)-tan, what is that?" Hina-chan pointed some kids playing in the vertical pull-up bar on the side.

"It's a game where you will go and twirl around" I explained simple, since the kids playing there couldn't do it, so she didn't get what I meant.

"Then, I will show you" I went to an empty one, with exact height of mine. I pulled myself up, and twirl around as I returned to my first position, then I again twirl.

Hina-chan clapped her hands, and I was surprised when the other kids also joined her

"One more!" They said, and I did a couple of turns.

But...

"Well then, my little viewers, this nee-san is already tired, so let me rest."

"(F/N)-tan, Hina too want to do it!" Hina-chan told me and I chuckled

"I'll teach you, then let's surprise your papa. But, of course, we need be careful." Though I said that we will surprise him, he will know for sure.

We went to the smallest one, and she tried to twirl, but she couldn't do it. She tried and tried, and tried, but still not a success. I told her to rest, but she is willing to do it, to show her papa.

"Hina-chan, I know you want to show your papa, but you should rest and build up your strength. It is lunch already" I told her, and she finally complied to me

We headed on the empty grass area in that park and there spread the mat. Hina-chan became more excited when I got the packed lunch from my bag and showed it to her

"Is cwute!" She excitedly shouted

"Good thing I made an extra one today. I always make lunch for my siblings, then they brought it to school" I told her

"Hina wants to do it. Hina wants papa to have it in his work! But les keep it a secwet" She pleaded but for that... hmmm... we couldn't make it a secret but,

"Then, let's make one. And then ask Sanae-san to bring it to his work. Since, I think you are not yet allowed there."

"Today?" She asked and I shook my head

"We can do it on Monday" I told her and she agreed "well then, before eating," I got the wipes from my bag and then wiped her hands. I did the same too.

She excitedly sat in front of me and grinned as she opened her mouth.

"Before that, I forgot to ask this yesterday. Hina-chan, what are you going to say before eating?"

"Hina need to say something?"

"「Ittadakimasu」. It means you are thankful and humbly accepting the food you are going to eat. Before eating anything, you need to say it. But you just need to say it once. And at the dining table, you need to put your hands together, and say it" I showed her how to do it.

"Itchakimasu" though her pronunciation wasn't perfect, she was able to show it. "Then, do Hina need to say something when Hina finished eating?"

"Yeah,「gochisosama deshita」, means thank you for the delicious food."

"Hina wiy say it after!"

"Well then" I fed her a small amount of the packed lunch and ask her how was it.

"Dewicyus!" She responded, and immediately asked for another one.

I only took a bit, since Hina-chan loved it and ate almost everything.

"Goshosma deshita" though it wasn't perfect, Hina-chan learned new words and right manner.

I let her rest for a while, and she would again return to practice his twirl later, but...

"She is already sleeping" I chuckled as I let her sleep on my lap. Really good thing that I am really prepared, and got all the things we needed.

Also, good thing I always bring new novels with me. I read them, as we both bathed in this beautiful weather.

However, as we were having our siesta time, I could hear the people passing by, gossiping us.

"What's with that? Mother and daughter?"

"Isn't she too young?"

"Probably sister?"

Really people should mind their own world.

It was then I noticed my phone and it is from my boyfriend, Asou Kenjirou. I was hesitating, should I answer? But he kept on calling

"Hello? What's up?" I asked but he wasn't responding "Kenji?"

"Where are you?"

"I am in the park near my work." I answered honestly "why?"

"Work? You said you quit on your work"

"I was hired yesterday"

"Huh? What work?"

"Something unrelated to my degree. I am sorry Kenji. I was ordered to keep the details of my job to myself. Anyways, I apologize that we cannot see each other that much." As I said that, Hina-chan woke up "well then Kenji, I need to go now." I put my phone on my bag, but turned it to silent mode first, and smiled at Hina-chan who is again idling.

I waited for 10 minutes, and finally she returned to her usual self

"(F/N)-tan, lez pway again!"

"We can, but Hina-chan. We need to go to grocery now, and we need to go home." I told her but she pouted her lips. "We can go again next time. But today, make sure not to tell your papa. You need to surprise him" I winked at her and she easily complied.

