Rainbow gasped and opened her eyes. She was lying in a bunker. On her dorsal fin, a number was stamped there: 253. Ivory lay next to her, yawning. She had another number stamped on her side, too: 257. Rainbow looked around and saw hundreds-no, thousands of other Animalcolms around them on different bunkers. There was a clearing below, and in front of it was an empty hallway. Above it, was a sign. It read: Welcome to the Animalcolm Games! If you win, you get 100,000,000$, if you lose, you get nothing!

"Uh......huh?" Ivory groaned. She looked around. "Where...... Where am I?"

"I don't know......" Rainbow murmured back to her. "Looks like that when we were sleeping, somebody took us here because they chose us to participate in the Animalcolm Games!"

Around them, other Animalcolms began to stir. The clearing filled with noise as the awakened ones climbed or flew down the ladder to the clearing. They stood there, waiting, checking each other's numbers.

"Hey, Yellowfin, your number is 205!"

"Smoke, yours is 138!"

"Leona, yours is 197!"

The conversations stopped when footsteps echoed through the hallway. All heads shot up as five animalcolms, each face covered with a black mask, appeared.

"Hello everyone. You are chosen to participate in the annual Animalcolm Games. You will join 4 games: Flee the Facility, Rush Wall, Freeze Tag and Hunger Games. If you lose, then you are eliminated. You will sit on the side as the remaining players play the games. Follow us to start the first game." the first one spoke. It appeared to be a watercat. A watercat was an aqua blue cat with green spots, eyes and ears. Her face was covered with a black mask.

The five Animalcolms turned and marched into the hallway. The other participants followed them worriedly. 

Rainbow shuddered and they marched into the hallway, chills creeping up her back.
