        The TV played a cheesy movie as it overlapped the lulling sound of rain hitting the the window. Ash and Brook snuggled up to each other giggling like the dorks they were at some of these characters stupidity.

"God, earthling movies are so cheesy" Brook randomly commented. Ash chuckled in return "I agree with you there. But, then again, our home has very cheesy movies as well"

Brook chuckled and nodded. Ash looked down at the boy he loved and smiled brightly. Brooks head layed on his chest as he watched the movie drive on.

Then, the sound of thunder and lighting struck the earth floor. Both boys jumped upon the sudden sound. "Woah! Now that was a close one" Ash said jokingly as he faced the window chuckling.

Brook sorta snapped back "don't joke about that!" Ash looked down and saw Brook a little more snuggled closer than he was earlier. And he looked to be shaking.

Ash gave a confused glance, "hey, you ok? Your shaking." Brook sorta blinked at him and said "I- uhh, yes! I'm fine I'm fine, I just-" the sound of lightning striking again cut him off. This time Brook jumped and began to try to hide himself under the blanket and under Ash.

Concern grew in the brunette as he fished him out "hey, baby baby, what's wrong?" Brook only buried his face in Ash's chest as his trembling grew.

Ash began to think for a moment. Why is Brook terrified of the thunder and lightning? It took him a bit, but when his head brought back the memory of Brook being electrocuted it put two and two together and clicked in his head.

His face turned into sadness as he hugged Brook close "babe, shhh shhh. It's ok, your gonna be ok, you won't get shocked again. I promise"

Brook wrapped his arms around him tightly. Ash began to run his fingers through Brooks hair as it was a way that brought comfort to Brook. Brook leaned into the touch but still was shaking and trembling.

Ash began to place gentle kisses on Brook's cheek and neck, as a way to get him to focus on other things. Brook sorta flinched but relaxed quite quickly. Ash sorta did this back when they first started dating.

Though the only other time he remembered him doing that was when they were siting by a tree and he was in Ash's lap and he suddenly pulled him closer and kissed the back of his neck.

Brook sighed a bit and began to focus on what Ash was doing and away from the thundering and lightning. Ash stopped after a few minutes and looked down at Brook who finally calmed down.

He tilted his head up to face him and asked "a bit better?" Brook semi-nodded and replied "thank you... for calming me down" Ash smiled "no problem hunny"

Brook cracked a smile at him as the two leaned in for a kiss. Brooks arms went from around Ash's chest to the back of his neck as an attempt to pull him closer.

The kiss was sorta deepened by Ash causing Brook to hum out a bit as this was a little new for the both of them. But he didn't stop him, he just reacted to that kiss by kissing back the same way.

One of Ash's hands was gripping Brook's hair as he felt something slip into his mouth, causing him to shutter in place. The two kept this up for a while, ignoring the thundering and lightning as it flashed and crashed.

After a good few minutes, the two pulled away for fresh air. They stared at each other in slight stunned silence. "Woah" Brook murmured out, Ash let out a slight chuckle "yeah, I agree."

Both boys began to laugh as Brook rested his head back on Ash's chest. Ash chuckled and grabbed the remote and flipped the TV off, settling down for the night.

The next day

    Tony sighed as he poured himself some coffee. Last night was eventful, the storm lasted all night. Not only that, Morgan was scared by it.

Tony sighed again, he didn't need to worry about that, the storm was over and Morgan was fine. Tony took a sip of the coffee in his grasp.

Morgan munched away at her pancakes as the last bit of food cooked. Tony saw movment at the corner of his eye and looked over to see Ash wandering in the kitchen.

"Morning kiddo, sleep well?" Tony asked. Ash shrugged and nodded "it was fine" he replied grabbing a cup to pour himself some coffee.

Tony chuckled a bit and drinked his coffee more. He scooted the plates over to him and said "I've made food for you and your boyfriend in case your hungry"

Ash smiled "thanks" he said as he set to cup down. But before he could grab the plates someone came up from behind him and hugged him.

It was Brook. Ash's mood shifted from his slightly grumpy but nice attire (cause he was still tired) to a sweet and kind one. "Hey honey" he said to him as he turned to face him.

Brook hummed back and replied "morning dear" before he yawned and buried his face on his shoulder. Tony chuckled lowly as he watched the two love birds. It's made him feel upset that his relationship fell apart.

But, he wasn't gonna let that sour his thoughts now. Ash poured Brook his own cup of coffee and handed it to him. Brook thanked him and took a sip of the coffee.

Tony chuckled and grabbed his cup and food and went to the table to sit down. The four ate in peace as the early hours ticked away. Once they finished their food they set the dirty plates in the sink and headed to the meeting room to get some diagnostics on the globe in hopes to locate the others.