We wrapped up our things, and headed to the grocery store

~Akashi~

"The meeting a while ago went well, Seijurou-sama. Even though the business partner's daughter kept on flirting with you" Akashi's personal driver, Nikaido, chuckled as he was driving

"Yeah, honestly, I was thinking of not accepting the deal. However, I need their company to expand the business in Kyushu. In any case, I want to go home now" Akashi sighed and looked outside, in which he was surprised to see (f/n) and Hina walking. "Stop the car"

Nikaido parked on the side road, that surprised (f/n) and Hina to who it was. Akashi rolled down the window, making Hina to get excited

"Papa!" Hina waved at him

"What are you two doing here? This isn't the road towards the house" He asked then turned to (f/n)

"We are planning to buy some ingredients." She pointed out the grocery store nearby "Hina-chan wanted to experience buying some groceries. I asked her what she wanted, but she said that she wanted anything so we will look around first"

"Is that a commoner grocery store?"

"Akashi-san, that term... it's a little bit..." (f/n) mumbled then just thought "yeah, offensive. He's too rich that a other commoners like me might feel offended"

"Interesting. I will join you. I haven't experienced buying ingredients, no, I haven't been in a grocery store" he added as he put aside his things

"Eh? Seriously?" (F/n) was surprised and gazed away, wanted to ask him but she just stopped, and didn't ask "Did he even go shopping? I mean, there are supermarket, department stores, or he might only go to high class stores to do shopping."

To her surprised, as if he Akashi knew what she was thinking "I have been in a convenience store during middle school. I had ice cream. Also, I could say, I have never tried buying ingredients for myself nor for other people" Akashi chuckled as he got off the car, and told his secretary to park the car and wait for them

However, Akashi looked around as he felt something off.

"Akashi-san?" (F/n) asked as she released Hina, "are you okay?"

"No, I am fine" Akashi responded then carried Hina "let's go"

The three of them headed to the grocery store and roamed around, while thinking of what to cook.

"Tofu soup mix?" Akashi blinked fast staring at the variety of soup mix in front of him "I never thought that commoners sell this. This is interesting. You can have it anywhere."

(F/n) chuckled seeing Akashi being amazed, and next to him is Hina who is also having the same expression.

"For goodness sake, this father and daughter are really unbelievable. Somehow, it's also hard being a rich person." She sighed and approached them "have you thought of what to cook?" She asked Hina

"(F/n), can you really have tofu soup with just this?" Akashi asked pointing at the mix

"Yes, we can. There are lots of that, not just tofu soup, but even pancakes, cupcakes, those kind of things" she answered "however, I recommend not to have them"

"Why?"

"The taste is not the same as the one being made from scratch" she honestly answered

"From scratch? I only had Tofu soup made by our head chef. And it was made with fine ingredients. So they are not the same?"

"Entirely different" she emphasized

"Hina wans tohu shup!" Hina shouted "and pancake!"

"Then, let's buy ingredients today. I will go on Monday then let's make it for breakfast"

"Not tomoyow?" Hina asked confusedly

"I can, but" (f/n) looked at Akashi nervously

"If you can go tomorrow morning then you can make it. I'll add it to your premium salary. Besides, there are no servants on Sundays. They all have off, so it is just me and Hina. We usually have simple bread and juice for breakfast, and we order for lunch and dinner."

"Is that so? Then, Hina-chan, I will go there tomorrow and let's make your breakfast. Let's go buy the ingredients. Do you want to go with me, or stay with your papa?"

"(F/n)-tan!" She responded and the headed to the other aisle, but before that

"If you have questions, or anything you want to know, just ask me Akashi-san. Let's go Hina-chan"

Akashi watched them, and again felt something unusual. "Someone is glaring at me"

He just then roamed around, being amazed by the unusual things he hadn't seen before.

Thirty minutes after, (f/n) and Hina finished getting all the ingredients. They lined up on the counter, and Akashi joined them

"Let me pay" Akashi told her.

Once the clerk finished scanning the items, Akashi was surprised when they bought lots but the total is unbelievably cheap. He got his card and was about to pay when the clerk apologized

"We are not accepting that card, sir"

"Eh?" Akashi got his another card and again they aren't accepting it. The clerk showed the cards they only accept, and told him that they also accept cash "I don't have these cards. And I don't have cash on me"

"Akashi-san, let me pay" (f/n) gave up, seeing the troubled Akashi. She handed the cash and just asked Akashi to wait outside with Hina.

"It is hard to have a husband like that, huh" the clerk told her as she handed her change

"No... he is not my husband" (f/n) informed her as she got the paper bags "well then, thank you"

(F/n) head out of the grocery store and it was then she was surprised when Akashi is talking to someone she knew well.

"Kenji?" She called as she approached them. It was her boyfriend, with two of his two male and two female friends "what are you doing here?"

"I thought you are in work? And here you are, cheating openly?!"

