This week's critique will be for karinarule18's "My MyStreet Life." This book will be little bit different compared to the others, with the addition of OC's, and not to mention a LOT of them.

This story also contains mature language and a lot of OC x canon. If you don't like that, then I don't recommend this book.

But! Before we get to that, we need this week's paired activities! If you were not aware, this book club has weekly activities consisting of pairs or trios. The activity is to critique your partner's book within the remaining days.

I enjoy the self-drawn cover, but I do believe it could use brighter colors; maybe try to scan the image instead of taking a picture?

Also, there seems to be a part of the illustration that got cut off. If this seems like a problem, maybe you should try to digitalise the cover and insert it into a template to have the perfect fit.

Other than that, the cover is okay and far from bad.

The blurb is very well-written and self-explanatory. It has some of the elements that truly make a good description, such as some type of questions that would lure a new reader in.

There is also proper credit given to Jess for the characters, as well as for the original characters. There are also proper warnings about the maturity of the book, which is always good for this generation (even though I highly doubt that they'll heed your warning.)

The title "My MyStreet Life" isn't too creative, and I think you can do better.

It doesn't pertain much to the plot, other than the fact that the story contains OC's. This title were to make more sense if the story had character POV's, and specifically one character's POV, due to the use of "my" in the title.

The title "My Characters' MyStreet Life" would make more sense, but that wouldn't really draw someone in, would it? I recommend thinking up a unique title that can draw the reader in, at the same time have a connection to the plot.

It is very enjoyable, with the sane amount of shipping fuel, as the characters tend to do something productive with their lives instead of just being all lovey dovey with each other; it also has various conflicts, which I don't want to spoil.

I also find humor in the numerous cameos and fourth wall breaks in the midst of all the drama happening between the characters (especially Garroth and Aphmau.)

*I also approve of your choice of ships.

1.) a brighter cover would be desirable.

2.) have a title that is connected to the plot, as well as be interesting enough to lure in new readers.

3.) add more tags to increase the discovery of your story, seeing as the only pairing you tagged was #garmau. I suggest adding #travcinda, #vyladlyn, and #dantechan to the tags.
