3~ To the Music Department: Part 1 ~3

Narrator POV:

Alice stormed her way through the old display of toys and worked her way out of the Heavenly Toys Room. As she began her way out of her territory, nearby ink creatures cowered at her sight, her aura giving off feelings of fear and anxiety to those who saw her. Some hid, while others ran or sunk into a puddle of ink. Alice was furious and worrying about some ink creatures was the last thing on her mind. Her one ticket to perfection, freedom, happiness, was gone. And now she had to go around the studio risking her life to find him!? This was ridiculous to her, he ran away, why was she going after him and not just letting him die? Because he was her ticket.

Ugh... I'll make sure he regrets escaping. Ungrateful I haven't killed him yet! Alice thought to herself, as she pulled out her map of the studio from her bag.

She had just left the red area and was trying to find where to go first on her way to the music department, in case Boris hadn't gone straight to the music room, though that was highly unlikely. As she made her way to the staircase, Alice murmured to herself wondering how she was gonna do this and if this was even a good idea. There were so many ways Alice could go on about this journey, but each of them was just as dangerous as each other. Danger wasn't what Alice was worried about, she worried about the probability of this mission being a success.

The chances were slim and if it did work than the real problem would be getting back with Boris, that's one more person she didn't plan for, and how was she going to keep Boris with her in case he tried to escape on the way back? what if they got attacked? what if the ink demon found them? Many questions started storming Alice's mind, she couldn't think straight as she walked down multiple staircases. Where am I even headed? I don't even know where to start? How can I be perfect when I couldn't even control a lousy wolf? Alice thought to herself walking past a Swollen Searcher that sank into its own puddle after being frightened by the sound of Alice running through the hall.

Alice didn't know why she was running, even she knew very well that louder noises, like running, could attract the Ink demon. Alice wasn't thinking about the demon though. Alice on the outside looked stone cold with a serious and emotionless face, on the inside though, Alice was an emotional mess. She just lost the one thing that could make her perfect, bring her joy, give her self esteem, make her feel worthy and worthless. Alice used to be a beautiful young woman before the accident at the studio and now look at her, appearing as a humanoid replica of Alice Angel with straight medium-length black hair, thin eyebrows, and black lipstick. She wore a semi-broken angel halo that melted into the left side of her head as well as possessing a pair of short, realistic-looking demon horns. She wore a black flapper dress in the 1920's style with a white bow tie resembling the stupid Ink demon's. Her entire arms are coated with ink-black color that resemble sleeve-like gloves, but she doesn't wear white gloves like the original Alice.

If only I could be more like her.. Alice thought to herself trying to keep her composer. Unlike the original Alice, Alice wore a pair of black tights for her legs and Mary Jane-style shoes. She also had a white bow on the back of her dress that has straps, which the original Alice Angel didn't have either.

But who she used to be was so much better than who she was now but there wasn't anything she could do to fix that now, so the closet thing she could do was strive to be the "The real Alice Angel." Alice used to be Susie Campbell, She was the former voice actress of Alice Angel and worked at Joey Drew Studios for a few months also voicing other characters in the cartoons, before being replaced by Allison Pendle.

He replaced ME with HER!? She is nothing compared to me.. I deserved the role more than her! He promised me, Joey said I'd be HIS star! He abandoned me, just like Henry did... Alice thought to herself almost screaming as tears ran down her emotionless face. Creatures around Alice stared in shock as she ran past them, they had never seen the heartless angel looking so... vulnerable. Angered with herself, Alice stormed around the corner and down into the closest room.

The room was covered in ink with planks of wood stuck in it. The sight of the ink terrified Alice, because there was so much ink that she couldn't tell if it was tainted or not. If it touched her she could be pulled back into the abyss of emptiness, where everything was nothing but something at the same time. Where creatures melted into endless liquid puddles to be merged with every other creature that fell victim to the ink. Alice had been in there once and it was a miracle that she even got out, that she didn't stay imprisoned in the ink. Alice knew how lucky she was to have a physical body back, and how much the other creatures took their bodies for granted. Especially those who got to keep their original bodies even though they were covered in ink, permanently weighing them down for eternity, Alice could imagine their pain but she felt she had been through more. She hoped that one day the ink creatures would understand that creating perfection takes torment and time, that she had been through it all.

Alice moved carefully through the room, leaning towards walls and any other objects she could get a hold of to stop herself from falling. She could see a broken door way not too far ahead of her.

That's my goal, if I can get there then I should have cut across to where I need to be without going all the way around. Alice thought to herself as she pulled out and looked at the map once again, having trouble balancing.

Navigating her way to the door, Alice saw desks and and paper stocking in the ink. She could recognize some of the cartoons on the desks, they were drawings for the next episode of the "Devil's Swing."  An episode that never aired do to Joey Drew Studios being under investigation after constant reports of hazardous work environments, missing employees, even harassment, and excessive backpay, as well the company's danger of being bankrupt, which ended up happening anyway, all which were a result of Joey's mismanagement of the studio.

Now look what you've done Joey, if you could see what happened to the studio you wouldn't have been so careless. Alice thought as she passed the animations and jumped on to an unsteady piece of wood. The piece started sinking underneath Alice's weight, causing Alice to panic. She decided she would have to jump from there to the door way since there was nothing else that should could get to at the moment. She counted to three as the wood sank deeper into the ink.

"..One.." Alice whispered to herself obviously nervous.

"..Two.." Alice said steadying herself for the jump.

"..Three.." Alice Jumped off of the wood plank as it finished sinking into the ground.