"Huh?" She was dumbfounded to what she just heard. (F/n) then sighed realizing that he is misunderstanding the situation

"I saw her in the park with this kid a while ago. I told you Kenji, she is cheating on you! And they have a kid already!" The female on Kenji's left told him, with worried voice "and you sir, are you okay with this? This woman is cheating on you"

"Wait a minute! I am not cheating or anything!" (F/n) defended herself but received a glare from Kenji and his friends "you don't believe in me?" She asked him in disbelief

"Do you expect me to believe when I caught you red handed?!" Kenji shouted that made Hina flinched and hid behind Akashi

"At least listen to me first before assuming anything" (f/n) retaliated

"(F/n), who is this guy?"

"I apologize. He is my boyfriend"

"Then, break-up with him. If he is a person who is easily sway by other's words instead of your words, then it is a waste. He doesn't even listen to you and jump into conclusion right away. He is not worthy enough to be with you"

"Bastard!" Kenji shouted then glared at (f/n) "and you! You even lied to me that you are working, but I saw everything! You happily go around with your family!"

"Kenji, don't shout. You are scaring Hina-chan. Also, I told you, I am working but I cannot tell you the details since it is private" she retorted, still with mild tone voice, since she didn't want to scare Hina. But her voice was obviously quivering, since she felt bad that Akashi and Hina got involved.

"And do you still want me to believe in you-!" She looked straight at Kenji who was taken aback from her serious stare

"You don't trust me anymore, do you? That's why you easily assumed the situation to be like that." She asked and sighed "I understand. If you really don't trust me, then I will not force you. For these past three years, thank you for being with me" she bowed down towards Kenji, who were surprised from her sudden decision. Akashi's secretary then got the paper bag from her, and put it on the trunk "Thank you very much."

"W-wait, (f-f/n)!"

(F/n) then crouched down on Hina's level and smiled "Well then, Hina-chan I will take my leave now. You will go home with your papa now." She then stood up and bowed down towards Akashi "I will bring additional ingredients for the breakfast Hina-chan wants"

"What are you saying? Your work is still not yet done." Akashi stated

"Eh?"

"Let me remind you again, your work is to look after Hina until I return home. We are not yet home, so you still cannot leave. Go in" he ordered and she couldn't say no from the tone of his voice, so she complied.

"Wait! (F/n)! Are you leaving just like that?!"

"As I said a while ago, thank you for being with me. Since you don't trust my words anymore, and you are causing ruckus here, I am ending my relationship with you. Well then," she bowed down and entered the car after Hina.

Akashi closed the door then looked at Kenji and his friends "that is the price of not trusting the words of your partner. And I appreciate (f/n)'s dedication in her work. She is working under my order. It might be a misunderstanding situation, however, you should have talked to her first before you made a ruckus." Akashi smirked as he got in the passenger seat, but before he entered "regret in your whole life"

(F/n) put down Hina's things, and helped Hina changed her clothes but after that, Hina was going around playing. (F/n) couldn't help but ran after her.

"Hina, stay still." Akashi told her, that made Hina stopped

'Good girl" (f/n) chuckled and patted her head

"(F/n), I asked my driver to send-"

"Ah, thank you, but I will go home on my own. I need to stop by the hospital to visit my mom" she lied, since she wanted to be by herself. (F/n) did her best to smile then bowed down "well then, I'll take my leave"

Akashi watched her as she left, but returned to his senses when he felt Hina grabbed his hand

"Papa, (f/n)-tan is cwaying"

"Huh?"

"Is she okay? Can you go after her and check her? Hina is woyid"

Akashi sighed since he couldn't retort from Hina's plead "I understand, wait me here." He looked to Sanae and ordered her "look after Hina"

That escalated quickly. And I thought that he was the one. When did he change? We were going out for 3 years, and yet that ended quickly. Should I talk to him again? I think I was just frustrated.

I better message him and talk to him.

"(F/n)!" I halted as I noticed that Kenji was standing in front of me. What is he doing here?! How did he know?! Well, perfect timing! "do you think you can get away from me?"

"Huh?!"

"You cannot get away from me!"

And I snapped!

"After the ruckus you did a while ago, yes we're done. You even scared Hina-chan!" I retorted and was about to leave when Kenji forcefully grabbed my arm. "It hurts!" I shouted trying to free myself. No! Something is wrong with this guy!

"You are coming with me!" Kenji angrily told me as he pulled me away. I was about to defend myself when this person I expected least arrived to help me

"I think you need to let go of her" Akashi-san grabbed his arm, freeing me from Kenji. He also pulled me behind him, protecting me from Kenji "in which part you didn't understand that she already broke up with you?"

"Don't get in the way! This is our problem!"

