Rules need to be followed when you fill in a form and make things go smoother in this awards. Let's go through them.

Rules for participants and judges

⚘ Follow this account (theanimeawards_2022) and do not unfollow until the awards ends. Use your most active account if you have multiple accounts please.

⚘ Add this book to your library and reading list, so you can get updates.

⚘ Give a nice shoutout on your message board on this book. Obviously, to promote.

⚘ Tag my main account (re-ika) in the forms you will be given. This will make it easier to respond quickly to you.

⚘ Please tag, at least, 4 users in the forms to help promote and bring in more participants.

Rules for participants

⚘ At least have 4-5 chapters for normal fanfictions. Only 1 one-shot will be judged if you enter a one-shot book. Short stories should be around 10 chapters or under. Maximum 3 chapters.

⚘ You can enter a maximum of 2 seperate categories.

⚘ This may sound hypocritical based on what I said in the description, but no fanfictions with the main plots or purposes, harem. And no one-shots that are only surrounding sexual content, in other words smut/lemon. To make this clear, mature content and harem - to some extent - is allowed, but not as the main plot or purpose.

⚘ Obviously, don't bribe judges or you will get blacklisted and eliminated, simple.

⚘ If you participate as a judge, you cannot judge in the same category as your book.

⚘ Books must be in English.

⚘ If you edit your book, edit before judging starts. The same is said about your book covers and titles.

⚘ Follow all rules or your form will not be accepted until you do. If you make a mistake I will be able to correct you as long as you tag my original account.

⚘ Inform me beforehand if you: change your username or change your books title and/or cover. And also if you want to quit.

Rules for judges

⚘ You can judge in 2 separate categories maximum.

⚘ Obviously, you cannot judge in the same category as your book - if you also enter your fanfiction.

⚘ Do not comment or vote on the books your judging until the end of the awards.

⚘ Goes without saying, do not accept bribes and inform me if participants attempt to bride you.

⚘ Judges will get a judging criteria to make things easier for them, of course.

⚘ In categories such as ships, be fair in judging even if you do not like the ship and in general when judging.

⚘ You can read as much chapters until you are satisfied enough to judge, but read, maximum, 5 chapters at least.

⚘ Be prepared to judge 3 maximum books.

⚘ Inform me beforehand if you change your username or if you want to quit.

Notes

Here is some note worthy things to keep in mind throughout the awards.

❀ There are 9/6 slots for participants, but if it takes too long to fill in, the slots will be reduced.

❀ Since this is my first anime awards, the categories are seperated poorly. I won't change it, but if you have suggestions for the next awards, please tell me.

❀ I am not separating anime as categories for this awards, but in future awards with different themes, I would like to. I know it will be difficult for judges, but it won't be an anime awards otherwise.

❀ Both Judges and Participants will get a password they need to give in the forms. Do not fret, though, because it is a simple question unrelated to the rules.
