Percy POV(in the dream)

Dream

  I was on border patrol when I heard someone scream. I ran towards the sound, to see a boy about the same age as me running from four hellhounds which were chasing after him. I quickly sprang into action and uncapped Riptide. In a short time, they were killed.

  " Hi! What's your na-" I tried to say before he shoved me on the floor and picked up Riptide.

  " That's right! I defeated those monsters and that person there just sat on the floor and watched!" the boy said to the campers that came running when they heard the commotion. 

  I stood up, and tried to explain, but Chiron glared at me and said. " I'm very disappointed in you Perseus, I thought I trained you better. I looked around, to see all the campers glaring at me and shaking their heads. But... that's not what happened. I walked back to my cabin, feeling miserable. 

  To make matters worst, the boy, who I found out his name was Mike Rivers, was my half-brother. During dinner, my father showed up and and claimed him, saying that everybody must respect him. When I tried to talk to Dad, he ignored me.

  For the next few weeks, everybody glared at me wherever I went. My reputation as a hero was ruined, but of course I didn't care, I still had my friends.

  But things started to go wrong. First, someone trashed Katie's garden and Mike happened to see it and told her. Then, when the hunters visited, someone broke Thalia's bow and blamed it on me. Everything that went missing was blamed on me and Mike became everyone's 'hero' for discovering the 'truth'. Campers talked about the heroic things that he did and ignored me like I never existed. 

  At least I still had the seven, Nico, Conner and Travis Stoll, and surprisingly, Clarisse. But of course, the fates hate me. First I 'said' that Piper was useless, so she left my side and Jason followed her. Then, I apparently 'said' the Bianca was stupid to go after the Hades figurine, Leo's mother deserved to die and that I 'mocked' Hazel's mother's last words. All of which told by Mike. So good-bye to Leo, Nico, Hazel and Frank. 

  But I still had Annabeth, Conner, Travis and Clarisse. When I asked why the last three would side with me, they just smiled sadly and said my fatal flaw was loyalty and I would never do does things. So it made me cherish the four of them even more. 

 Though, Annabeth was getting more and more distant. 

  So I hung out with Heista, and she comforted me and said that everything would be fine. " Spill all your troubles, young Perseus. The hearth would keep them save until you are ready to face it" she would say.

  One day, I walked to the beach to find two people making out. Thinking it was just some campers, I turned to leave but not before I heard someone say,

  " Your'e such a good kisser, Annabeth!"

I turned around to see Annabeth kissing Mike. " Annabeth, why?" I whispered, my voice quivering. Annabeth turned, and said " Percy, you see, I never loved you." Anger arose in me. I walked over and punched Mike in the face. 

  Behind me, someone flashed in. My father, Poseidon. " Percy how could you hurt your brother? I, Poseidon, lord of the seas, disown Perseus Jackson as my son, and name Mike Rivers my favourite son!"

  With tears streaming down my face, I ran to cabin three to pack up, and write a note to those who still care. I took Riptide out of my hands and whispered. 

  " Go to your owner in the stars." 

  Sure enough, Riptide flew to the sky and disappeared. Taking my bag, I ran to the borders of camp. Not looking back, I ran towards the woods, where the horrors of the world laid.
