Melissa Lycan. If you've watched Mystreet Season Six to the latest episode (5/30/18), you'd be saddened to hear this name. Why? I'll tell you why.

In the fourth episode, titled "Take Them By Force", we see Aaron, Kawaii~Chan, and Melissa running away from the Guardian Forces, going in a stairwell. But, Melissa doesn't go inside, and shoots her hands in the air, buying time for the other two to escape, sacrificing herself for the sake of her brother.

The plan doesn't go to plan, and a Guardian Force solider is told to kill her, and that's what they do.

Gunshots go through the wall, and we hear Toby (one of the Guardian Force soldiers) yell, "What has you done?! She was unarmed!" Which indicates, she's dead.

But . . . is she really?

i. is melissa alive or dead?

Bullets went through the wall, which might mean they didn't hit Melissa, or they went through her-

Yet. . what if Jess (Aphmau) is trying to trick us? We definitely know Melissa is either dead or captured. Sure, everyone is the series is saying she's dead, but what if the GF has been told but Toby or Michael know otherwise?

We would've heard Melissa cry out in pain, or whimper at least. Yet, she was dead silent. Or she just died on the spot. It's really confusing if you think hard about it.

ii. short backstory

Melissa was the only sibling of Aaron, and she was always there for him, no matter their hardships and conflicts. They still deeply cared for one another, resulting in Melissa sacrificing herself for him.

She was definitely the "runt" of the two. Aaron was seen as the "better" one, for sure. He had all the attention from Rachel and Derek Lycan (the parents). Melissa wanted to prove to them she was worthy, resulting in her trying to force Aaron to come home to peruse business (around the early seasons of mystreet), succeeding, but Aphmau brought him back and Melissa knew his happiness was better than hers.

She became closer with the group, especially Aphmau, calling her "cutie" and "sister", which is actually adorable. Melissa wasn't a main main character, but she was for sure a one of the fan favorites.