"Unfortunately for you, it became my problem too. The moment you made a ruckus a while ago in front of my daughter, you put me into this trouble." Akashi-san coldly responded. He held my hand "let's go, (f/n)"

However, we were both taken aback when lots of thugs showed up and they blocked our way.

Scary!

"Kenji, what the heck is this?!" I exclaimed and he moved back letting more of these thugs to surround us

"You sure have a weird ex-boyfriend, (f/n)" Akashi-san commented and he seemed calm in this situation

"Akashi-san, you should-"

"Now, should we have our way out from here?" He asked me, and he really is calm, wait, did he just say, way out? He has plan how to escape here? Already?!

"How?"

"How you asked? Simple" He smirked and tightly held my hand "we're going to run. Kaku, to that small guy with cap" he whispered, what is he talking about?

"Eh?"

"You know that move, right?" Kaku? Ah! Shogi?! "We'll run towards that small guy on the left. Hold tight, wait for my cue" (a/n: kaku is Bishop in Japanese shogi. It can move in any four diagonal angles like international chess)

I don't know why he knows that I can play shogi, but I had no choice but comply. He tighten his grip on my hand, and I did the same, nervous to our situation.

"Give up, (F/N)! Leave that guy and come here!"

"Are you an idiot? You have a screw head. Why would I go with you?! Also! You involved my boss! Stupid! You changed!"

"You really are hard to get! Go get her away from that guy" as he ordered that, they slowly approached us.

"Let's go!" Akashi-san was the first one who made the move, and as what he said, we ran towards that small guy, and he kicked him! Giving us an escape route.

We ran away from them, but as expected they ran after us. Though, Akashi-san knew the way better, we lost them.

"We finally... lost them" I sighed in relief since we arrived on Akashi-san's neighborhood, but actually it took us lots of detour, since they were able to catch us up.

Holding my chest, as I try to catch my breath. My heart is still beating so fast!

Well, one more reason is Akashi-san's hand, who had no plan on letting my hand go. My heart is beating so fast, not because I am nervous and embarrassed, but her hand is so warm that I could feel protected

No! You cannot think like that!

I initiated to free my hand from him, well, naturally.

"Give me your phone" he ordered and I just complied "So your boyfriend is tracking you"

"Huh?" He showed me my phone, and there's really an app where it showed where I am, and there's one showing one person tracking me. "That's why they were able to catch us up! So he'll know your place then! also, he will know we are here" I was panicking but he is still in his composure.

"Well, too bad for him and his gang" he commented. He then called someone using my phone "It's me Akashi. Yeah, I know. I'll hear your complaints on later date. Do you remember the gang you are trying to catch? They will be here in my neighborhood. So deploy your team and get your ass over here. Don't ask anymore question. I'll explain tomorrow" he ended the call and handed it back to me. "I turned off the tracker just in case. But they'll know that we are here. So we should head back to my house"

"You are right. Akashi-san, I am sorry for involving you into this mess. It's only my second day, and I already gave problem. That guy really changed. I never thought that he will be like that"

"Even the closest person to you can change without you knowing, if you don't pay attention to them. The reason you didn't realize that he became like that, is because you fail to focus on him." He explained and I couldn't help but agree.

He is right. For these past year, we rarely see each other and the last time we saw each other, he even didn't care what happened to me on my former company.

"In any case, we should hurry up"

I complied to what Akashi-san said. We ran towards his house, and once we entered the gate, we heard lots of noise, so we hid. The thugs who were following us passed by Akashi-san's gate, and policemen were running after them.

"You called the police?!" I exclaimed and he nodded "the one a while ago?"

"Yeah, I know someone there" he responded and not long after, gunshots could be heard "let's go inside"

We headed inside as the sound of gunshots could be heard. I couldn't help, but be worried to Kenji. However, he put himself to this mess. I really wonder what happened.

"So, since that is happening outside the house. Call your family and tell them that you will stay the night here."

"Eh? No- uhm-"

"In this way, you don't need to wake up so early to just go here. Don't worry, I'll increase the premium of your salary."

"It's not about the salary though. I am fine with the normal rate. Just, is it really okay to stay here for the night?" I asked and he just stared at me. Plus, it's just my 2nd day here!

"(F/N)-tan wiy sweep here?!" Hina-chan suddenly came out of nowhere "papa! Can I sweep with (f/n)-tan? She wiy read books to Hina?!" Her tension is so high

"Yes, but it depends on (f/n)" these father and daughter looked at me, one with pleading eyes and one with victorious smile

"I understand. I will call my family to ask permission"