Peter was over to watch Morgan while the three worked on that. They got to the room where Tony brought up the holographic globe to show them the info they've gathered so far.

"This is as much as we got so far" Tony showed as the expanded the results. Brook looked up in amazement. Engineering and technology was something that Brook was into for sure.

Just then, the familiar portal of Strange's opened and in stepped the doctor. Tony sorta perked up in joy "hey Stephen" he greeted with a smile. The doctor cracked a small smile and greeted back "hello Tony"

The doctor then looked at the couple "Ash and..." he paused as he recalled in his memory for his name "Brook I presume?" He asked with surety in his tone.

Brook nodded "yes sir, so this is what you have on a path way of our communication to the others?" He asked as he looked at the two older adults. They nodded. Brook flew up and around the globe, inspecting the work they've done so far.

"Do you have something that can read one's energy?" Brook suddenly asked as he flew down. Tony glanced at him and nodded as he pointed to a computer nearby. Brook perked up flying down and grabbed Ash's wrist and began walking over to it.

Ash yelped a little not knowing what his man was up too. Brook then held up his hand, closing his eyes he concentrated a certain amount of energy on it and gestured for Ash to do the same.

Ash nodded and followed suite of what Brook was doing. "Is there like a commanding computer? Or?" Tony nodded "yes, Friday were adding another person to your command list" he spoke up

Instantly the computer responded "yes boss, may the new person in question speak their name for voice recognition?" Tony looked at Brook as if telling him to speak.

Brook nodded "Brook O'Halloran" he answered. The computer processed from some time before she responded "welcome, Brook O'Halloran" Brook nodded and instantly put the energy in his hand into the device.

Ash in turn did the same as they began to walk over to the globe "Friday could you give location where a similar energy radiates off of?" Brook asked. The computer loaded "processing" she said as the satalight in space reiterated the information back to earth in the span of a few minutes.

There were almost precise locations that dotted the globe. One was around the snowy mountains, one that was around a volcano in the ring of fire, one looked to be moving around, another moving as well but not as much, and the last one was at a place that looked to be dark majority of the time.

Tony was baffled "how did you do that?!" He asked in shock. Brook looked at him and explained "well, given our magic is similar with our stones, I had Ash and I use our magic to basically track down and locate the others magic to where they reside."

Ash looked at him in shock and glee "Brook that's genius!" He shouted in delight as he jumped up in victory. Brook chuckled "how did you know to do that?!" Tony asked suddenly. Brook glaced at him dumbfounded.

"Our magic is connected to the main earth elements and not only that I explained that we have a similar energy from our stones though still different from one another, we do come from the same world, you know that right?" Brook asked and explained to him.

Tony didn't have a response to that. Brook blinked at him "are you telling me you never once thought of using Ash's magic to locate us this whole time?!" Brook asked gobsmacked. Tony looked down in shame as Brook gave him a disappointment look

"All time billionaire genius inventor and the smartest man on this planet and that never once ever crossed your mind?!" He asked in stunned shock.

Ash chuckled nervously as replied "in his defense with me having dealt with a poison spell, not showing trust to the avengers, and shit going on at school that never crossed our minds"

Brook just looked between the two and his disappointment and unamusment grew more (the unamusment was more than the disappointment).

"Dumbasses" he murmured causing Ash to give an apologetic expression and Tony to look away in stupidity. Brook sighed and replied "I'll let it slide seeing as a lot happened before I was able to find you guys."

They nodded as they turned back to he screen. "So, your friends are at a location of their elements they hold?" Stephen asked. Brook nodded "yeah, we thought it would be best since we were separated"

Stephen nodded and asked "did you have any contact with them?" The couple looked at each other, as if communicating through the looks they gave each other.

Brook looked back and shook his head "not really, as our phones died long ago, then we had to result into using your planets plates, currents, and other functions. However, we knew we couldn't use it forever so, we resulted to twice a month. We couldn't use it for long as to not cause trouble on your planet."

The two adults nodded in understanding as that would cause a lot of casualties on the planet. "So, now what?" Ash asked. The three looked over at him as he looked up at the globe. "Now, we begin a much more bigger search..." Tony stated as they watched the globe carefully.

Hey, long time no talk?

Sorry this took so long, I got a writers block on this for a while and needed to think many things through because I knew how I wanted the gang to reunite one by one but in between was the question 😅 so I had to think that over. Thankfully I have something in mind that'll hopefully work out. I might be a bit slow with chapters and videos and what not because of school again (and not only that I'm gonna be a senior so i meed to focus on passing my classes for graduation).

Anywho stay tuned for chapter 17 until then
