I opened my eyes and saw him standing there. He looked at me wide eyed as I we walked closer to each other. "You're wings..." He whispers and points to them. I bring them next to me and see they are pure white. I gasp. "Did you..." He asks and begins to tear up. "Yes. But it seems I'm still here huh?" I smirk. He wraps his arms around me I wrapped my arms around him. I leaned in and he did the same. This time, it didn't burn. Our lips touched and that's all I could feel. His lips touching mine. Once again, I felt lifted, like I was getting rid of a weight on my shoulders as I kissed him.
