It was no lie that Bucky Barnes cared deeply for (Y/N). Every and Anyone could see it, besides you.

He loved how your hair looked so beautiful, even when you were training.

He loved how your eyes glowed when you spoke of something fondly.

He loved how your laugh could make him smile.

He was clearly smitten.

"Buck, you're staring buddy" Steve whispered.

Bucky looked away quickly. "I wasn't staring" he lied. "Yes you were, but don't worry she didn't see you" Steve replied.

Bucky rolled his eyes. "You're a Punk." Steve smirked "Jerk."

You laughed loudly at Clint making Bucky's eyes fly to you.

Clint told you a joke, a very bad joke.

"How on earth you found a wife is beyond me" You said.

"Oh come on, I'm hilarious."

"You need to be a gentleman." you stopped and saw Steve and Bucky. "Like Steve and Bucky."

Clint rolled his eyes at you. "Yeah, 'cause they're so perfect" he sarcastically stated.

"They are perfect" you told him. "Explain, Expand."

"When I walk with either one they always hold the door open. They carry bags for me. They even come shopping with me. Therefore they are perfect and you are not."

A big smile was on your face as you realised he had no reply.

"Well.. well you're stupid" Clint exclaimed.

"Don't. Call. Her. Stupid" Bucky hissed out as he went over to him.

"Also he doesn't like men talking to females like trash" you informed Clint.

"Dude I didn't mean it" Clint put his hands up.

You smiled at Bucky. "Thanks Buck" you kissed his cheek before you left the gym.

A small blush was on Bucky's face. You kissed him, you kissed his cheek.

"Dude you are smitten" Clint stated.

Bucky ignored him. It was true. He knew it was true.

Natasha and Wanda were in your room.

Tony had announced there was going to be a party. You girls decided to get ready together.

"So are you going to dance with Bucky" Natasha asked.

"What?" you were confused. Why would you dance with Bucky?

"It's clear there is chemistry between you two, so why not give in" Wanda asked.

"There's no chemistry between us."

Natasha chuckled. "There clearly is. Just watch him tonight."

You thought about it. You thought about all the things he done and still does for you.

Your eyes widen. Bucky Barnes does like you. Why else would he always defend you?

"Let's finish getting ready" you suggested.

Wanda went down the stairs first, Natasha went down next and finally you went down.

A smile was on your face as everyone stared at you. You were truly beautiful.

"She looks good right" Steve said nudging Bucky.

Bucky was staring, no gawking at you. Your beauty was mesmerising.

You went over to the two super soldiers.

"Hi guys."

"You look stunning (Y/N)" Steve said as he smiled at you. "Thank you Steve."

You looked at Bucky who was staring at you.

"Hi Buck" you greeted. He didn't reply, he just continued to stare.

Steve nudged him in the ribs. "Hi."

"I'm going to get a drink" you informed them. "I'll get you one, stay here" Bucky insisted before he left.

You looked at Steve. "Is it true" you asked. "Is what true?" he was confused.

"Does Bucky like me" you asked. "You didn't know?"

You sighed lowly. You knew exactly what you had to do.

Bucky came back with two drinks, one for him and one you.

"Thank you Bucky." "You're welcome."

You took a sip and sighed happily. He got your favourite alcoholic drink.

"Honestly Buck, I'm so lucky I have you in my life." you stated making him blush slightly.

"Buck" you said making him look at you.

"I love you" he froze as the words left your mouth..

After what felt like forever, you said the words he was dying to hear. You told him you loved him.

He grabbed your waist and pressed his lips against yours. You kissed back straight away.

When you pulled apart he put his forehead on yours.

"I love you so much" he told you. "I love you too."
